That's right, the Kamino landing pad [if you ever seen Star Wars lol]; There is a little breeze and light rain. In addition, there is a 30 foot drop with a vast ocean waiting below. -- I will be using
Tobirama wastes no time to talk to his opponent, as he immediately uses his chakra to form water under his feet, he rose a little. The water becomes a wave and the wave rolls towards his opponent. While on the wave, Tobirama swings his hand at his opponent and water molecules in the air around Tobirama form three bullets and the bullets hurl themselves at the star wars looking guy!

Description: The user condenses water vapor in the air above them to generate multiple projectiles of water which shoot at their target with a great amount of force and speed. The user can also shoot a barrage of small water projectiles directly from the swing of their hand.
As Atton is enjoying the most beautiful view of the vast, raging ocean before him, along with the brisk cold weather along & the light drops of rain falling on his face, he notices a fairly tall man with an ugly fur coat ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) walking towards him. "What are we doing here, you ask? As if I know." When his is done finishing his sentence, he realizes that his opponent had created a suiton wave under his feet and headed towards his position. In quick decisiveness, he quickly jumps 2 feet in the air while gathering a small amount of his wind chakra. After doing so, he exhales a long stream of wind that propels Atton 10 feet into the air, just fast enough to narrowly avoid the incoming wave of water.

Description: This technique allows the user to change direction in mid-air at high speeds by simply blowing wind out their mouth. The user can also use this technique by blowing it at the ground and causing a dust cloud to rise, concealing the users location and movement.
As soon as Atton had gotten high into the air, he sees that his opponent had created 3 water bullets above him and directed at him. While in mid air, he starts to gather a lot of his chakra and channels it within the water source below him. After doing so, he gathers some chakra into his hands before clapping them together. Momentarily, a large spiraling vortex of water appears out of thin air between Atton and his opponent & water bullets. He then uses chakra manipulation to make the water vortex cataract into a powerful wave that spans wide, consumes the three bullets and continues on towards the mystery man. When water makes contact, the wave blasts him and causes him to crash into the facility behind him [into long range now]. When he lands back onto the ground, Atton then gathers his fire chakra and molds it inside of his stomach while simultaneously weaving the necessary 2 hand seals [Horse → Tiger]. After doing so, he releases a highly concentrated sphere of fire that travels into the facility and causes an explosion upon impact.

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

Description: The user after performing two hand seals Horse → Tiger exhales a big-sized sphere of fire that carries the enemy away and causes a massive explosion on impact. The fire ball has a given solidity property to it, being able to punch through solid obstacles without exploding.
