Ichigo Uchiha in sig
Coming back from his evening patrol on the outskirts of the village, Ichigo notices a familiar looking shinobi. Ichigo didn't know the man personally, but having fought his older brother, knew very well who the man was. "Sasuke Uchiha, it's an honor to meet another member of the blessed Uchiha clan. My name is Ichigo Uchiha and I fought your brother during the Massacre of the Uchiha Clan. Because of his actions I see very few of us remaining...but he did what was in best interest of the Village and I can not fault him for that." Ichigo adjusts his katana casually.

Reasonably enough, it felt kind of strange to arrive at the old battleground once more. After what seemed like months, Sasuke had expected to be finally done with whole fight-to-the-death schtick. But, as much as he preferred to stray away from such things, the young Uchiha was back at it again—but not with the white vans; I'm certain that God awful trend is finally over. But enough of that brief prologue, we see our young hero confronted by a fellow villager; another Uchiha by the looks of it. Sasuke remained silent as the stranger went on about their near-extinct bloodline. But then something catches his attention. Something so subtle, yet able to stand out from the rest of their speech. "Best interest? Was it in our best interest to have the youngest, the elderly, the innocent of our clan slaughtered like animals? To be reduced to almost nothing for the falts of our clan head? How could you even say that!?"
As Sasuke continued to rant on with such ferocity in his voice, his hands began to ball into clenched fists and his fully matured Sharingan emerges without conscious thought. He wasn't going to just stand there and watch this infidel talk about the scattered remains of their clan in such a way. Was he overreacting? Absolutely. Was this overreacting a way to pick an easy, heated fight? Absolutely. But regardless, Sasuke was more than eager to reawaken the bloodlust and fighting instincts he once had. Nearing the end to his heated scowling, Sasuke follows up with swiftly reaching in his back pouch, grabbing an array of kunai and shuriken. Without warning, he hurls the barrage of tools at his fellow clansman and awaits both his reaction and skirmish ahead.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

Sasuke's reaction was expected, undoubtedly he hated his brother for murdering their clan and killing their parents, scarring him for the remainder of his wretched life. But that was what Ichigo wanted, his Uchiha blood boiled at the thought of a challenge, even willing to accept certain death for a worthy adversary. After all...war was in his blood, it is what is people knew for centuries before his birth. It wasn't his fault he loved the feeling of battle, the splatter of blood on his skin, the life fading from his enemies eyes that he could see so clearly with his blessed eyes. No, it was the world's fault for creating war that turning his ancestors into savages, leaving him the heated blood of battle. "You speak as if you hate this village, why? It is true our clan is nearing extinction because of the Thirds actions, but what do we know? We were both children who knew not what was happening, only that it was our family being slaughtered. I grew up, I know it's hard to live with that pain, but who are we to question our superiors? We are nothing more than ants pestering a picnic when we both them with such things." Ichigo didn't panicked when the ninja tools were thrown at him, he simply drew a single tanto and made a few rapid slashes, deflecting each of the blades before resheathing his blade and speaking calmly once more. "You are so scared of truth and yet you live your life as a shinobi...it doesn't make sense. You will have to learn to accept the fact that our clan is dead and very few of us remain! But it is because of our forefathers actions that Itachi had to kill them!" With the intensity growing Ichigo's eyes swirled into his sharingan, revealing 2 extra pupils that swirled into existence.

Understandably, Sasuke wasn't quite in the mood for a lecture about how their brethren deserved their fate all those years ago. To hear such betrayal coming from the mouth from one of his own made Sasuke even more irritated to the point where he wanted to shut him up permanently; to effectively silence him, if you catch my drift. Right as Ichigo began to deflect the volley of kunai and shuriken as expected, Sasuke gathers a substantial amount of chakra within his blessed eyes and channels it towards his opponent. Within moments, Ichigo would be trapped in a special genjutsu. Bound by a spinning leaf, he would find himself falling down an infinite abyss, void of light of any sort. In reality of course, Ichigo is temporarily left paralyzed and open to another assault. Knowing that he only had a small time frame to work with, Sasuke quickly follows up by gathering and moulding his water chakra, before channeling it beneath his opponent. Suddenly, the young Uchiha forces the water to burst from the ground and trap Ichigo in a dense sphere of liquid; so dense, that he'd have plenty of trouble trying to move. Just as the sphere is formed, Sasuke executes his final action by emitting a long, near-invisivble blade of wind from his fingertips. In a swift swipe with the affected hand, Sasuke causes the blad to slice the sphere and Ichigo clean in half. Of course, the sphere would consequently explore, causing Ichigo's spilt blood to rain all over the grasslands.

Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.
