But yet Minato uses wireless rasengan while his arm isnt even attached to his body, so the chakra should stop spinning!

I just took it as an example of how much faster he is. Even Kakashi with the Sharingan couldn't avoid it. Plus, cool factor forgives a lot of flaws.

At the speed they were moving, it can be inferred madara launched the arm at such a fast speed that the rasengan didn't have enough time to go away. Either that or there was enough chakra in minato's arm to keep it going.

There's chakra in your arm. It doesn't suddenly disappear because you loose your arm the same way you don't suddenly lost all the blood in your arm if it's cut off.
That's not really illogical.

If I recall correctly it was explained when the rasengan was taught to naruto that it dosent require a constant supply of chakra like the chidori.

Rasengan sustains itself once formed. I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure that was explained.

Disconnection from the Rasengan and the hand causes the rasengan to weaken without constant Chakra being added to it while keeping it rotating.

I think Madara was just that fast honestly. Minato didn't even have time to react himself and that says a lot. Madara having Rikudou powers, I think he was able to act that quickly to where the Rasengan didn't have enough time to dissolve completely. Besides, in a way, it looks like the Rasengan got smaller but that might be due to perspective that it was drawn in that particular panel so I'm not sure.

A SM for one that wasnt mentioned by fukusama especially this late in the game is ass pull.

It's not really an asspull seeing as there was always multiple names on the summoning contract. People act like because the toad sage never mentioned Minato by name this rules him out of having SM at all. Well that's just not true, at that point in the story mentioning Minato's SM would have been irrelevant also do you think Jiraiya was the first and only(aside from Naruto) to achieve some form of SM?

Summon contract is not all there's needed for SM. I never said it was, I brought that up to emphasize that Minato had the opportunity to learn an incomplete sage mode similar to Jiraiya. Not everything can be/needs to be stated outright in a story. Mentioning Minato at all at that point in the story would have been irrelevant.
