Well why Not I take it, it will be more of a rematch since last I forfeited our last fight. I will be using my bio Toki Fujiwara in Sig. Toki wearing his new Suna ninja gear which on his back he has his arrow bow and a silver sword that is on his left hip. He has 20 arrows made from steel that is similar to Asuma's chakra blades. As he is standing behind a vertical rock he takes out his bow and performs the tiger hand seal that ultimately creates a water clone. The original still behind the rock shoots an arrow that has an explosive tag attached to it. He shoots the arrow while behind that rock and aims it at Gaara's cloud sand. As soon as that happens Gaara notices this and tells them to come out, but the surprise is its the water clone that comes out with his hands on his back. Unfortunately Gaara's cloud will be exploded to bits if he doesn't do anything about explosive tag.

"Yo Sabaku no Gaara.. no you're not one of the sand anymore. I have news from the Kazekage. I was sent to get your head mate, looks like a bounty was putted on your head recently"

He takes out a torn of wanted posters with Gaara's face and tosses them to the ground. By this time if Gaara's sand cloud was decimated by the explosive tag then he would be falling to the ground.

After that without waiting for any response from you the original behind the rock makes the hand seals Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake and then clouds converge and create clouds which ultimately creates rain.

As the rain starts to rain the water clone then dashes forward into close range and further makes the hand signs Tiger → Dog → Monkey → Snake → Boar → Tiger and makes a body of water to rise from the ground. The water he created makes it so that it surrounds him and is all beneath him. This water surrounding the clone is almost covering most of the terrain and the user is of yet to use this water.

"Now tell me Gaara-kun, will you do this the easy way, or the hard way? Just surrender yourself, it would work best for me if I have no need to resort to violence"

When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

As gaara saw his enemy he had 0% Emotions he were cold as ice and Darkness were seen in his eyes, Suddenly his enemy created a Water clone wich were quite unexpected, Gaara saw enemy shooting a bow wich had an explosive tag around it Being a kazekage meant that he were very smart Especially in that ages. He quickly analyzed situation and Without wasting any chakra He Controlled his sand cloud wich were very fast and were capable of Flying long distances He easlly Flew upwards and avoided bow with explosive tag. After that gaara saw how enemy started perfoming Handseals Being suiton master he knew that enemy would use that jutsu but since It can't be stopped Easlly gaara didn't wasted his time on it. And finally his enemy started to Attack gaara. As gaara saw many water body's emerged from the ground he quickly flew upwards In long distance so he could see All of the body's perfectly, As he done doing it gaara quickly gathers Katon chakra and channels it into mouth Being a katon master Gaara Perfomed Rat → Ox → Dog → Horse → Monkey → Boar → Tiger faster handseals And burned Most of Water body's Just like it were Flamethrower.

The technique has an enourmous range and can cover a huge area. When it was used by Madara Uchiha, the massive scale of the technique was such that, in comparisson, his incomplete Susanoo seemed small. The main advantage of the technique is that it can be used to burn large areas in an effect in everything similar to a flamethrower.

Now that he finished off water body's Gaara were staring and enemy while staring i'd like to point out we are in Long range After that Gaara quickly gathered suna chakra and channeld it into gourd releasing sand and trapping enemy into it So that he were unable to get away.

The thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in Short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also.

Well Gaara..I dunno how you know that I created a water clone, the thing I gave out really would be that I performed that rain tiger at will jutsu while I was behind the rock. Meaning that even if you know I am not the only one but you dont know whether the clone infront of you is a clone or the real deal. Secondly its raining so sand should be harder to control because it becoming muddy plus most of the terrain is covered with water now, furthermore I can sense your movements via the rain jutsu so I know precisely where you are without having to look up. So I would say your sand will not keep you up there floating too long.

While at long range as you say... the original Toki that was behind the rock sensing your movements via rain jutsu you perform those seals he instantly knew it was that fire jutsu. Just before you finished making them Toki kneaded his doton chakra below him and created a pillar that launched him diagonally forward towards you meaning he would be at mid range from you now. While he was creating that pillar he mentally commanded that water clone to create a giant wave of water which it became even more powerful because of the water that has fallen from the rain and the last jutsu water convergence jutsu he used. The water wave went forward to engage with your fire jutsu which it will frantically stop it because of the increasing water supply to the terrain.

"Mhm.. not bad doing a large scale jutsu just because you are unsure of the number of enemies around you. But Gaara, I take it you wont surrender?"

As Toki was saying this he quickly makes the ram hand seal but with only one hand while he takes out the sword with the other hand. He summons a massive amount of water from the sky 10m above you, that flows down beneath you to crush you.

As gaara saw how enemy stopped fire jutsu he saw how his enemy slammed hand into ground summoning great ammount of water above him, Basically there were no chance to avoid it but Gaara quickly Turned himself into sand avoiding it And standing in ground Long-range from you.

After that gaara quickly suna chakra and channeled it into gourd releasing great amount of sand with the rain it were very difficult to control it but still it was not impossible, After that gaara quickly Maked Big large wall BTW him and his enemy blinding his enemy and making him unable to see him. Meanwhile gaara quickly raised his right arm and created sand bellow enemy lifting him into air while catching him into air so that gaara could see him.


( Kyosei Suna no Jutsu ) - Greater Sand Technique

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake hand seal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

The moment when you dodged my water jutsu by turning into sand and moving away to long range it still doesn't save you because when the wave crashes down from above it still reaches you and soaks the land that is infront you meaning the land between us is currently inhabited with great amount of water. So because of that the wall you create using the sand only from your gourd is not enough to withstand the flow of the water, as such I believe your sand wall will get dampened by my water making it unable to form the wall completely.

Now since I am falling back to the ground where there is water gushing outwards in all directions. I simply use a wind jutsu to blow my self diagonally upwards towards you before I fall making me to elevate upwards a little bit. Thus dodging the effects of my water jutsu. So because o this jutsu I am now in mid range from you. As I forward flip towards you due to the effects of my jutsu I make as single confrontation hand seal that which I create several projectiles of water that move with great speed and precision since I know exactly where you are because of the rain jutsu.

(Fūton: Kaze Ogawa no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Wind Stream Technique
