Clue of Mangekyō Sharinnegan or just a Kishimoto drawing Error?

I don't know if Kishimoto made a drawing error again, but why is Sasuke EMS right eye back to MS stage design? Can Sasuke go through all the stages of the sharingan at will and what's the point? Do when Sasuke goes into EMS, do he also then make his Sharinnegan more powerful or is it cause Sasuke can take his Sharinnegan to whole other level as we'll and change the design of it too (Mangekyō Sharinnegan)?

If not a sign of Sasuke already awakening another level to his Sharinnegan than come on Kishimoto, this is to many questions or time to be making drawing mistakes for a short manga with couple chapters left.

It's likely a drawing error. The EMS is a fusion between two MS, so that means that that is now how his MS will look. It isn't an upgrade that can go away.

Kishi drew the MS, it probably isn't a drawing mistake.
