Keji wove several seals channeling his chakra into the sky causing it to rain whilst activating his byakugan Sorry fire really isn't my thing. Whelp your move good sir I don't have all day. said Keji as he let out a sigh and removed his headphones to protect them from water damage.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil
Note: Hyugas must be activated to use Gentle Fist (Jyuken)
Note: Its tracking abilities are equal to that of 3 Tomoe Sharingan.

Black looked at the man in irritation he was cocky and didnt know who he was dealing with. black got especcially triggered when he heard the name.... that man had nearly killed black once in a all out brawl black was cornered out of energy with a sword pointed at his throat. he had screamed at the lad to do it but he didnt have the guts and black was spared annoying him greatly.

black apon finishing the sentance whould perform the snake sign clasp his hands and pull them towards his waist before pulling them forward releasing a massive spear of lightning luanched towards the yound boy , black whould also perform the tiger handseal (or a string of split second handseals im not sure which with this jutsu) and release from his mount 8 large fireballs aimed at the sky. they whould then crash downwards with speed crashing into the young boy.

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake hand seal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

Description:

These fireballs have explosive and concussive abilities, similar to other fire techniques.

Keji listened to the man speak Zero almost killed you? Said Keji as the man wove a single hand seal but Keji noticing the raiton chakra being channeled into the man's hands due to being a raiton specialist as he pulled them down towards his waist. As the man's hands reached his waist Keji wove a single seal and as his opponent thrust his arms forward releasing a massive bolt of lightning Keji held out his right-hand channeling lightning into it and crushed the lightning bolt.

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.
Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.
Note: Only Kakashi biographies can apply the technique to a kunai and use it as a projectile attack.

After the lightning was handled Keji's target wove another seal and inhaled but Keji couldn't tell whether or not the next attack would be futon, katon, or doton so he stood his ground. As the man exhaled fireballs into the air Keji smiled inhaled and exhaled a massive amount of water upwards towards the incoming fireballs creating a barricade neutralizing them as they hit which created steam around the battlefield.

Though Zero is a piece of crap I don't take kindly to outsiders insulting my allies. said Keji as he began to release a mist from his mouth causing the steam to get thicker. He would follow this up by reaching into his right cargo pocket and throw 4 shuriken at his opponent two for the eyes, one for the juggular, and one in his sternum.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

he watched the man quickly neutrilize his attacks to no suprize. as he heard the mans voice ring out a thick mist began to cover the battlefield but black being a fair distance away saw the projectiles before the mist had reached him. he smirked grabbing a tanto hidden within his waist strap.
Indeed the grat was hired to kill me a few years ago. even with my brute strength his stratigies were able to overcome me i was out of chakra and near death after a hour long battle. he could have killed me then but he didnt. he's too much a ***** to kill me and thats why i hate him he has immense strength but no pride or will to use it!



having said this black whould flow chakra across his body phasing into the ground , and rephase into a leftie upper cut to kejis face. and a stab to the chest with the tanto that was still in his right hand..... man ive been playing too much yugioh.. i have the urge to say my zamasu activates his effect allowing him to attack your life points directly.

Description: Using this jutsu, the user can merge with another passive object and take on its properties to avoid any damage. While merged, the user is virtually undetected unless the enemy has a doujutsu. Even chakra sensors won't be able to pinpoint the users position. The limitation of the technique is that to use a technique and mold chakra, the user must fully unmerge although doing so doesn't produce any sound and the user can only be sensed once fully unmerged. The user is still aware of the world outside the object and can travel inside it at his normal running speed. The technique was used so far by 3 ninjas (Yamato, Orochimaru and Uchiha Madara) but as an advanced ninjutsu, it can be used by any skilled enough ninja.
Note: the user must be Sannin Rank and above

As the man began to make his way upwards Keji wove a single seal channeling raiton into his right hand and grabbed his hilt with his left. Once the man fist appeared from the ground Keji would thrust his right hand downwards at an angle severing the man's hand from his arm and impaling his skull as he rose. So what did you say about being the end of my pathetic race? said Keji as he pulled his hand out the man's skull.
