Nendo Haven is an island characterized by sand beaches, grass and lush forests. It is a warm, subtropical climate, a fact that many settlers taken advantage of. The island’s most recognizable feature is the large Mount Nendo, which lies in its center and consist almost entirely of light beige clay. Many communities of easygoing fishermen, artisans and manufacturers can be found here, taking advantage of the island’s many natural resources. A few smaller ninja clans make their home closer to the mountains, accepting contracts from the inhabitants.

We're near the coastline; with water being Mid Ranged from our right/left side. I'll be utilizing Eula Yuki in signature, post you're bio and I'll start.

Eula was quietly meditating along the coastline; the scenery was always a very calming one in all honesty. It reminded her of her youth, on the rare days where it would snow endlessly across the Water Archipelago. While today wasn’t inherently one of those days – she was agreed with another opportunity instead. A certain cybernetic warrior had summoned her here today for a duel; friendly bout between herself and him. Her train of thought was ended when echoes of heavy-duty stomping alerted her of someone’s arrival. Her eyes shot open as to reveal her icy blue irises - as she glared into the cybernetic warriors direction. “Mr. Stone, it’s a pleasure making you’re acquaintance” Eula would bow as she greeted the gentleman. “Mirabelle has sent word to me of your arrival prior to so I came as intended…thought it’s a bit strange to be called out of the blue like this” she said with a light chuckle. She would start to stretch her body, as she loosened up a bit – too much in fact that it led into her yawning. “Goodness me” she complained a bit as she finished. With deep breath, however the air around Eula shifted as her eyes became more stoic and focused. “I don’t intend on taking this battle lightly Mr. Stone, I hope I can expect the same from you” she said as she gripped her sword from her back. It was a giant Claymore, dubbed “Song of Broken Pines” thought the metal for the blade was coated with mithril – a perk it inherited from Mythos. On her lower leg, she had a dagger prepared to used for other Serengti Spear techniques however. “Weapon Form: Caladbolg” she mentally said as the weapon’s form would passively change in order to resemble one of the legendary blades of humanity’s history. As she did, she would swing the blade downwards – as she channeled chakra into it. The chakra coating the blade would instinctively “shatter”, releasing a storm of chakra shockwaves into the general direction of victor but still spread out.

As the blades are sent outwards, moving extremely fast – they would slash through his body with little effort if not careful. Eula would then knead her ice chakra. She would weaponize it; as it would form directly underneath the opponent – followed by the use of a handseal, the ice would burst from directly below him into a massive vortex composed of ice and snow. It would spiral around him, as it would begin to make breathing harder within the zone but at the same time would possibly cause him to freeze to death. She would simply wait for his own retort to these actions.

Description: Keotsu's legendary blade Mythos has been with him through trials and tribulations of all sorts; and in turn, Keotsu has used his strength to help his friends through their own challenges. The strength Keotsu could offer was always limited, though, as so many of his teachings were made with his own blade in mind. This technique allows others to use Mythos, when they normally could not. Because Mythos is tied to Keotsu's soul, he will perform a small ritual with one that Keotsu is incredibly close to: Keotsu will place Mythos in its entirety atop one of his brothers-in-arms' weapons, and coat it in an incredibly thin layer of the Mythril that Mythos is made of. In this action, Keotsu accepts this person into his soul, marking them as someone of great importance to him. This imparts the weapon with all the abilities of Mythos.
*Note: Cannot be used in battle. The purpose of this technique is to allow others to be able to use Mythos.
*Note: True to the blade, if a piece of Mythos is ever used against Keotsu, this technique will "deactivate", and that person will be as if they could not have used Mythos in the first place.
*Note: Those who Keotsu teaches "Brother" will be able to use (Ten'notsurugi: Mythos, Jinsei no Sāberu) Astrum Sword: Mythos, Vita Saber with all of its abilities, including access to the Legendary Command Arts.

Description: "The Blade of Heaven...Mythos the Life Sabre. One of the Ten Shinning Weapons." When Keotsu returned to the known continent from his journey to regions unknown, he returned with his blade Mythos in a new form; some secret event took place which reconfigured the blade and created a powerful connection between Keotsu and the sword. The Mythril blade retained its ability to change it's shape, but not it's mass when subjected to Keotsu's chakras, as did the scabbard of the weapon, though the two were no longer explicitly linked. A few improvements were noted by Keotsu, though: the blade seemed to resonate better than before, boosting his powers in battle: offensive Kenjutsu techniques and Command Arts have their power increased by +20, and defensive and supplementary Kenjutsu and Command Arts are increased in their effectiveness by +20 (that is, a defensive technique that is A-rank (60 damage) would be capable of now defending from an S-rank (80 damage) ; second, the blade came to reject energies that were foreign to Keotsu - that's to say, for example, if an enemy tried to use Nagashi after grabbing the blade, the energy would stop completely due to the nature of the blade's composition. This particular power comes about from the blade's new found synergy with Keotsu, in an effort to prevent it from being used against him. Retaining all the properties of the metal it was forged from, Mythos is indestructible and will never dull, in any of its forms.
*The user can manipulate the blade’s form during battle at any time, but it costs 35 chakra to do so, and also counts towards one of that turn’s three allotted moves.
*Can only be wielded by Keotsu. When someone else tries to hold the blade, it will reject their chakra and increase its density exponentially, making it to heavy to be lifted. However, it reverts to its original density when Keotsu is holding it.
*While the sword can transform into different types of weapons, like a katana or spear, it is bound by its mass, meaning that the form it takes on has to be within the realms of creating from the same amount of matter.
*While Mythos is in hand, Keotsu is unable to cast Genjutsu at all.

