Natsu could sense his foe releasing fire (YY sensory). He thought his fire was stronger than Natsu's? He smiled, he'd show Vincent who was boss. He would breathe in once more releasing an even stronger blast of fire this time. Though he'd empower this further. His natural fire affinity would boost it by 20, his dragon armour would boost it by 10, not counting towards his boost limits. Then in the same timeframe he would use his fire expansion, making his fire blast even larger and stronger in the process, just to demonstrate his dominance:Vincent would have his orbs around his neck like a necklace, he would also have seals atop of his cloths on every limb both above hands and feet allowing him to use his bubblegum without the use of handseals. this would include of multiple ninja tools within his pouch (being 5 of each kunai, shurkien and on the end of his katana he wields).
Vincent would see this man activate a new visual prowess he yet to face in battle Vincent would activate his in response to seeing this Man activate his own, upon activating his sharingan the man would speak with his friend and the friend would leap into action jumping behind this man. "Your barking up the wrong tree buddy.... but ill entertain you for a while.." The man would hurl fire at Vincent he would smirk in response though this fool wouldnt of know it was his clan speciality kneading a great amount of charka Vincent would form an handseal and cause a massive jet stream of flames be released enhanced by his natural affinity with the element. Though Vincent would have grand ideas that he could destroy the whole planet and embodying the power of the gods.
This would cause the vision of his eyes to be cut off when both flames clashed causing much blasts to flare but being overpowered by Vincent's putting the both of them on the defensive. Not wanting to waste time Vincent would do somosaults backwards being long ranged from Natsu and 20 meters away from his friend. Vincent would bite his right thumb and slam down onto the ground causing Gamahiro to be summoned behind Natsu while he was dealing with the oncoming flames but being directly placed above Happy, Upon being summoned Gamahiro would do a twirl bring his right foot down hard in an ax kick motion down onto Happy and Natsu squashing them both into the dirt. Vincent would await to see how they react "Gamahiro remove these vermin for me" Not a toad of much word he would commit and attempt to squash them underfoot.

Description: Special drone Orbs created by a Monk named Zenyatta. These Orbs are created out of an unknown chakra metal and filled with Zenyatta's chakra. The user will have six orbs that hover near the user or that can be warn like a large necklace. The user can freely manipulate these orbs through an attached transceiver connected behind the users ears. They supply their own power source within them via batteries. Depending on the type of orb used, they will create a link to a target glowing yellow for Harmony or purple for Discord. This link will supply a different effect to a target depending on the type of orb used.
Orb of Discord: Amplifies any amount damage the target takes by 30 additional damage. This doesn't cause damage, only increases the amount of damage a target receives.
Orb of Harmony: Slowly restores 15 health to the target per turn when wounded, or reduces the amount of damage they take by 30. Only one effect can be in place at a time.
These orbs can be directed to a target within a mid-ranged area. Once within short range of the target they will connect to the target and remain attached, even if a target moves to long range. They can be countered with B-rank lightning or A-rank technique, causing them to return to their owner. A-rank lightning or S-rank technique can destroy the orbs indefinitely.

Description: Bungee Gum is a fuuin seal that is used by a bubble gum user that is placed throughout all the user's clothings(shoes, coat, socks, gloves, hats, etc) and weapons. The user activates these seals(one at a time or multiple at once depends on the situation of the technique they want to use) passively and releases out chakra infused bubble gum(different colors) to use the gum on/from his whichever clothings and/or weapons he or she sees fit. This allows the user to use Bubble Gum techniques without having to blow the gum from their mouth and gives them more of an unique way of using Bubble Gum techniques. At this point the user can use their mouth, clothings, and weapons to use Bubble Gum techniques. The user can deactivate the technique passively also.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

