Will using my Baraggan Louisenbairn Bio. Amplification Gloves are worn on both arms.



Emerging from the cavern, Baraggan noticed a familiar figure, golden blonde hair and a red coat. It was more certainly the shinobi he had encountered in Konohagakure.

Edward Elric had a tough time recognizing his opponent when he through the village. He had little idea that his opponent was at the memorial where the fake Bee was taken away or something, or he got the facts about Bee entirely messed up. He wandered around here and there and finally came upon the 'memorial' area where he found some strange looking old man. In an instant, he knew that it was him who was his opponent for he looked like a monster to him. He remembered once fighting a crocodile like monster and another one which uses spit as it's attack, eww..

"I can see that you are the one who asked me to come to this spot to fight o_o.. I got lost in the village, it's too cloudy, rocky? What was the name of the nearby village again? How do you remember me by the way? Winry hitting me with that wrench messed up my mind."

Baraggan was left bemused by this statement, not quite sure how to to respond to such a false claim. But not only had the shinobi attributed a false statement to him, Edward had seemingly dared to approach Baraggan for pitiful reasons such as to question the name of a nearby Village and to recall what Winry had done to him. It was almost as if he was mocking Baraggan, something Baraggan would not tolerate.

"I suppose you're right. I did ask you to come here to fight..."

As Baraggan spoke these words, he simultaneously activated his Amplification Gloves; enveloping them in purplish chakra. Wasting little time, Baraggan weaved the Ram -> Tiger handseals and expelled out a highly viscous, chakra-infused liquid that extended to almost 4m in width and in length; positioned directly in front of Baraggan. Right after expeling the liquid, Baraggan weaved an additional third handseal, causing a stream of lightning to be released which quickly shaped itself into thousands of hummingbird-like creatures. The creatures proceeded to divide into four groups, moving behind, left, right and above Baraggan, being thoroughly under his command. Baraggan now simply observed Edward Elric, and slighty crouched downwards, adopting a Bartholomew-esque fighting stance; somewhat similar to that of Sumos.

(Zōfuku Gurōbu) - Amplification Gloves [Passive]

Description: The Amplification Gloves were first developed by members of the Bartholomew Clan, designed to enhance their Clan Kekkei Genkai, which was the ability to 'push' and 'pull'. Although referred to as the Amplification Gloves, they reach up to and including the shoulders of the user, covered completely with an near indestructible metal; and multiple suction cups all over the arms and a single one present between the palm and the middle finger. These gloves are worn on both arms, distinctively only leaving out the paws of the user, who in this case is a member of the Bartholomew Clan. Once worn by the user, the Amplification Gloves are active each turn, and passively absorb chakra from the user regardless of whether the Gloves are at use or not.

There are multiple abilities limited only to the Amplification Gloves. The first ability of the Amplification Gloves is simply unique to its design, as it allows the user to store multiple weapons inside 'pockets' present in the glove. The user can stockpile a definite number of weapons, smoke bombs, scrolls inside the Amplification Gloves; remaining inside the laws of nature. Logically, the Amplification Gloves cannot store massive objects inside it; and can store a maximum number of 10 items, regardless of whether they're all kunai, shuriken or scrolls. These weapons that are stored inside the gloves can be shot out as projectiles and count as one of the three techniques per turn.

The second ability of the Amplification Gloves is its ability to be used for defensive purposes, by exploiting the near impenetrable quality of the metal from which the Gloves have been constructed. This makes the glove completely impervious to any C Rank or below techniques, regardless of the nature of the technique. The Amplification Gloves individually can also be used to defend against A Rank techniques once although jointly, they can defend against an S Rank once as well. Utilizing the Amplification Gloves to defend after the said limit against any A Rank or below/above technique would not only be futile, it would render the Gloves useless for the rest of the match. Utilizing this ability of the Amplification Gloves to defend against A Rank techniques costs extra chakra (40), much more than the passive absorption of chakra by the Gloves each turn and also counts as one of the three techniques per turn.