Description: The Legendary Command Arts are a series of Command Arts unique to Keotsu himself, and can only be performed with his blade Mythos ("Legend"). The shape-shifting sword can change its form to take on the shape and ability of other blades of myth and legend. This form is known as "Caladbolg", a Welsh word for "Great Sword". In this form, Mythos takes on the form of a jet black straight sword of little detail, but of incredible size. Using it's incredible size and cutting edge to augment physical attacks, and by refining energies for energy attacks, the blade draws more power from Keotsu to augment his damage, granting +25 for offensive techniques and a similar increase in efficacy for defensive/supplemental techniques (an A rank technique would be treated as an empowered S Rank, etc, as analogous to Mythos’s boost); Caladbolg allows non-elemental Kenjutsu to be treated as elementally equal to all elements.
*Note: Can only be used once per battle. If Mythos leaves this form, it cannot return to it during the battle. However, taking the form does not consume a moveslot/is done passively.
(Kamei Gigei: Rekkyōdan) Command Art: Violent Mirror Severing

Description: A technique based upon the premises of two of Keotsu's other Command Arts - his signature shockwave Kougenjin, and a Prayer technique known as Zekkyōdan, Rekkyōdan aims to push the principles of these attacks to their absolute limits. The user will gather chakra around their blade, coating in it a glass like layer; swinging the blade breaks the high tension layer of chakra and projects it forward, like the fragments of a broken mirror. The user can control the spread over the shattered attack, allowing it to cover either wide area to affect multiple opponents, or focus it into a tight cone to strike an individual adversary. No matter the scope of the area covered by the attack, though, the technique always launches 80 individual shockwaves. Like all Command Art shockwaves, Rekkyōdan can cut through any material the blade used to launch it can cut, meaning a sufficiently sharp blade could cut through nearly any material, and like Kougenjin it moves a twice the normal rate of traditional shockwaves.

Description:
The user will channel their ice chakra around there opponent. The user will perform one handseal then cause a massive vortex of snow and ice shards to start swirling around the opponent. The target is the epicenter of the tech with the walls of the vortex being two meters away from the opponent in all directions. The vortex forms as fast as gushing water imprisonment, giving the opponent ample time to act. The vortex will taper off at the top creating a cone shape. If the target stays in.the vortex after three seconds the air in the vortex will be come thin and the temperature inside the cone will be lowered drastically making it hard to breathe. The user will then perform one more hand seal causing all the ice shards swirling in the vortex to shoot at the
opponent ripping them to shreds.

or below that come from the mouth can be used.

Victor looked upon Eula with a kind smile, nodding at her greeting and waving his hand above his head to say hello. "I'll try to keep up, Mrs Eula." He'd say calmly to her expectations from the battle. Soon enough Eula would kick things off, drawing her weapon and sending out a plethora of chakra shockwaves towards the Cyborg. In response, Victor would utilize lightning chakra to double his speed and swiftly arc around to behind Eula in quick fashion, easily avoiding the shockwaves in the process whilst putting him at a blindspot of hers. As Victor moves, Gomoonryong would launch an A rank spear composed of Nano Transformation toward Eula, aiming it to pierce straight through the woman's lungs and go through to the other side. Both Victor's speed and the spear would be exceedingly fast, most likely catching the woman off-guard.

Victor would keep moving 10 meters behind Eula, making himself a harder target to hit for the moment whilst also observing her actions.

(Goomoonryong) - Nine Arts Dragon

Description: Goomoonryong is a highly adaptive nanobot suit equipped with a powerful A.I, that is engineered towards Chun-Woo's physical combat inclination. The suit merges with Chun's body, seamlessly integrating with the user and forming a neural link with the user's body, mind, and any tools that are applied present on it. The A.I would become capable of controlling said tools on it's own accord, utilising it's algorithm and neural link with Chun to determine if it's usage is needed. If the user were to have cybernetic enhancements upon their limbs, the A.I could control said limb, utilising close quarter combats based technique through them while siphoning chakra from the user's own body through the neural link to accomplish said techniques. The siphoned chakra would not interfere with Chun's own chakra control, as the neural link between the A.I and Chun enables this siphoning to be treated as a natural passive occurrence, similar to walking on water and tree climbing. Naturally, while the siphoning is passive, the techniques utilise would still takes up a move slot. Goomoonryong's second ability stems from the nanobot component, allowing the suit to expand beyond Chun's body and assimilate tools/weapons. The ability allows the user to store tool and weapons in a layer of nanobots, granting the A.I the ability to use said tools on it's own accord. (following the tools own restrictions) Whereas the ability of utilising the weapons from the user's body is granted, allowing the user to wield multiple weapons with ease, enabling kenjutsu techniques for instance from the user's body, via swinging their arm for example. The nanobots can be used to form an exoskeleton that can reach up to ten meters range, increasing the user's striking distance, costing a move slot to expand. (30 chakra) The exoskeleton can be decreased to lower sizes, passively, for a cost of 10 chakra. The assimilation ability can be used passively for the user's tools/weapons(up to 4), with the A.I siphoning 20 chakra to do so. Goomoonryong does not affect the damage of techniques utilised through it, but it does carry it's own durability of 80 DMG, where higher damage destroys Goomoonryong. Can be repaired once per battle at a cost of fourty chakra, at a cost of a move.
( Nano Henkan ) - Nano Transformation

Description: Their body having undergone significant modification, down to the level of their circulatory and nervous systems, the users have transformed into something of a living scientific ninja tool. Their Shinobi-Ware takes the form of microscopic scientific ninja tools implanted throughout the entire body, which seem to be able to make particular alterations at the cellular level. For example, the body tissue can undergo rapid cellular division, causing it to expand, and it can also instantly undergo sclerosis or malacia to harden or soften. This allows him to partially transform their body in a manner similar to Jūgo's Sage Transformation, weaponizing it to produce sharp blades or piercing tendrils with up to long range reach; these growths can even be shed, or thrown as projectiles. When used, they can range in power and speed. At B rank, they move at the user's base speed. At A rank, they move at twice this speed and at S rank and higher, they move at 2.5 times the user's speed. He can also produce a powerful shockwave from his body, repelling all around should he choose to, at the same rank and speeds as the weaponized nano blades.

