"The Aeon" in my signature. Let's make this a lot of fun, RP and battle wise. I'm excited to see how much you've grown :x3:
Konoha's ANBU had a special request for Aigis. She was at their headquarters, sitting in the waiting room. Called after a couple of minutes, she entered the office of one of the ANBU commanders. However, something was different; the room was dark, and an oppressive feeling hung over her, as if pressing down. It was suspicious... Aigis kept her senses sharp.
"Greetings, Aigis. Come, sit." The voice came from the desk at the end of the office. Masked by the shadows, it belonged to what appeared to be a person, their silhouette revealing few features. If this didn't scream "sketchy", she wasn't sure what did. The voice almost sounded disguised: polite, yet full of underlying sinister intent...
"Good Evening, Commander. I am here on your request." Aigis replied with her laconic, direct voice.
"You received the briefing file?" straight and to the point.
"Yes, sir. If I'm correct, you've asked me to eliminate a certain missing-nin? I have two questions. Why me, and why? The details were unfortunately scarce."
The Shadowy figure stood up and began pacing a little.
"Our current ANBU units are currently preoccupied with other missions and tasked to capacity. We requested you solely because you have had personal contact with this individual and would therefore be able to find him."
Personal contact? Who... Aigis thought about who it could be, but before her thoughts collected, the Commander, still hidden, slid a picture of Carl Grimes across his desk, in front of Aigis, who was sitting on the other side.
Taking one look at the picture, she simply shook her head and stood up.
"I refuse, Commander. What threat does he pose?!" she began to sound a little desperate, trying to protect the one she saw like a little brother.
"We need a scapegoat. And Carl is growing at a rate to where he may become dangerous not only to himself, but to our village. Simply... a deterrent and precaution." he responded coolly.
Aigis slammed her hands onto the table. "This logic is twisted, Commander! We do not provoke! You step out of ANBU protocol, I'm reporting you to the Hokage!"
Just as she was about to leave, two ANBU crept out of the shadows and grabbed her, subduing her from any other movements, no matter how hard she struggled.
"You have no choice in the matter. You'll be doing the kid a favor, letting him die at the hands of someone he holds dear."
"This won't go through.. -ugh- ... when they find out..."
The Commander stepped out of the Shadows a little, revealing some of his features and the lower half of his face.
"They won't. It's unfortunate I can't convince you to work with us, given your loyalty, but you present an opportunity to try out some experimental technology..."
While Aigis was struggling, the Commander reached out his hand and placed a paper with seal markings on Aigis's forehead. It felt a little hot.
"What... what is this?! I am loyal, but I won't let such underhanded act- ugh!!"
"Relax, young Mandalore." he said, almost whispering.
With her expression one of complete surprise, Aigis stopped struggling as seal markings started encroaching from the paper across her forehead. Her eyes rolled up a little.
On the Commander's forehead, a symbol for "Root" could be seen on his forehead protector.
And then, everything went blank.
Dear Carl,
There's a nice marsh on the outskirts of Konoha that I want to explore as a potential training ground for future students. Please come visit and help me survey the land so we can determine how to allocate this properly. It would be very beneficial, and perhaps we could train a little there as a 'stress test' of sorts.

It was a normal day, Carl had just waken up from a pretty long nap. Missions can be tiring afterall. His stay in the Sound was a great experience so far, nothing to complain about in the slightest. Slowly removing the covers, then slipping on his black slippers, he walks to the pantry and takes out a nice sized jar of Nutella. Oh, perfection in a small container, creamy, chocolatey goodness running about on your taste buds. Taking a knife from a drawer to his left, Carl opens the jar and places the brown paste on the slice of bread. With all this said in done, he would take his first bite. Biting into the sandwich, a cold chill went down his spine, a preminition? Or, was it simply the sugary goodness rejuvenating him from his long slumber? Either way, his day was alright, Nutella just topped it off.
Walking back to the bed, he notices a pink slip, examining it further, it looks just like a write-up from school. Y'know, when you get in trouble from the littlest things, get written up, then you have to see the principal who ALWAYS has hot coffee breath? Yeah, those. Picking it up, it turns out it was a note, from Aigis. Smiling, he throws on his daily attire, black boots, thin, long jeans, a black t-shirt, his lucky bracelet, and a pouch full of tools. Jumping out the window and dashing for the usual spot, he takes the time pick up some chicken dumplings along the way, thoughtful right?

