So I will start, I guess.

Chelsea arrived at the battlefield, it was long time since she actually arrived there to confront an enemy and she had a feeling or instincts that this close combat tai battle is going to be really epic one.
Without wasting a moment, she decides to starts off, as she delivers a powerful spinning upward kick in the air, which is powerful enough to disturb the normal wind flow around her and form a tornado of wind around her, with she present at the belly of the tornado.
She then forms the dragon out of tornado and then sends it towards her opponent, which swallows her opponent and then deliver sharp cuts on the opponent, due to sharp and powerful wind flowing around him, while Chelsea remains safe at the base of the dragon.

Description:
This is an ultimate taijutsu technique created by the legendary taijutsu master Chen. It appears to be initiated by an upward spin kick at which point it quickly becomes like tornado. Forming into a dragon with long whiskers, it attacks the target aiming to swallow them, at which point they are cut by the razor sharp air currents inside the attack. After initiating the attack, the user appears to remain shielded within the base of the tornado as the outward surface of the dragon seems to be solid enough for a person to impact and rebound off of, making the only way to enter the technique once it has been initiated is by being swallowed. However, there is one distinct weakness to the technique. Since the Dragon God's real form (and what it basically is) is that of an ordinary tornado, though cosmetically shaped into a dragon, its attack power is based on rotation. If one enters the attack's centre (Dragon's Eye) while rotating at high speed, such as Lee's One-Man Front Lotus, it can be dispersed without inflicting damage. The technique, while seemingly similar to Wind Release, is actually just the users own physical power (through the use of the spinning kick) shaping the air into currents through movement. It is, however, enough to fight off elemental ninjutsu of the same rank and below.

Oga was simply waiting for his underling to aware while eating a croquette. He was just gazing the atmosphere when a fine looking girl seemed to have appeared in the field and with no warning at first, attacked. "I don't really want to hurt a girl but I guess I will make an exception.". Those were the words Oga spoke out loud while having a demonic look on his face since it has been quite a time that he fought a strong opponent and moreover, this was just a taijutsu battle. In order to counter the on coming Dragon, Oga was forced to use the same technique by kicking the air in a circle since he was restricted to only Taijutsu. With that kick, a powerful force starts to spin around which then takes the shape of a dragon. Oga then directs the face of the dragon towards the face of the other dragon causing a havoc that the spinning power of the two dragons colliding would cause a sort of rupturing sound. With those canceled out, Oga dashes towards Chelsea while trying to anticipate a move from her.

You always think girls are weak, don't you?
Chelsea responds as she sees opponent in front of her babbling something about not fighting girls or something.
Time to prove you wrong then....
Chelsea sees the guy in front of her countering her move via the same move and sees him dashing towards her.
She also runs towards the opponent and once she is within the short range from her opponent, she jumps in the air, towards your face. She gathers all of her strength in her right leg and then extends it towards her opponent's face, while bending left leg behind to deliver a powerful jumping kick at your face to send you flying away from her.

Description:A taijutsu attack were the user does a jumping kick into the opponents face.

She then uses her momentum gathered due to previous technique, pushes her right leg behind and gathers her strength in left hand with open palm and slaps it at the right side of your head, slapping you before you can move out of her range due to the reaction of previous jutsu.
Slap at the right side of your head, leaves you unconscious and sends you flying towards the left side of your previous position.

Description: One of the simplest moves in Taijutsu, the user will simply hit the opponent with an open hand, slapping him. It can also be used for defensive purposes to slap incoming limbs or weapons.

Chelsea lands on the ground safely as you lie unconscious after traveling some distance.

Seeing the girl react by running, Oga stops running and just simply stands and waits for the move to happen. While waiting, Oga replies back to the girl saying "All the girls I came across were weak." and then sees the girl jumping in the air and trying to kick him off. Oga just smirks a bit and simply side steps to his right side, this would make Chelsea unable to stop her movement due to the high speed she is coming in. After side stepping, Oga rises up his right hand slowly in the air and then using brutal force, punches the girl in the leg probably cracking the leg if it hits right. The impact would be powerful enough for the girl not to walk for a while.

Chelsea upon being midair, sees you sidestepping to dodge the attack. She changes her tactics quickly as she gathers her strength in her left hand, bowls it and then delivers a powerful punch at the front side of your face, sending you a little bit behind while maintaining her remaining body posture the same.

Then she lands at her previous position and runs towards you, while gathering her strength in her right hand.
Upon moving at short range from you, she opens up her palm and distributes her chakra throughout her palm to deliver a powerful blow at your stomach of forward thrust type, which may break part of your intestine, if you fail to counter.

Noticing the punch that the girl seems to be trying to land, Oga manages to rotate around quickly which helps him move to the left side dodging the punch while lifting up his right leg within the air in order to perform a round house kick on the girl's head with the momentum gathered from the spin. If the girl does not counter against this kick, her skull would slightly break. As soon as the girl is hit, Oga would grab her hand and break it using his other elbow.

As Chelsea sees you rotating towards your left, she gathers her lightning chakra in her right hand and then opens the palm of her hand and delivers a powerful uppercut attack directed at her opponent's chin, but in a little bit diagonal fashion, sending him in the air, alongside breaking part of his chin, along with few cuts which might be quiet fatal.
Since Chelsea's height is less than Oga, her attack will be able to strike the chin perfectly.