Watching the opponent immediately moving out the way of her attack; Eula was quick to make her next choice of action. Immediately her normal blue eyes would immediately shift into the infamous all seeing white eye. The Byakugan, as her temples became swollen by the surge of chakra rushing through her veins but also allowing her to easily track her opponent’s movements. This was done in tandem with additional help; as she drew her dagger and twirled the upper half of her body. Immediately a burst of entrapped winds would since her spiraling into the air as she easily avoided the projectile as she was blasted towards her left side and out of the path of the technique. She kept low to the ground however as se would then while landing on her next position quickly thrusts her blade forward towards the enemy with Song of the Broken Pines. This would release a green arrow of chakra from the blade into the direction of Victor with easy. She simply waited from that point onward to see his reaction.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye (Passive)

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

Description: Netela is a form of enhanced movement, where the user will direct the weapon's motions towards the ground, creating localized burst of wind from the entrapped air drag which will propel them towards a target at great speed. The user can also use this technique to immediately halt their own moment, creating a safe wind cushion for them to land on or stop mid-air, or even propel themselves a different direction mid-air. This works on themselves or others, as the burst is essentially non damaging.
(Kenjutsu: Sōdo Yajirushi) Sword Art: Sword Arrow

Description: The user will channel raw chakra into their sword and perform a simple thrust to trick an enemy into thinking that the thrust was the extent of the attack. However, as the user fully extends his arm he will use shape manipulation to release the stored chakra in the form of a green arrow that measures about three feet in length, that travels at a considerable speed. The arrow would be incredibly sharp, so much so that it's able to split apart techniques of the same rank and below. Once the chakra is released the user can will it to split into four parts in order to attack multiple opponents, or a single opponent from different sides.

Seeing Eula's eyes shift, Victor would blitz through three hand seals, casting an illusion upon the Hyuga wherein his chakra would overwhelm her senses, appearing everywhere in majestic fashion. The illusion would be enhanced by Yin, making it feel as if Victor's chakra was cutting at her from every single point. In tandem, Gomoonryong would take action, as it would initiate a swift kick that sends a blast of wind towards Eula, potentially hitting her and knocking her out of the illusion. Should the sword arrow be used, Victor's speed would enable a swift and simple dodge. Vic would remain 10 meters away from Eula's position.

Genjutsu: Kami No Nozumo Zai | Illusion Technnique: Divine Presence

Description: Forming three handseals, the user will cast a genjutsu upon their opponent, rather than altering the enviroment at all this illusion will instead alter how the victim perceives things using extrasensory methods, working exclusively against those who can sense chakra and see chakra, such as dojutsu users or sage mode users. When afflicted by this illusion the victims sensory ability will start to go haywire, causing them to sense enemy chakra in everything around them, or seeing it in everything around them in the case of Dojutsu. This illusion will cause no paralysis effects however it will completely overpower the sensory of opponents, rendering it useless as they can sense the users chakra everywhere like a blanket of fog, making it impossible to pinpoint actual sources of the enemy chakra. Should the illusion not be broken the opponent will begin to take spiritual damage, feeling as though they are being crushed beneath the sheer force of the chakra.

-This illusion can be cast on multiple people in range with only one move slot used, however it will count towards the 3 times per battle limit, I.E two victims is two usages.
(Inton: Gogyou Gen) – Yin Release: Five Elements Illusion

Description: This technique allows the user to combine their elemental chakra with Yin Release in order to create stronger, more potent Genjutsu. When the user casts a Genjutsu, rather than using their raw chakra they will use one of the basic elemental natures, thus increasing the potency of the jutsu. This technique increases the technique it is applied to by one rank in strength; due to the massive infusion of chakra a Genjutsu empowered by the Five Elements Illusion can penetrate through any passive defense or subversive method against Genjutsu. By using nature chakra rather than raw chakra, the properties of the Genjutsu can change in accordance to that nature and become stronger. For example, using Crushing Snake Constriction with Fire Release chakra would make the snakes appear, feel, and sound as though they were on fire. The user is free to alter the effects of a Genjutsu within reason as long as the primary effects remain the same. Like other Yin-Yang infusions, this technique only increases the chakra within the technique by an additional rank in strength, or 10, whichever is higher.

(Genos: Būsuto Atakku)- Boost Attack

Description: A taijutsu technique for cyborgs using the advanced technology within their body to deliver a powerful strike. The user will use the Nano tech within their body (Genos technology) to form jets on their limbs that use the generator's within to create a jet propulsion. These flames are made through technology alone containing no chakra. These propulsion give a rapid movement to deliver strikes on a new level. Moving at twice the users base speed due to the propulsion, these strikes have another couple of effects. Through the same principles of the leaf dragon god technique, due to the user swing so hard and so fast, the movements themselves give off a pure pushing force in the process in the direction the user moves. Should it be a direct punch then this pulse would be pushed directly forwards. Should the user do a 360 spin it will be pushing out all around them. Linear movements will release a solid pushing force of A rank up to mid range. If the strike more of a full movement, it will only reach short range around the user. Should the target somehow touch the jets that a propelling the users movements they will take 30 damage from that contact. This is considered a taijutsu attack enhanced through technology.

Note: Usable 3 times, once per turn, two turns between uses.

