Shikago is a 5 ft. tall, dark-skinned ninja who has light-blue eyes and white chin-length hair. His hair is spiky in the back with bangs that hang over his left eye and on both sides of his face to roughly frame his cheeks. His clothing consists of a grey, long-sleeved shirt with a high collar, along with white shorts and black sandals with his shins wrapped in bandages. He also has a sword strapped to his back.

Personality:
Even though he is largely ostracized by most of the villagers, Shikago is very loyal to Kumogakure, so he would not hesitate to defend any of its citizens, even after years of mistreatment. He is a surprisingly nice person, and can almost always be found with a smile on his face. Being an orphan having no known living relatives, Shikago has developed strong morales towards family, stating that one's love for their clan should equal their duty to their village. He has great confidence that he will one day discover the truth about parents, believing them to be great ninja. This causes him to become defensive towards others, while generally positive, when they are spoken about in a disrespectful way. He instills that he has to defend his family's honor, and is often very critical of himself. Because of this, with his duty to protect Kumogakure to the best of his abilities, he ruthlessly pushes himself to train harder, obessed with becoming stronger.

Background Info
History:
While raised in Kumogakure as an orphan, it is rumored that Shikago was born near Konohamagure to a Cloud mis-nin and a Leaf ninja. Because of this, he is shunned by most of the villagers and even labeled as a spy by his schoolmates. The only person who seemed to care about the boy's well-being was the Raikage, to which a young Shikago looked up to as inspriration and a role model, due to their fame and power. Looking to prove the misconceptions the others have about him wrong, he pushes himself to become Raikage; a very strong and loyal Cloud-nin.
