Kakashi uses the clone technique(Bunshin No Jutsu) which he then creates 4 illusionary clones.
All four clones and the original grab out their tanto(the clones are a illusion) as they then begin to dash towards Itachi.

Kakashi didn't know how to counter with that technique, so he then leaped back away from the technique, and made sure he was as at a farther distant away from the technique, and the user. He then noticed that it was a short range technique.
Kakashi then put away his tanto and run towards Itachi again. He then closes his eyes and focus chakra into his mouth, and once he has enough chakra, he began to transform it with shape manipulation into small sharp needles (Fukumi Hari) - Hidden Needles.
He then makes sure Itachi is in his range, and then I spits it towards him with great accuracy.

Itachi quickly gathers Doton chakra and slams his hand into ground usinga shape manipulation he controls earth and maked 3 M pillar of earth Hidden needles hits the doton wall. Itachi Smirks and quickly gather katon chakra then he quickly maked Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger handseals and shoots Giant fire ball towards Kakashi.