Her face partially obstructed by the hooded cloak, Aigis doesn't move or respond as Carl gives her a hug.
No... he came... why?
"C-Carl, g-get away from me... please..." she quivered, trying to warn him.
But it was too late.
All of a sudden, her forehead had a fierce burning sensation, piercing her thoughts, as if rewriting them. She clutched her forehead, pushing her 'brother' away with a forceful shove, legs buckling slightly. She cried out.
Then, a burst of chakra radiated from her, blowing off her cloak and revealing her full body and armor. She inadvertently activated her Mandalorian Armor, along with some of its abilities, namely chakra sensing and enhanced vision. This forces Carl to move back to mid-range.
There are a few more moments of struggling, but after that, she simply stands upright, as if nothing happened.
Her expression is totally blank, as if under complete subjugation.
She speaks, her voice completely toneless and unfeeling... more so than her usual demeanor.
"Carl Grimes, under orders of Konoha's ANBU, you are to be exterminated."
Taking out two kunais with explosive tags wrapped around them, she holds one in each hand and throws them both at Carl, one aimed for his chest, and the other aimed at his feet.

Description: All Mandalorians have a basic armor, the armor they are given when they are first inducted into the clan. A members armor is special: It's designed for them by the leader of the clan. The Mandalorian armor is beyond the technology the rest of the world possesses. Even though all armors look different the abilities they posses are the same. As the member grows stronger he gains access to more of the technological advances, having his armor "upgraded". The armor has 2 sets of abilities: passive and active (that take up a move slot and do damage). The armor, being specifically made for the individual is perfectly in sync with his/her chakra system, it flows throughout them and their armor. This was the technological breakthrough the enabled the armor to function as a second skin for the ninja. Not only does it allow complete control over the armor through chakra pulses and chakra control but it also allows the user to release techniques that would otherwise be released from his skin or his mouth, etc from the armor, something that negates any limitation to the users ninjutsu usage, specially elemental.
Passive Abilities:
General
-Basic Protection: The Mandalorian armor is made of strong materials and infused with chakra, granting it resistance against weaker attacks. Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces.
Helmet
-Gas Mask: The Mandalorian's helmet protects them from harmful gases, toxins or airborne pathogens. The helmet contains a breathing apparatus that filters harmful external agents in the air, allowing a degree of protection against said agents by purifying the air. In the case of enemy techniques, this protection works up to C-Rank techniques.
-Communication: The helmet contains a communication device linked to all other Mandalorians which uses chakra to transmit messages through great distances. It can even project images that the users sees.
Body Armor
-Heat/Cold and Electrical Protection: The Mandalorian armor, being infused with chakra and made from strong resistant materials protects the user from taking damage from high and low temperatures and electrical damage up to D-Rank. The armor cannot be short circuited but will face normal damage from anything above that rank, with temperature based attacks behaving normally (melting the armor if hot enough or freezing it if cold enough), same as it would with the users body, and lightning based attacks cutting through it.
Active Abilities:
Helmet
-Enhanced Vision: The Mandalorian armor has a special visor that is powered by chakra, that enables the user to gain an advanced vision that can mimic the motion tracking speed of a 1 Tomoe Sharingan. Beyond the motion tracking abilities, the user gains the ability to see the world through a sort of thermal vision, based on the infrared spectrum. This also allows a limited form of night vision (its use drains 5 chakra points per turn and its activation counts as a move).
-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).

The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).
-Vibration Sword: a retractable, short ninjato blade, strapped to the armors back, the sword uses the wielders chakra to create high levels of vibration and use that to increase physical damage. As such, when uses, physical Kenjutsu techniques gain +10 damage. The sword drains 10 chakra points per turn when active.
-Armor Strengthening: As the whole armor contains various chakra motors and enhances, the user can charge the whole armor with chakra to temporarily boost his physical abilities, namely his speed and his physical strength. Being mechanical in nature, the armor can only focus on either speed or strength. This can be done in 2 levels: Level 1 increases speed in 50% or adds +10 damage to all taijutsu. Level 2 doubles the users speed or adds +20 to the users taijutsu. The limitation is the duration and chakra cost. Level 1 drains 10 chakra points per turn, lasting a maximum time of 3 turns, usable thrice. Level 2 is usable only twice, drains 20 chakra per turn, lasting 2 turns.

