After long journey gaara finally saw his enemy. He quickly gathers suna chakra and created 15 shurikens wich were faster and stronger than normal ones.

Hum, I think, as the fire bullet is REALLY fast, it would go before the kunai, so the kunai would've went throught, just my opinion tho

They were both S-ranks and no elemental thing etc, so mine would be stronger because of the +10

As sasuke used water release technique and stopped Raiton tech gaara quickly Gathers doton chakra and perfomed Ram → Horse → Dragon handseals creating Dragon head wich started shooting earth bullets but before it connects gaara quickly gathers Katon chakra and released powerfull fire stream wich powered up earth bullets
I will go with the earth having C + B = 3/4 A
As Sasuke got out of Gaara's sand and anulating the chidori raimei, Sasuke sees as Gaara forms a dragon made of earth and then Gaara uses fire to power up the bullets made of mud that the dragon was firing at Sasuke, Sasuke then quickly clap his two hands and then he makes a spiralling vortex of water to form around him, then the water proceeds in a cascade to stop the bullets, the cascade not being enought (Because of elemental advantage, the water stops the fire, making that only phisical damage pass throught), Sasuke applies water chakra throught his body, making it transform into a liquid, thus making the phisical damage of the bullets that passed throught the first jutsu be nullified, he then turns his body back to normal and waits for Gaara's reaction.
As Sasuke got out of Gaara's sand and anulating the chidori raimei, Sasuke sees as Gaara forms a dragon made of earth and then Gaara uses fire to power up the bullets made of mud that the dragon was firing at Sasuke, Sasuke then quickly clap his two hands and then he makes a spiralling vortex of water to form around him, then the water proceeds in a cascade to stop the bullets, the cascade not being enought (Because of elemental advantage, the water stops the fire, making that only phisical damage pass throught), Sasuke applies water chakra throught his body, making it transform into a liquid, thus making the phisical damage of the bullets that passed throught the first jutsu be nullified, he then turns his body back to normal and waits for Gaara's reaction.