You say cutting; but that's not really clear as to what element is infused so I'll make an assumption that it's Wind based


I’m afraid it’s a bit too early for such pointless illusions” Eula would say; but the sheer audacity her opponent assumed in himself was rather comical. As the illusion sets in place; she would immediately knead an immense amount of fire chakra throughout her system. Immediately; alongside an additional infusion of chakra, she would purge the illusion in question as she opened her eyes. In tandem with his; she would open perform a downward slash; the powerful nature of her sword producing chakra less winds. These winds would service to part the incoming technique – leaving the section where Eula was completely fine however; as she swung downwards flames can be seen traveling down the same pathway of that she created for herself to remain unphased by the attack. Immediately the flames would travel towards the opponent in return in order to burn him alive. While she was not a full expert in illusions, her being a practitioner in Surreal Palm allowed her to know that her basic senses were being manipulated beforehand. Coupled with that fact her Byakugan is naturally capable of piercing through chakra clouds of sorts akin to this – it wasn’t her first rodeo with these. Never the less; she was fine regardless of this. Afterwards; she would passively shift her blade from it’s current form into the form of Durendal, yet another sword known by humanity. She would then start to make a stride towards the opponent.

(Kenjutsu: Yamato Takeru ) - Sword Technique: Gathering Clouds (Capable of Blocking 125 DMG)

Description: The user of this technique will begin by priming their weapon against an oncoming attack, before swinging it with such violent force that the sheer air pressure created by the weapon will split incoming attacks, causing them to harmlessly bypass the user. Due to this technique being not reliant on chakra it has no elemental strengths or weaknesses and functions on a rank vs rank system, however, any enhancements to kenjutsu will apply to the technique, so for example if the A rank is used, the technique splits A rank damage (60), but with a +20 to Kenjutsu it becomes capable of splitting (80) damage. This technique contains no intrinsic damage value but will push enemies out of short-range should they be too close to the attack. The power generated by this swing is similar to the leaf dragon god, so visually it appears as a wind jutsu might, despite not being a chakra based technique. It can be used to slice anything within reason, akin to Moses parting a sea, the technique will not fully disperse oncoming attacks instead it will simply remove the portion aimed at the user.

This of course under normal circumstances would prove to be useless in battle - but in some situations such as with Fuinjutsu, Medical Ninjutsu or other abilities in general this proves to he highly beneficial. Description: The Legendary Command Arts are a series of Command Arts unique to Keotsu himself, and can only be performed with his blade Mythos ("Legend"). The shape-shifting sword can change its form to take on the shape and ability of other blades of myth and legend. This form is known as "Durendal", from the French "to endure". This is Keotsu's preferred form for Mythos, and in this form Mythos takes on the form of a remarkable straight sword with black colored metal, though the edges gleam a mirror-like silver. True to its name, the Durendal form is meant for long bouts, and helps augment the energies that move across Mythos so that Keotsu's energies go further, making it so that all Kenjutsu techniques of any type have their chakra cost halved, and Kenjutsu techniques that have a per-turn upkeep cost have that cost reduced by half. Likewise, when energies are drawn into Mythos that would normally be negated or neutralized due to the blade's composition, the chakra cost of that technique is instead fed back into Keotsu's reserves.

"It served it's purpose." Victor would say as he utilized his increased speed to easily dodge the incoming fire, moving to Eula's left side now, still at mid range. In tandem, Victor would create a thin mist that spreads arounds Eula, serving no immediate purpose for the moment. Victor would follow this up by forming and sending multiple crystal petals of Yumeton towards's Eula, aiming to have them hit her form multiple angles. Notably the Yumeton would be baked, causing fumes to surround the area short range around the petals.

Description: Rheotaxis is a behaviour where animals will turn against a current, lining their body with the water motion. The user will create a very thin mist, invisible to the naked eye, though clearly visible by Doujutsu, around the terrain, with a pattern of clearly visible, albeit small, water mosquitoes, which are nodules of aggregated mist. The water particles will have a similar property as the Mist Rain technique, where instead of the water eating the chakra from other techniques to make them weaker, which is essentially absorbing chakra within other techniques, Rheotaxis will have the opposite effect. The thin water particles will almost allow themselves to be absorbed by the chakra within other techniques. Lightly suspended in the air, they will follow the current of foreign chakra and turn towards the source, so even the smallest hint of chakra will move the suspended particles.

Practical speaking, when an opponent moulds chakra to perform a technique within the mist, the water particles will quickly converge towards the enemy, to follow the chakra, while the mosquitoes turn into needles that implode onto the man with speed similar to a drawn arrow, piercing him and interrupting the technique. This can be used offensively, up to Mid Range, or in a supplementary version, at half the chakra, up to Long range. This C rank version of Rheotaxis does not deal any damage, but allows the user to pin point an opponent by following the direction of the non threatening mosquito needles.

Note: While the mist can stay indefinitely on the field, without the user having to maintain it, it will only have a single usage, as the whole mist will converge as needles at the first foreign technique that is being moulded within, effectively unloading the technique.

The user makes 2 handseals, focuses on his Yumeton chakra and creates thousand of petals made of pure crystallized Yumeton short range around him. The petals are created directly from the body and the surrounding ground short range of the user and while they are tanslucent due to their crystalline nature, the user is able to see through them and likewise, the opponent can both clearly see through them. Through simple hand gestures the user is able to command the petals to form a attacks towards the opponent in a slashing frenzy as each petals are as sharp as wind infused kunais. The petals however are as fast as normal thrown blades. The user is able to bring the petals closer to make solidified structures by accumulating them around in order to support them in different ways. However the user is not able to perform any jutsu outside of Yumeton techniques while controlling/piloting this jutsu, or the Yumeton petals falls and disperses once the user breaks control from it.

Description: The simplest infusion that affects all instances in which Dream Sand is created. By simply adjusting the ratio of his chakra and adding more fire, the user will create Yumeton that blazing hot to the touch. This heat is enough to “bake” it and causes a vaporization effect that releases fumes from the Dream Sand in the air up to short range away from the Yumeton's location. These visible fumes originate from the point of the Dream Sand's creation that may not originate from less than 6 meters from the opponent unless the user is already within short range and spread from this point as would any normal gas/smoke based technique and only spread as long as the Dream Sand technqiue is active. As stated in the CE submission, these fumes are capable of taking the opponent under Yumeton's psychoactive effects.
Takes a moveslot, may be used at the same time as any Dream Sand technique up to A-rank, user must pay +10 extra chakra to all Yumeton techniques under effect of Lost in the Fire, and can only be used four times per battle.