Natsu didn't need to see his opponent to know where he was. He had keen senses (YY sensory) and could tell his foe had tried to evade his attack by going under it. Natsu smiled, he knew his flames were stronger. Now he had his opponent on the run. Natsu stomped the ground causing a ring of fire to form around his foe, surrounding them where they now stood on the lowered ground, causing these flames to detonate, blowing his foe up in the hole he'd put himself in. After he'd stomped his foot Natsu would run towards the hole ready to engage his foe should he survive. This would happen as he'd gone down before the lightning.Vincents thought he must be silly Vincent would think in his own head and a grin on his face soon to be wiped off to Vincents dismay he would spit out his own flames though his would overpower Vincents "Shit not good.." Vincent expression would shift to a more serious one he would mould a great deal of charka as the flames overpowered his and began to spiral towards him, deducing that he has empowered the flames somehow Vincent would formulate a plan to ensure this move would be able to match the unknown power. Natsu eyesight would be blocked same as Vincents from the massive flames, Vincent would be bedazzled by the display "i have the power of the gods how can this be..." Vincent urges and rants about gods was all of sudden never been a believer expect in death. Vincent would still be cautious even though the power of the gods resides in his hands (Insanity roll) he would cause the earth to excavate down rapidly by slamming his hands onto the ground taking these 20 meters down.
As the earth rapidly drops Vincent would avoid Natsu flames as they fly overhead but he had also given the opponent the high ground and a long distance separating them until he could feel his opponent out, "ill show him ill show him the power of what these hands wield" he would gather his ration charka being far way from the target and using his visual prowess to better predict his last position would and angle his hands while he coated and covered them of bursting lighting. Fire a large thunderbolt angled to just skim the below the top of the earth angling the blast in Natsu and Happy direction being hard to see or hear unless sensed. the lighting would expand and make a mighty blast leaving a massive crater on the ground above and blitzing the both of them unless stopped.
Vincent would now be blind and at a disadvantage, so he jumps back onto the earth gathering charka at his soles and begin to sprint up covering 10 meters rapidly awaiting his opponent's response and backflip spewing out his caramel and forming into a hawk 2 meters length and wingspan which he forms below him and land on standing controlling the familiar to fly upwards and out of the hole he was in. He would await Natsu move flying above him watching him but avoided gazing into his visual prowess as they hawk flys.

The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.

The technique is best used if the user has a height advantage in relation to the target. The thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in Short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also.

Description: The user will focus their chakra combining the necessary elements and create a caramel on the battlefield that they can use to attack, defend, or just bind the opponents. The caramel can be made in various shapes and forms. This can be made from the ground, the users chakra or via them spitting it out or releasing it from their body. This can be done in one of two forms, either solid or liquid Caramel. Liquid Caramel can only be used in projectile, blasts, attacks from the ground or familiars, basically unable to be held by the user. Hardened Caramel however can be used in any way reasonable. The user can make solid forms such as weapons and walls or waves and pulses of caramel. For B rank and below, the user will use hand gestures to form the caramel, for A rank the user will need to perform one handseal. A rank can be used once per turn, S rank can be used 3 times per battle with two turns between uses and no caramel A rank and above in the following turn.

Natsu could easily see what his foe tried to do, his own attack against him. What an insult. It caused Natsu's blood to boil and Happy could see he was pissed. Natsu's hand ignited with flames as he swung it around in front of him releasing a series of explosive flame projetiles all around him that clashed with the rings of flames as they were released, detonating creating explosions away from Natsu. These shots would engulf his foe from every direction as he shot forwards from long ranged out of his hole. As he left forwards, Natsu would ignite his fist leaping forwards to push his disorientated foe with his flaming fist, the blast exploding from his fist finishing his foe:Vincent would see flames now appear around him as he began to descend into the hole, he just made quickly thinking he would gather his katon and release as a huge surge over his body, cover him in flames being strong enough to repel the explosion and remain unharmed while at the same time gather fire and propelled at the soles of his feet aimed diagonally upwards to Natsu . This would shoot Vincent at blinding speeds aimed at Natsu side of the gap but this wasn't all; He would be blasting out fire rings that would shred the earth and Natsu when he come sprinting to the edge. Vincent would cause massive destruction to the earth as the fire rings pulses through them after he has past 5 meters past Natsu and a few meters of the ground Vincent would release the fire in destruction explosion outwards that would fry and give Natsu third degree burns if not countered.
Being back on top of the ground Vincent would feel it from his previous technique the drain had an effect on him but this didnt show through his body posture, Vincent would throw a kunai tagged with his seal that would allow him to activate his justu from within the seal. this would spew out many dozen bubbles that would spread out around Natsu quickly and if touch would explode on their own. After a few seconds of allowing them to spread so they could cover much space Vincent would explode the bubbles causing a chain reaction of explosions and different coloured smoke to leave the explosions, Finishing up Vincent would again activate the seal upon his hand and coat himself in a durable bubblegum armour.

Description: Using a style similar to the fire dragon slayer, the user will gather a large amount of fire chakra and release it throughout their entire body in a huge surge. In doing this they will cover their entire body in focused flames that don't harm them (or anyone around them) while at the same time they release a extremely powerful jet of fire from their feet to propel them in a chosen direction like a rocket, shot at fast speed. It will look like the user is shot like an overly large flaming arrow, but that's not all. As the the user is shot through the air, they release pulses of fire around their body (in short range) that look like bright rings of flame, this helps them to break through larger defenses and destroy anything (following strengths and weaknesses of Fire) in their path to reach their target. As they hit their target with a punch or even a headbutt, the strike will be extremely powerful due to the pushing force behind it from the propelling fire, able to cause blunt trauma. As they reach their target the user can release the fire around them outwards to mid range in a destructive explosion outwards from them. The user being the epicenter wouldn't be harmed by this but anyone caught in the blast would have 3rd degree burns and internal damage from the explosive force of the near solid fire, like Sasuke's fire dragon jutsu.

