Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

After saying those uttering those words and activating his visual prowess, Neji takes out a hidden flash bomb and throws it behind him and temporarily blinds his opponent. While he is visually incapacitated, Neji gathers his fire chakra and molds it inside of his stomach. He then, he forces the chakra up into his throat and out of his mouth; creating a bright, small fireball that shoots towards Shikaku and severely burns him on impact. Immediately after spewing the fireballs, Neji rushes to his opponent's side [still mid rage away] while simultaneously grabbing out 3 kunai. After getting into position, he hurls the kunai at him, aiming the kunai at Shikaku's left leg, left shoulder & the neck.

As shikaku see's the Flash bomb he quickly make's the sand beneath him as a quick sand and goes underground thereby dodging both the kunai and fire balls..

Description: The user changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. While inside the earth, the user cannot make handseals and can only use Earth techniques below C-Rank. If he tries to do a higher ranked technique, he'll disrupt the Hiding like a mole technique and be left crushed.
He then comes up from the ground at about 10 feet to the left from his initial position.. "Hmm, Battling a Byakugan user is indeed a Difficult Task, But do you think a move like that is going to stop me??"
As saying show shikaku drops a flash bomb behind him, he then brings his leg near the light source of the flash bomb. A huge shadow is created. He then manipulates that shadow and traps Neji in his

Description: The user will throw flash bombs behind themselves to not only blind the enemy but to also extend the range of his shadow indefinitely. The user can put any part of their body infront of the light and it will appear as an enormous shadow. Once the shadow is ready, he can constrict any enemy easily just by closing his hands.

As Neji notices Shikaku go underground, he uses his Byakugan to track his chakra network as he moves underground. When Shikaku comes up to reemerge and throws a flash bomb, Neji is unaffected due to the fact that the Byakugan can't be blinded by light. As soon as he sees a shadow being manipulated and heading towards him, he prepares for a counter. As the shadow comes nearer and nearer, Neji grins and allows it to temporarily bind him. However, he immediately begins to channel a lot of his chakra into all 361 tenketsu. Right after, Neji then erupts it out of his whole tenketsu with great pressure and dispels the shadow away from him.

Description: Using their ability to expel chakra from every chakra point on their body, a member of the Hyūga clan can hit their opponent with a blast of chakra that will send them flying away from the user. It was also shown when Kisame's Water Prison Technique trapped Neji that the user can use it to target weak point in the technique that they see withtheir Byakugan in order to dispel it.
"Pfft..." Ready to take the offensive, Neji comes from behind the wall. First, Neji begins to gather and mold his futon chakra inside of his lungs while weaving the necessary hand seal [ram]. He then takes a deep breath, and quickly exhales a large, gust of wind. He then uses shape manipulation to create mini tornadoes that attack his opponent. Immediately afterwards, begins to gather and mold his fire chakra while weaving the tiger hand seal. After doing so, Neji creates a stream of fire by spewing it out of his mouth and uses shape manipulation to turn it into an intense ring of flames. As the flames come in contact with the wind jutsu, it combines to create a massive, flaming hurricane that heads towards Shikaku. When he comes to contact with the wind-fire combo, he is swept up by the tornado and severely burned by the flames. ~Come on, show me how much of a genius you really are.~

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal by utilizing their fire chakra, the user will create a stream of fire that can be manipulated into several forms (rings of fire that runs on the ground or a circle of fire flying through the air) before striking the target. It can also be used in combination with Wind Release: Divine Wind to create a tornado of flames, or with Wind Release: Godly Wind from the Mountains to release a massive inferno. The stream of fire can be created by stomping the ground (running across the ground in this case) or by spewing the flames (which will form an airborne ring of flames that will travel towards the enemy).

Description: The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defence which protects them from incoming attacks, even from something as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow. The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active and use it to ram against them. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.

He then creates a Lightning clone and the clone is sent to attack Neji while shikaku does the rat hand seal and extends his shadow near Neji to bind him in his shadow possession.