As he stands back up, he notices two kunai with explosive tags wrapped around the bottom loop heading straight for him. In all honesty, this was totally unexpected, was she trying to kill him? Wanted by the Anbu of Konoha? For what exactly? So many questions were running through his head, it was like a game of charades. Reaching in the pouch strapped to his lower hip, a bit to the left, he pulls out two kunai aswell, also strapped with explosive tags. Fight fire with fire, right? Clenching them both between his hands, he tosses them in a spiral motion as each of the opposing weapons collide, with the explosion following a second after.
Now, a small cloud of smoke briefly arised, exploiting this, he flips back onto a nearby tree branch, clenching the bark of it with his right hand, Carl uses his right hand as a sort of megaphone, cupping it in a 'C' shape, he screams at Aigis, trying to find out exactly what she means.
"Aigis, what're you talking about? It's me, Carl!"
It was an attempt to bring her back to her senses, the last thing he needed was to fight the one he held so close to his heart. Confused practically became his middle name, things just didn't add up, but he knew it would come down to two possible outcomes. Either Aigis comes to her senses, and they find out what the hell is going on, or one of them ends up dying, and he prayed it wasn't the former.
Now, a small cloud of smoke briefly arised, exploiting this, he flips back onto a nearby tree branch, clenching the bark of it with his right hand, Carl uses his right hand as a sort of megaphone, cupping it in a 'C' shape, he screams at Aigis, trying to find out exactly what she means.

It was an attempt to bring her back to her senses, the last thing he needed was to fight the one he held so close to his heart. After this jutsu, she would string together a series of seven handseals and releases a thin stream of powerful flames that would spread the further from her they got, burning not only Carl, but the tree he was on, too. She swept the stream back and forth, much like a flamethrower.

Wow, was she really attacking him? Numerous thoughts ran through his head, emotions that he hasn't felt in a while, well, since he met Aigis. Confusion, anger, sadness, but he wasn't going to die. To be honest, a hint of doubt crossed his mind, with a slight smile, he held out his hands and fired multiple lightning bolts in a cone fashion, yeah, the same technique. As the cones collide and disperse among themselves, from the short, and minor dischargers and the slight cloud of dust from the impact, Carl sees a bright light head his way, it was hot as hell too. Great, fire. He hates fire, except for smores, but still.
Forming the tiger seal, then immidately inhaling a breath of air, he spits a large ball of rapidly spinning water at the scorching flames, creating a thin cloud of mist in the process. The ball continues forward and knocks her back, not enough to do any serious damage, but enough to show he's gotten stronger since their last training session.

Her expression was blank, unfeeling, and focused. She turned into a brutally effective killing machine. Deep down, however, she could still hear her brother's muffled voice and usages of jutsus. She wanted to scream, break free of the control she was under.
Carl... I need you to figure this out! I can't... control myself! she thought.

Watching as she robotically blocks his moves, and brings herself to his level, a frown makes it's way across his face. A frown representing sadness, betray, mistrust. To see the person he deemed his sister, attempt to kill him in such a horrid manner, was devastating. He clenches his free fist and gritts his teeth, staring in her direction, but not her eyes. Aigis raised her hand as it becomes surrounded by electricity, attempting to create a blade that would reach him from her current location.
"So....that's how it is, huh?", he quietly says, his voice quivering and himself being on the brink of crying. "I.....I trusted you...you were my friend, my teacher, my sister!", unable to continue speaking without choking on his own words, he watches as the blade comes into short range, about five meters from the branch he stands on.
Opening his left fist, he quickly forms the ram seal and inhales a breath of air, all while kneading chakra in his lungs. In a short, dip of his head, he spits out a large conpressed wave of wind, not only dispersing the blade as it narrows in, but seemingly knocking Aigis of her murky, mud water she was using as a sort of platform to get on his level.
The mud splashes as she crashes into the trunk of a tree, head first. Carl stares at the action with a single tear running down the side of his cheek, then, he recalls a quote from her during their training sessions, an accurate one at that.
"We are shinobi, we do not dwell on the past, and we certainly do not betray or comrades. Aigis of the Mandalore clan....here, now, by my hands, you will die"
His tone was lifeless, almost as if a demon suddenly possessed him and he had a spontaneous change of character, but that wasn't the case. It was slight bluff. He loved her with all his heart, could he really bring himself to take her life? Carl ponders on the thought, all while extending his right hand, and waving it to the left, from there, a vortex of dangerously condensed wind left his finger tips, and possibly pulling her into it's center. Where it would release multiple slashes, gashing her legs to the bone, cutting through her flesh like a knife does warm butter, if she can't counter it in time. He knew she could, that's why he made it so easy, he had hope. If it was false hope, he wasn't sure, but he knew Aigis wasn't the type to go down easily, she was like a metal goldilocks, joke intended.