Description: An advanced form of Explosive Gum Ninjutsu, the user manipulates his chewing gum into dozens of giant bubbles that fill a mid range area quickly, remaining still after creation. Upon popping, they create variously strong explosions that cause a chain reaction to knock back the enemy and everything nearby. The explosions also produce a large amount of colored smoke, which can be used to obstruct the opponent's vision. These bubbles can either burst on their own if pierced or on the user's command. To avoid the explosions while airborne, one must be at least 5 meters high.

Description: This technique is used to form a bubblegum armour this performs as two functions to serve as a sticky armour aiding in close combat capability's and being bursted to shoot out in attack. The first ability due to the stickiness of the armour but durable being able to withstand B rank techs (follow S/W) can be used to bind opponents if one of the user limbs would touch the opponent such as a arm or leg attack. though the user can quickly exit just out the back of this technique leaving the opponent binded. The second function as the user enters short range the technique can be burst mentally by the user and shot outwards in a gooey liquid form, that has a wide range (10 meters) but only being short range that can travel towards the opponent (5 meters). The armour it self will last as long as user sustains it costing 5 charka per turn up to a max of 4 turns.

The fire and water/mud would counter each other, leaving a thin mist over the field as his foe now was close to him. Natsu didn't care to mess around anymore, it was time to embrace who he was. As his foe drew near from his momentum, Natsu's body would erupt into a mass of smoke and ash that flooded the entire area around him, scorching his foe through the mist. This mass of smoke pulsed through the area laden with ash scorching all around Natsu, allowing him to move as smoke going behind his foe in the process as he aimed to punch him in the back of the head as he reforms.Vincent would have his orbs fly off behind him 10 meters as Natsu began to shoot bullets tracking it with his visual prowess Vincent would know he would be at the centre of his flames and these flaming bullets that Natsu sent to him Vincent would mold suiton charka and then would expel a bullet large torrent of water would flood the battlefield quickly enveloping the short space between them quickly
Vincent would also add more firepower to the water and Natsu Vincent would clap his hands and cause snakes to burst from the ground under neath where the water flows over between the water and Natsu this would cause muddy snakes to burst from the ground an a muddy and making the water function more solid smashing against Natsu fire and continue on toward Natsu putting him on defensive.
Making a quick handseal Vincent would create many spikes solid beneath Natsu this would would be 2 meters length total impaling him from below.

Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.

Description: This unique earth technique can be performed in two ways, as a single stand alone technique which requires two handseals, Snake and Ram followed by the clapping of the hands. Using it in this form allows the user to manifest a portal similar to the earth release mud drop. However instead of normal mud forming in this portal a large torrent of mud shaped as snakes will pour out surrounding a target or targets and wrapping around them. The mud while not sentient can be controlled by hand gestures making it very difficult to avoid. The snakes are dense mud in nature much like the swamp of the underworld making their binding ability quite impressive preventing an enemy wrapped in them from moving freely. The second method of using this technique functions as more of a boosting enhancement performed by clapping the hands. This method of use is performed as a follow up to another earth or water technique and will cause the snakes to burst forth from the ground for water techniques or forming from the preexisting earth technique adding to the overall power of the former technique by adding additional chakra to the technique and a degree of versatility to the technique by making it function in a solid way. Essentially the previous technique will experience a change in power and ability by becoming the muddy snakes. This usage is considered as an active boost and follows the rules and restrictions of such.

Well his foe had just made it easy for him. Placing himself on a platform closer to the skies where he couldn't see Natsu. He would draw his blade from his back swinging it, releasing a mass of unique flames that are empowered by his sword and dragon armour. This large blast of flames shot up to the sky towards his foe, completely destroying the platform in the process. Being made of breakdown, these flames would lock onto his foe's chakra and follow him should he try to avoid them:Vincent would about to land as Natsu would burst into a massive area of smoke not much space being between them this would envelope the space they reside in quickly Vincent would think quick gathering his doton charka and would send into the ground causing the ground to shift upwards 100 meters this would put Vincent well out of Natsu's attack while putting a massive gap between them.
Still not being able to locate Natsu Vincent aim down towards Natsu weaving a single handseal gathering his katon he releases a wide spread of flames that would engulf the smoke Vincent deduced that Natsu would be hiding within unknown that he was merged with the smoke.

Cheers for the fight. I mean you could continue jsut severely hindered with no way to heal? xDCrumbles to the ground as technique slaughters his big wall, he would drift 100 meters in a downwards spiral disappearing into the justu.