Is that so Mr. Stone? Well, its service was subpar at best…” she commented. She wasn’t trying to be sound too confident, more so disappointed. She knew this wasn’t his best and that he’s just toying around. Eula however continued to keep her eyes on him; never once taking her eyes…even if she could off him. The perks of being a Hyuga one would say; but never the less the surrounding terrain would suddenly become clouded. At first, she wondered, but then soon realized based on the composition it was water molecules. She wondered what was his aim, did he believe that this would blind her? Too many questions; but one thing she knew for sure that this wasn’t going to stop her. Eula would utilize a conjunction of techniques in tandem with one another. Firstly; without the need of hand seals – Eula would immediately utilize the opponent’s own water technique as a source for her Algae. Immediately the mist that surrounded would become completely infused with algae; as the algal blooms swiftly proliferate from the source. The water mosquitoes while original attempting to strike her would instead be controlled now to stop. As the opponent attempted to utilize his next technique; he would find it rather hard to do as the algal mosquitoes would swiftly attempt to stop him in his tracks. This wasn’t all of course; as Eula would infuse into the algae beforehand with an additional amount of chakra. This would have bolstered the power of the algal sludgy mosquitoes as they attempt to strike. She would utilize one of her more personal techniques; as a vast amount of chakra started to violently rotate around her. It would cause a blue hue of sorts to appear but it was one of her more defensive technique being utilized as she applied an infusion into it.

Description: September is a small orb-like self-sustained chakra battery that can be pre-charged with basic chakra, or senjutsu chakra. If charged with basic chakra it will be compatible with any non-hostile shinobi. The battery has two capabilities called charge and drain. Charge allows a shinobi to draw chakra from the battery or apply it to their techniques and drain allows the battery to draw chakra from a shinobi or their techniques. The battery has a max capacity of 10% of the wielder's normal chakra supply.

Charge: While in direct contact with the battery or while it is on their person a shinobi can passively absorb chakra directly from the battery through contact. It can be used while still hidden or in a pouch not needing to be pulled out. It allows the shinobi to draw up to 10% of their chakra supply from the battery at a rate of fifty per turn allowing for them to regain chakra or to supply exhausted allies with chakra. It can also be used to provide senjutsu chakra instead of chakra at a quicker rate allowing them to gain ten percent of their chakra as senjutsu chakra passively, this senjutsu chakra allows them to enter Sage Mode but can only be done once usually exhausting the battery. When exhausted the battery is still able to use its drain ability. Alternatively, like the name implies the battery can be used to charge a technique with ten extra chakra providing it a twenty damage boost. This is done in the same timeframe as the augmented technique and can only be done twice with a two-turn cool-down.

Drain: If a hostile individual tries to use the battery it will absorb their chakra instead of giving them chakra at a rate of fifty chakra stolen per turn. The wielder of the battery is also able to instigate this process passively by making direct contact with the opponent allowing them to instigate the process stealing fifty chakra per turn where contact is made. Additionally, through this draining ability, the battery is able to steal ten chakra from a technique causing it to weaken by twenty damage. This is similar to the capabilities of the Scientific Ninja Tool: ( Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm on a much lower and more basic scale. Where that can absorb entire jutsu this battery can only absorb ten chakra storing it in the battery. This portion of the drain ability will cost a move slot, can only be used once per turn and only twice per battle.

Description: This technique allows the user to produce an algal bloom within a desired water source. During the algal bloom the algae will proliferate across the targeted water source at a rapid rate and can be made to either metabolize it, converting it entirely into an algae structure, or infest it, in which case the water source will largely remain intact, but will be infested with algae to such an extent that it will be non-manipulable to those unable to use algae release. (The user, however, will be capable of manipulating the new water source through either algae techniques or water jutsu). The user can then control the product of Medusa through use of hand movements for either offensive or defensive purposes. This technique is applicable to S rank and below water sources, and is efficient enough to convert immense sources of water such as those produced by ‘Great Exploding Colliding Wave’ in moments, furthermore, Medusa will possess and exhibit any special properties or effects that the metabolised water had, now tailored towards the users benefit and the enemies deficit.

Description: A technique that was inspired by the Hyuga’s Eight Trigrams Absolute Heavenly Spin which was created to deal/handle with faster moving opponents. The user will channel there chakra from all tentektsu’s in an emergency and release the chakra instantly as a layer of chakra over the user’s body. This layer of chakra manifests as an extension of the clan’s “absolute” defense technique. The layer of chakra leaves a light blue hue of chakra resonating around them. This actual nature behind this technique is that much like the rotation this chakra is constantly spinning around the user’s body and limbs rapidly to the point that it’s hard to notice. The spinning layer of chakra acts like a constant shield which the user can use to defend against techniques that directly target the body. This adds some protection to the natural blind spot of the user’s Byakugan. When clash against an enemy in close rnage combat, the revolving chakra will “push” off the enemies back and allows some distance to be cleared for the user(5m). The revolving chakra can play on equal terms with elemental chakra up to S-rank. Can be used once per battle, lasting four turns; which while active the user is unable to utilize any Gentle Fist techniques above A rank or any above S rank in the turn it ends.
(Jūho: Tamashii no Honshitsu ) Gentle Step: Soul Essence

Description: A simple technique using the concept of Gentle Step Twin Lion Fist or Eight Trigrams Stream Palm Wave's chakra absorbtion. While this technique alone has not purpose, when combined with other techniques its fast enough to be used in the same time frame pretty much being instantly activated. While using a Hyuga Rotation Based or Air Palm/Projectile Based Techniques, the user is able to apply chakra absorbing properties like its parent technique, draining chakra from techniques that come into contact with it. Enemy techniques lose 1 rank points of damage, allowing for techniques like the Air Palm which is weaker to elemental techniques play on equal terms.

