Cursed Seal of Earth (CME)
Earth= Yang
Yang= Physical
CM of Earth which was also derived from Juugo causes excessive damage to the user's body, such as with Kimmimaro. Juugo has shown high physical ability and able to morph his body and take in the flesh of others. The Cursed Seal of Earth was possibly Orochimaru's first prototype. It is possible that Orochimaru decreased the yin imbalance which caused Juugo's insanity attacks and this left the excessive yang unchecked resulting in the corrosion.

CM of Heaven even in Juugo is a senjutsu that adds gives changes the balance of the user's chakra. The seal's affect on Juugo (emotional imbalance) proves that the senjutsu increases the user's yin causing a corrosive mental influence. After observing the corruptive influence on Kimmimaro Orochimaru remodeled the CM in a way to reduce the body corruption by reducing the yang but left the yin unchecked. Orochimaru used the increased yin influence to enslave the ones whom he inflicted the Cursed Seal on.

The Cursed Seal of Earth was probably the first adaptation of Juugo's Cursed Seal. This Seal was tested on Kimmimaro and eventually degraded Kimmimaro's body to the point of death.
Conclusion
Juugo's CM utilizes an irregular amount of natural energy and this causes an imbalance of both yang and yin. This results in Juugo's body irregularities and his violent mood swings (Yang and Yin)

Proof:
Juugo has no training and no noticeably huge chakra at base, but at this point Juugo was noted as having "huge chakras" from a jonnin shinobi who travels with Ay, who has bijuu level chakra. Juugo was also able to launch a HUGE beam of pure chakra from his back cannons while critically injured.
Most of this theory was conducted from a passing thought, but it makes a lot of sense at least to me. Let me Know what you think down below.
