Soul dragon is simple, obito can control the gedo mazou properly because he hosts both uchiha/senju dna. Therefore he can use the power of the gedo statue. Soul dragon is a part of the mazou's power which obito has absorbed. Combine this with the fact that obito is a master at using the outer path & can control life & death then soul dragon is within the range of possibility.

Otherwise, tbbs & speedblitzes are also a viable option