The third and final ability of the Amplification Gloves revolves around its original development as an aid for the Bartholomew clansmen. The first variation involves utilizing the suction cups that surround the Amplification Gloves, which absorb the air from their surroundings, pulling them inside the glove. This pressurized air is channeled to the palm of the user and concentrated at one point before being released either as a massive burst of wind or as a penetrative beam of wind (S Rank). By concentrating the chakra at a single point, the released Fuuton jutsu gains a more violent and deadly nature. Alternatively, the second variation of this involves the user pulling in a Fuuton jutsu (S Rank or below) of the opponent through the suction cup present in palm region before redistributing it to the various suction cups in the arms and releasing it out in a docile form. The second variation acts as a vacuum, pulling in anything within Short Range of the user, and can hence also be used to pull in the target towards the user.

Note: The second ability of the Amplification Gloves can only be used to defend against attacks targeting the arm, or if the user uses his arm to defend the specific region being attacked. Otherwise, the Gloves cannot defend the user by themselves.
Note: A single glove can individually perform the third ability.
Note: The third ability of the Amplification Gloves can only be used twice per battle, regardless of which variation is used. It counts as move per turn and can't use A rank or above wind in the next two turns
Note: When wielding the Amplification Gloves, the Gloves are surrounded by the chakra of the user and have a specific color. Alternatively, if another person wields or his chakra comes into contact with the Gloves; the color of the chakra surrounding the Gloves would change.
Note: The user does not necessarily have to be part of the Bartholomew Clan to wield the Amplification Gloves. His gloves would naturally be designed differently to cover up the 'paw' region.

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Description: The user performs a single hand seal, generating a stream of lightning that surrounds the users body. The stream of lightning is subsequently shaped into thousands of high-density bird-like creatures, resembling hummingbirds. These creatures are entirely composed of lightning, one inch in length, and possess an extended beak, which acts as 'stinger' for piercing purposes. These creatures, each possessing the capability to fly can be commanded by the user to attack the opponent using their beaks, though stings by these creatures cause only minor damage and numbness, the effect can be drastically increased when they attack and successfully sting the opponent in large numbers. The user can alternatively command these creatures to cover up his entire body, forming a layer over his body which can not only serve defensive purposes by utilizing the high density composition of these creatures, but can also be used offensively, in conjunction with Taijutsu, capitalizing on these creatures ability to sting upon the enemy upon contact. The manipulation of these creatures can be exploited to a high level, as they can be commanded to establish pincer formations, being used as a platform to 'fly', or a defensive wall; this being entirely dependent upon the user.
Note: Commanding these creatures counts as one of the three jutsus per turn, regardless of the extent of their manipulation in a single turn.
Note: A quarter of these creatures (B Rank) are enough to completely cover up the body of the user or the opponent.
Note: These creatures collectively add up to a single S Rank. Therefore, a quarter of these creatures would be equal to B Rank, and half of these creatures would be equal to A Rank.
Note: These creatures can only disperse if they're destroyed, the user deactivates the technique or if the user performs a technique from another element. Manipulation of these creatures for offensive or supplementary purposes does not make them get used up.
Note: The user cannot use any technique from any element other than Lightning, as long as this technique is active. Doing so would result in these creatures dispersing. The only case or scenario where this is not applicable is when the user has mastered Yin and Yang.

Edward was puzzled at the reply of the person in front of him. He didn't those words coming out, did he get the wrong person or was the person truly a wacko? And then the person suddenly interested in fighting, what was what his mood swings?

"Huh? At first you didn't want to fight and now you want -"

Before Edward could finish talking, he noticed the person's hands turning purple in color. It was purely coated in chakra, what could it have been? And then that person made a series of two hand seals and released what was some sticky looking liquid. Without wasting a single moment, Edward smirks a bit and performs the tiger hand seal whilst channeling raw chakra above the location of his opponent and manipulates that said chakra to form yellow-ish colored arrows numbering up to 15 with even space between each one. With a single waving movement of his hand, the arrows soon fall onto the ground and onto the person exploding upon contact destroying both the sticky liquid and the opponent.