'Right on cue.' Victor thought to himself as his water gets converted into something else. The change would be passively detected through Victor's bow and be dealt with swiftly through a 40 chakra sacrifice, resulting in the absorption of the Algae into the Holy Bow through the Deathdealing ability and having it's lethality increased further (90). In tandem, the bow would absorb Yumeton into the mix through the Dark Times seal passively being employed, giving Victor a shimmering white look and empowering his tools, with the bow's own Yumeton selection being elevated similar to the Algae, all for future use.

While that was being done by Victor and his weapon, Gomoonryong would take action as well, controlling Victor's Nano Transformation to form two powerful 4 meters large 12m long tendrils from the Cyborg's sides that would be controlled to move towards Eula's own with ferocity. The tendrils would be rotating intensely, generating natural currents of wind that are capable of preventing any form of easy movement escape. The surges of wind would cover the area from the ground up in front of, to the sides, and behind Eula once they extend past her, with the area above her naturally being affected as well, most likely pinning her to get hit by the tendrils themselves. Due to Goomoonryong controlling the tendrils, they would last for two turns should it be neded.

(Hairihhi Bōgun) - Holy Bow

Description: Curated for marksmen, the Holy Bow is composed of a highly malleable and adaptive unknown material, labeled Reishi, granting the bow a unique set of abilities that work to both protect and enhance a marksmen's combat capabilities, severely improving the lethality of those who properly wield it. Holy Bow has three forms, but throughout all of them multiple sealing scripts appear on it, relating to the bow's functions. In it's default state, the Holy Bow is in the form of 3 collared layers of Reishi in silver coloring with a tint of purple. In it's partial release, it assumes the shape of silver coloured bow that can also be used in close quarter combat in place of a bladed weapon. The user can also form the Bow. In it's full release, it's shape undergoes another drastic change, now taking on the shape of numerous molecular sequenced purple Reishi that appear on the majority of the marksmen's upper body in the form of belts, bracelets, wings, and other basic shapes up the user's discretion. In this form, the user would not need to physically act to fire off arrows, but would simply pay 5 additional chakra to fire off of his arrows, with them being released from the circular portions. Up to ten circles can be made, with the user gaining the ability to fire off multiple arrows at a single go, but naturally splitting the power between them.

(Za Desudīringu) - The Deathdealing
The Bow's first and passive ability, present in all of it's forms, it is the Bow's inane function of detecting and absorbing toxins, poisons, and other inhibiting chemical/biological substances that enter short range of it through an invisible barrier. Through The Deathdealing, the user is able to absorb said substances and infuse them into the Holy Bow at increased potency, allowing attacks performed through the Holy Bow to carry said traits. In regards to the increased potency aspect, the substances would either have their offensive capabilities increased by a rank/next level if applicable, or have their defensive capabilities increased, making them more resistant to cures or attacks that seek to destroy it. This comes at the cost of decreasing the time the substances would have lasted by a turn, with the infusions themselves lasting that duration. Notably, each substance can only be enhanced by one quality of the two. In it's passive usage, The Deathdealing is capable of taking in any unranked substance from an opposition, whereas it can take in any of the user's own regardless of it's rank, consuming 5 chakra points. Should the user wish to absorb ranked substances from the opponent, they can up to three times per battle, at a cost of fourty chakra, separated by a turn interval. While The Deathdealing serves no offensive purpose in the Bow's default state, in it's partial and full releases, the infusion's add an overall lethality to the user's attacks through the traits they may add upon the bow. Notably, the DeathDealings cap for absorbed substances is five, with only two substances being absorbable per turn.

(Hairihhi Pufairu) - Sacred Destruction Arrows
Only usable in the Bow's partial and full releases, Hairihhi Pufairu is the Bow's main combat function, enabling the user to release arrows up to long range away, at varying strength levels, starting at freeform, and capping at fourty chakra points, wherein A ranks levels can be used thrice, and S rank levels can be used twice, but separated by a turn interval. Through the sealing scripts on the weapon, the user is capable of summoning arrows from their personal armoury, negating the need to carry arrows on their person. Alternatively, the user can fire off chakra based arrows, carrying the traits of the used chakra type, but costing an additional 10 chakra to utilise. In the Bow's full release, the fired off arrows would emerge from the circular points of the Reishi, functioning without any impediment to range and power. Naturally, the summoning of arrows itself does not take up a move slot. The arrows, be it physical or chakra based, carry a detonation function, having the arrows explode either on contact or through the user's will, with physical arrows having the infused substances released in a short range raduis, whereas chakra based ones would release both the chakra and infusions. This means physical arrows would not cause pure damage to the afflicted area, whereas chakra based ones would depending on it's used rank.

(Hasuhain) - God's Posion Taster
Only accessible in the bow's full release, Hasuhain is the Bow's final supplementary function, relating to manipulating the Reishi into various different forms, such as a a staff, or other simple manipulations, enabling the user to shape the Reishi into other weapon forms that would be capable of firing off Hairihhi Pufairu through the circular portions. What makes this function dangerous is the user's ability to remotely control the Reishi, somewhat akin to the Lightning Blades Levitation technique, but on a more specific level wherein the user can control each individual Reishi up to long range, allowing the user to potentially fire off attacks from the opponents blindspots. Notably, this costs five chakra per turn per each individual Reishi the user chooses to manipulate. Due to the interconnected nature of the bow and the seals on it, the effects of Deathdealing would not be restricted to around the user, but around each Resihi circle, with the effects being shared across the different Reishi points through one of the intricate Fuin seals that serve as gateways for the Reishi to one another.

