Lol, as most of us expected. The guy's in over his head.
Sad as hell when people actively hope for another person's failure fam
I didn't have to "hope" for anything. That was so obvious it hurts. Look man, don't be mad you expected something out of Punk and he just got his ass kicked badly. The guy talked a good game but his UFC dream is just a delusion. Like I said, he should leave now while he can and fight in a smaller promotion or the amateurs, because the guy he fought today was an absolute rookie, and look what happened to him.

That does suck. Point is though punk was in over his head to have his first fight in ufc. Respect but this obviously ain't for him at the very least not at the moment. He's an entertainer/actor not a cage fighter, he should've at least done amateur fighting first to build up experience and skill instead of making a fool of himself. Dana don't care though, he milked so much money off this fight that lasted about 1 minute and 5 seconds.
Anyways that last fight tho
Nah, it's obvious you WANTED Punk to fail. You gotta be a certain level of sad and pathetic to need satisfaction from seeing another human being that has nothing to you fail, plain and simple.

Even though I am a big fan I have to admit that CM Punk needs more training. He should of sprawled out that textbook takedown from Mr. Gall. I guess he was nervous or something.Punk still got more balls than 90% the *****s hoping he fails, plus he got AJ Lee in his bed, so he good.

I believe he will bounce back though. After all, even the Great BROCK LESNAAAAR lost his UFC debut by submission from Frank Mir.
CM Punk will eat some humble pie, and then be ready for his next fight hopefully.

98% of the fighting world will lose in a devastating way. CM Punk will be back because he is past the Point of No Return; however, I believe he shouldn't of entered the bright lights where the big boys play so fast. Perhaps he should of did an amateur fight or two or three.Brock Lesnar's a different animal. He was a division 1 all American in college, which is an elite credential for wrestlers. Brock's a freak of nature and is a completely different animal to Punk.
Of course I did. He hasn't fought in his life and is stepping into a promotion where guys get punched in the face for chump change and have been training their whole lives; it's bad for the reputation of the sport. The guy rubbed me off the wrong way during the build up to the fight as well. You're clearly some deluded CM Punk fan who actually believed he could do something tonight, so that makes you no less delusional than ol' Phil![]()
I hope to God this guy doesn't step back into the ring, he's ****ing 37, there is no "always stand back up" mentality to be had here, this is reality, you tried it didn't work out, the end.
*shrugs* It was a terrible punch combo attempt. It was slow, and got telegraphed really easily.^
skip to 0:26 and go at 0.25 speed. Look at that punch attempt. Now say what you just said again.

Practice makes progression.
CM Punk probably realizes once again that he is past the Point of No Return. He wants to prove his nay-sayers and critics wrong, or they will never ever let him live it down.I honestly don't even know what that was, when I saw that, I felt bad for the guy, really bad.
Every guy you mention has a knack for this kind of thing. Seeing him in the ring, he doesn't have it. I can tell you that punch is below even amateur level, that punch is not that of a fighter's.
If any one can just enter UFC and start winning sign me up, I can punch better than that. No amount of practice is gonna allow this man to deal with the best of the world. Maybe if he trains he can fight above a normal average person's level, but not among the elite.
There is no place for Punk in the UFC. This isn't an anime, he is a dreamer who faced reality.

See? Jerks are already making internet memes of him. They are hilarious I must admit, but if I was in CM Punk's shoes I'd want to fight as well.
