Description: These two swords are made of a special metal that is very durable and can be infused with lightning chakra. When infused, the swords are covered in an aura of whitish-yellow lightning and can easily cut through ordinary metal and A-rank and below earth techniques. Being cut causes numbing in the general area. They can absorb up to B-rank lightning attacks twice per battle. The user can also swing the swords and launch a B-rank electrical shockwave at the opponent.
-Shockwave can only be used 3 times per battle.
-Can stay infused for up to 3 turns before having to recharge them 2 turns later. This counts as a move.

(Arashi Yari)-Storm Spear

Damage Points: (10 damage to user after force field is used)
Description: The user connects the handles of Twin Storm Blades using a magnetic bond to create a dual-ended spear. The spear has the same capabilities as when the blades are separate except it can absorb 1 a-rank lightning attack but within seconds will discharge the electricity outwards in a ten-foot radius of it and return to its original form and loose its charge. The user can also spin the spear in front of him while releasing electrical energy from it to create a force field that can defend against most a-rank projectile techniques. But doing this also harms the user, leaving him paralyzed for 4 seconds.
-Force field counts as a move and can be done 2 times per battle and once per turn.

History:
Growing up in Konoha, Cloud has always been naturally talented in the ninja arts. He easily graduated from the academy at age 10 and eventually joined the anbu black ops at 16. This was where he befriended 2 other anbu, Sephiroth and Tifa. It was Sephiroth, one of the most elite anbu and the person Cloud wishes to surpass, who taught him advanced Kenjutsu. Cloud’s determination to be the best made him train daily and go on numerous solo missions for more of a challenge. He spars alot to keep his reflexes sharp and to improve his taijutsu skills. The year Cloud turned 17, the Akatsuki attacked Konoha and after doing his best to fight off the invaders and witnessing the destruction of the village Cloud wanted to eliminate the Akatsuki himself and realized that as long as he stays in Konoha he won’t get any stronger than he is now, so he secretly left Konoha and ended up in Kumo. Here he improved greatly as he expected and was soon recognized by the Mandalorian clan for his skill and was accepted into it.