Holy Bow carries an S Rank durability, with lower ranked attacks on it not weakening it, but breaking from anything higher, with the user naturally not being able to use that for defensive purposes. When in it's full release form, specifically in Hasuhain, the power of the Reishi would be split amongst each circle of Reishi and it's chosen shape. Changing between the weapons forms is passive, costing five chakra points, with the weapon itself consuming five chakra points to be considered active.
( Yumeton | Dākutaimuzu) - Dream Sand: Dark Times (Passive)

Description: Dark Times is a dream sand infusion technique that focuses on infusing the Yumeton with different aspects of his aresnal.
A Rank- This infusion allows for the user to infuse his different elemental chakra with Yumeton's (Earth and Water) in ratio's that would layer them with Yumeton crystals. For water techniques, they would appear to glimmer with the white crystals of inert Dream Sand and gain cutting properties, while earth techniques would be encrusted with the inert crystals that gave it the same. This would cause both elements used to raise 1 rank/20 damage in effectiveness(does not change S/Ws). The user must perform 3 handseals when doing this effect and this may be done 4 times per battle, needing a 2 turn cooldown. This counts of a move but may be used simultaneous to another water or earth technique of course. This adds 10 chakra to the cost of a move

S Rank - This ability may be posted in the user's biography or at the start of battle so that he may start the battle with it prepped, and is a passive ability requiring chakra. The user may infuse his equipment (seals, clothing, weapons, kunai/kunai equivalent, etc) with Yumeton, giving these objects a shimmering look due to the white crystals influence within them. For defensive purposes, this gives anything coated basic C rank protection from physical damage. The user's weapons also gain the effect of being able to basically inject the opponent with a powerful dose of Dream Sand upon penetrating their skin or being inside of him in some way due to this coating(S-rank). The user's seal/kanji based techniques and abilities become enhanced with Yumeton and the usual Kanji material is replaced by a Kanji made of Dream Sand that is charged with more chakra and power than the original, thus allowing the seal to draw from a stronger source of chakra as well as being fortified by the dream sand crystals themselves. This allows sealing tags to be capable of dealing damage equal to it's rank when something makes contact with it . The addition of the Dream Sand kanji as a power source makes it so that techniques that fit this category raise in effectiveness by 1 Rank/20 Damage Points as well as requiring 10 more chakra to activate. This only works on Sealing based techniques up to A rank (Advanced Fuuin users are able to increase S-rank Fuuinjutsu techniques by +10 damage/chakra.) rank and only effects seal/scroll/kanji based techniques and abilities. This variation can be utilized three times per battle with a two-turn cooldown. While a seal under the effect of Dark Times is in play, this technique cannot be activated, the cooldown starting when the Fuuinjutsu it is adorned to becoming void. The effects of Dark Times lasts for as long as the seal it is adorned to does. The user cannot coat a weapon while Dark Times is used on a Fuuinjutsu and vice versa, nor can the S-rank version be used while the A-rank version is in play. No A-rank and above Yumeton techniques can be used in the same turn Dark Times is activated for either version.
( Nano Henkan ) - Nano Transformation

Description: Their body having undergone significant modification, down to the level of their circulatory and nervous systems, the users have transformed into something of a living scientific ninja tool. Their Shinobi-Ware takes the form of microscopic scientific ninja tools implanted throughout the entire body, which seem to be able to make particular alterations at the cellular level. For example, the body tissue can undergo rapid cellular division, causing it to expand, and it can also instantly undergo sclerosis or malacia to harden or soften. This allows him to partially transform their body in a manner similar to Jūgo's Sage Transformation, weaponizing it to produce sharp blades or piercing tendrils with up to long range reach; these growths can even be shed, or thrown as projectiles. When used, they can range in power and speed. At B rank, they move at the user's base speed. At A rank, they move at twice this speed and at S rank and higher, they move at 2.5 times the user's speed. He can also produce a powerful shockwave from his body, repelling all around should he choose to, at the same rank and speeds as the weaponized nano blades.

Description: Maximizing the usage out of their microscopic cybernetic composition, the user is able to alter and modify how said composition behaves when performing a Nano Transformation related technique, specifically relating to the addition of rotations into the movement of the NT components. By virtue of these rapid rotations, the affected technique would be capable of producing currents of winds akin to those of the Leaf Dragon God without impeding on the techniques inane functionality. However, unlike in LDG where the currents are the product of a single powerful movement, those of Resurgence are the product of multiple movements rotating in a aligned sequences, typically supplementing the movement of the NT technique.

These currents would be in the form of an 'outwards' rotation which serves to repel objects and as a defense mechanism. Due to the presence of multiple rotations and the NT being highly responsive to the user's commands, the user can control at which points repelling occurs from, preventing any unnecessary casualties. It would repel based on the NT's damage. Naturally this occurs in the same timeframe of utilising a NT related technique/tool, lasting for a turn. Should the NT technique have it's own A.I/sentience, it can perform this technique itself, with rotations being able to last for 2 turns due to the dedicated A.I Usable 4x per battle.

Utilizing her Byakugan; every little minute detail she was capable of picking up on; from Mr. Stone releasing the items from his body to the absorbing of her algal blooms. However, she had her own tricks; deciding against her original plan – she would instead instantly convert her entire body into icy vapor. She would convert also everything her person with her too as she immediately teleported using the surrounding moisture. As she reappears directly behind Victor (being nine meters away) all his intended techniques would miss their mark. However Eula wasn’t finished as she would passively at the initial transformation turn her sword into yet another form. This being into a form mimicking the legendary blade “Ame-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugionce she reappeared however, she wasn’t about to stop there; as she immediately would bite her thumb as she summoned forth a summon of hers. This being the one of the leaders of the Doves, Kurahato himself. As the dove came into the battle field; he would immediately release a beam of energy from his mouth as it blasted towards the opponent.

