I highly doubt that. He's already 35 and not a naturally athletic guy or muscularly built like Brock, who was already a collegiate champion caliber wrestler. He's probably just a big MMA fan, and may do the training for fun / to stay in shape.

Well, CM Punk deserve the title "Best Of the World". Good thing he saves the rest of his life and maybe switch to HollyWood like Rock does.