As soon as it was formed, the mud starts to become thick and pulls the opponent into it slowly.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

After Baraggan had spat out the sticky chakra-infused liquid, he continued to weave the third handseal for his Lightning technique. Whilst he did so, he kept a cautious eye upon Edward and observed the latter weaving a single handseal However, Baraggan observed absolutely no change. Clearly, it was something outside his line of sight. Immediately looking up, Baraggan noticed multiple arrows raining down upon him and wasting no time, he manipulated a quarter of the lightning creatures to form a defensive wall right above him to defend against the arrows while another quarter began to viciously move towards Edward, but from 10m above. They would not approach him exactly, but would move to the position directly 10m above him and only then would they rain down upon him. Not keen on letting his opponent gain the upper hand, Baraggan swiftly crouched down and sent the blanket of chakra-infused liquid away using his left hand. About around the same time, the swamp would start to form beneath Baraggan but this was of the least concern to him. The remaining lightning creatures would lift Baraggan by his arms, pulling him out of the swamp and half of the remaining creatures would then quickly form a platform beneath Baraggan to allow him to 'levitate' in mid-air, moving upto a height of 20 from the ground. The other half would move to the position directly above Baraggan. Whilst this was happening, as in the creatures lifting Baraggan from the swamp, Baraggan moved his right hand in a swiping gesture; releasing hundreds of lightning senbons at Edward.

Description: A simple yet effective technique to use as both an attack as well as a defense. The user will repel a solid object or technique using one or both of his paws. He repels the targeted object or technique to another location, away from the battle field. This can be done to avoid techniques or attacks or to remove hindering objects from the battle field. However, its main ability comes with the ability to call forth that object once again to a different location on the field. This can be useful to attack an unsuspecting enemy or to provide a fast defense. The object will appear in any location of the field. The main thing to consider is, however, the lack of momentum the object will carry once it appears. In this case, to be used as an attack, gravity and other forces might be necessary to exploit to give maximum effect. Techniques that are not physical or tangible in nature like fire, lightning or wind will not be able to be called forth as once they are replled and sent away, they lose their shape and disperse wherever the user might have sent them. Fire and Lightning will also damage the user upon making contact with the paws making the paws unusable for 2 turns. The size of the target is relevant and proportional to the rank within the clan being that the maximum size it can affect is up to 10 times the users mass.
Note: Calling forth the object counts as a move and the user needs to spend additional chakra
Note: Can affect techniques of one rank higher if they are tangible and physical in nature (Earth, Water, etc)
Note: While something is repelled and awaiting to be called forth, the user cannot use the technique at the risk of being unable to call forth the object

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. The senbons are extremely precise and have the same numbing and paralyzing effects as Chidori, carrying enormous speed. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.


Just going to clarify my CW is still active. I just don't feel like posting the technique if I am not using my CW

Edward notices that his opponent had made a defensive wall out of the lightning birds and successfully stopped the explosive power which the arrows possessed by them. And not stopping with what, the opponent decided to send the birds right up into the air and in the forward direction. Edward got into thinking of what to do as the birds approached the place above him. By weaving a single hand seal, he sent out his wind chakra throughout the battlefield and started controlling the wind currents in such a way that it would start out from his body, destroy the lightning birds and even slice the opponent who is now somewhat still.

Description: After making the Rat handseal, the user creates and controls air currents from the palms of their hands, forming a large field of raging air currents and gusting winds. The technique expands quickly, rapidly spanning through all of the battle field, gathering debris, dust and other small particles in its path. The technique effectively creates a very large controllable "dust" storm.
Note: Lasts 3 turns or until released.