Noting that her Sharp Spear was overpowered by Carl's wind jutsu, Aigis would cross her arms in front of her in an "X" formation, releasing a burst of Earth chakra that covered her in an Earth Armor that layered upon her Mandalorian Armor. She took the blast of wind directly, and it still slammed her against the tree. The subsequent wind would also hit her hard. However, she would feel no pain, but simple impacts due to the superior defense of the jutsu she used. After both attacks hit her, the earth armor would crumble off. She was now on the branch a little farther away from Carl.
Her eyes widened in what looked like both excitement and sadism. It was as if some sense had been knocked into her. But nevertheless, she didn't say anything as the two shinobi stared each other down.
She weaved the Tiger handseal, and from the water below them (directly underneath Carl's branch) would bubble up, forming a sphere of water, from which several water whips would erupt from, underneath Carl, racing upward to skewer him like a kabob from down under. Carl would most likely be unaware of its formation unless he looked down...
But to instead try and keep her brother's focus on her, Aigis would activate her Mandalorian Armor jets, boosting forward with great speed, in a linear direction towards Carl's branch. She had her retractable Katana held in a reverse grip, aimed at Carl's chest. She essentially became a powerful missile with a sharp tip, and should she manage to slash at Carl, it would leave a deep, fatal cut across his midsection. Combine that with the water whips approaching from below him, it would result in a two-front combination that would kill if not defended from. Even then, it would allow her to come in close.

Witnessing Aigis continue her merciless assault, his eyes narrows and become fixated with hatred and emptiness.
"I see....."
Those were the last words he said before completely cutting off his emotions. It was second nature to him, he was constantly abandoned by the one's he held dear, no letters, news, nothing. They disappeared only to leave a single footprint heading for the door. I can't believe I thought she was different. They're all the same, every, last, one of 'em. basic thoughts going through his now clouded mind. From his stance and the tilt of his head, Carl was able to catch a glimpse of the scene taking place underneath. She was planning to pierce him with energy sharpened water, clever. He brings his hands together to form the snake seal, his skins darkens to a shade slightly lighter than black, Carl's skin hardens to an almost steel like texture. The water strikes, but it doesn't phase him, it weakens his skin greatly, but it wasn't strong enough to fully piece.
The hardening of his skin could be percieved as a metaphore for his now emotionless personality. His eyes darted upward watching Aigis' movements closely, the sound of her jetpacks roaring as she soars through sky with her hair rustling in the wind. It was all poetic, but unlike a story, this was real. The tension, was real, and so was the consequence of losing. It meant death. Something Carl wasn't ready for.
"You take me too lightly, I can tell by your mechanical fighting. I'm not the same boy you taught the Earth element too, because unlike him, I will show no mercy."
A sick, sadistic, smile made it's way across his face, it was the smile of a predator ready to pounce on it's prey, showing little remorse for the victime afterwards. Carl's right hand suddenly becomes engulfed in chirping lightning, the electricity buzzed through the slight clesring as he extended his arm forward. Giving his new rival a slight wink, the lightning shot from his hand and seperated itself into thousands of small needles, puncturing her left shoulder, right eye, knee, and chest. This would paralyze her movements as she continued to race into his current location. Carl simply jumped off the back and landed perfectly on the ground, watching Aigis crash into the tree behind the one he was on. She would then tumble down and roll onto the ground flat, and lazily, her nerves out of whack, and her body movements conpletely restricted. He reaches into his pouch on his left side, and pulls out a dagger with a loop on the bottom. Twirling it on his finger and flicking his wrist to send it off, he aims for her throat in hopes of ending her pitiful life.
"Be happy I gave you a peaceful death, that's the least I can do for a former comrade"

What was this... feeling? Aigis could almost sense it. Her outward appearance and face showed no expression or emotion, but on the inside, she desperately wanted to call out to him, wanting to know what was wrong...