Description: The Legendary Command Arts are a series of Command Arts unique to Keotsu himself, and can only be performed with his blade Mythos ("Legend"). The shape-shifting sword can change its form to take on the shape and ability of other blades of myth and legend. This form is known as "Ame-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugi", or the Sword of the Gathering Clouds in Heaven. In this form, Mythos transforms into a pale blue nagamaki (essentially a katana with a hilt as long as its blade), the blue color of the sky at dawn. The nagamaki's blade is longer than a standard katana's, but not quite of the lengths of a nodachi. While in this form, all Kenjutsu techniques have their range extended by one level; this is achieved by the sheer length of the blade itself extending the range of physical attacks, and by reinforcing energies that move across the blade, to augment energy based attacks; that is, physical attacks are extended in range due to the blade being nearly twice as long as a normal sword, and energy attacks are increased in range because the nature of Mythos in this form allows their energies to be further refined so that they can be stretched to further ranges without a loss in effectiveness.
*Note: Can only be used once per battle. If Mythos leaves this form, it cannot return to it during the battle. However, taking the form does not consume a moveslot/is done passively.
(Hato-ka Kuchiyose: Kurahato) Columbidae Summon: Kurahato

Description: Kurahato is one of the two “boss summons” for the Columbidae contract. He has stark black plumage, crimson breast feathers and a red flare around his eyes. His tail has two vertical silver bands, and he has crimson feathers on his back as well. He is just over 20 feet from head to tail, making him larger than his sister, but still small as far as boss summons are concerned. This reduction in size seems to benefit Kurahato, though, as it effectively concentrates his power. Kurahato has a dual Katon/Raiton element, able to fire a flamethrower-like blast from his mouth, equivalent to A-rank. He also has the ability to summon a dual element cyclone as well – a tornado of fire that is struck multiple times by lightning bolts. The vortex is equivalent to S-rank, but can only be used once, per time he is summoned. In his human form, he appears as an attractive young adult male, with jet black hair and blazing crimson eyes – dressed in a black single-breasted suit. He can use Katon and Raiton jutsu up to A-rank, and they too acquire a dual-element. Unlike his sister, who specializes in durability, Kurahato deals double damage with all attacks.

*Kurahato has 60 health.
*Blast and Cyclone do double damage for their corresponding rank. Jutsu also do double damage, but require 1.5x chakra to perform.
*When summoned, he stays on the fields for 5 turns.

As Eula reforms behind Victor, he would immediately pick up on her location through Fatherbox, as it allowed him to become aware of tools present on her person. Without input from Vic himself, Goomoonryong would redirect the tendrils backwards towards Eula's new position, aiming to hit her like initially intended. Victor himself would simply release his drone into the sky for potential future use while turning to face Eula. Naturally due to the link between Goomoonryong and Victor, the drone would not be hit by the returning tendrils or winds through Goomoonryong's A.I. Naturally the sequence of the tendrils would happen before the summoning, and should it occur after, the attack and their sources would be overwhelmed.

Description: The Fatherbox is an advanced evolving Artificial Superintelligence, one that is fashioned into a cube composed of Nanotechnology, with it having circular designs on each of it's sides. The ASI's main purpose is to establish technological superiority, translated in it's desire to locate, destroy, and indoctrinate specific technological based items. In order to locate other technological devices and tools, Fatherbox utilises a mechanic acting similar to time-domain reflectometers and optical variations, but on a much more refined and advanced scale, where it functions without the need of direct contact but rather through a detection barrier. This not only allows the detection of technological objects, but also the analysis of potential weak points and design flaws. To become aware of these, the user would simply need to look upon the sides of the box, where the information would be displayed on a holographic screen. Upon reading the analysis, targeted attack's at said tools would passively deal twenty more damage, with this not applying to wide scaled attacks, as they would simply not take advantage of weak points. Should the attack not be sufficient to destroy the tool, the afflicted tool would be disabled for a period of time depending on the magnitude of damage, acting similar to the Health system. ( 20% or more disables for a turn, 40% or more for 2, 60% or more for 3, 80% or more for 4)

As for the indoctrination function of Fatherbox, it can only be applied to personal tools that have an A.I of their own, and Nano Transformation tools/techs, wherein the Fatherbox would create a miniature hardware and software copy of itself into them, enabling additional control. For normal tools, Fatherbox would act as a backup A.I should the original be short-circuited or similar, enabling it to rebooted and controlled, with the hardware nano-component serving as a temporary means of sustaining functionality up to 3 turns. For Nano Transformation related, Fatherbox could attach itself and have the ability similar to normal tools should their be an A.I. However, in cases where the NT lacks an A.I of it's own, Fatherbox would serve that purpose, with it being able to perform basic structural shifts and modifications to allow movement(legs, wings, gills etc), with it using the copied hardware component to do so, costing a move to do so. This would enable Fatherbox to move around through NT 'minions' at the user's base speed, up to 3 times per battle. Due to Fatherbox's analysis component, 'the indoctrinated' would deal the passive increase in damage to tools in targeted attacks. Indoctrination can only be used 4x per battle, with it possible to occur in the same t/f of using the tools/NT, costing 40 chakra, and separated by two turn intervals.

Detection extends to a single LM, costing 5 chakra per turn, with the chakra itself not being a component of the Fatherbox's functionality, but simply serves to power it's Nanotech energy source. Normal cyborgs can only utilise Fatherbox in it's normal form, Delta/Kawaki biographies can passively merge the tool into their body, having it act as 'tech hub' for the the tools and A.Is the user might have, with it's own ASI serving as an amalgamation of the A.Is, allowing for the use of those tools via Fatherbox, but naturally following all the tools own benefits and restrictions. This also open up options of using the tools with Nano Transformation. (To be made)
( Deruta Mikagami Dorōn ) - Delta's Mirror Drone

Description: Delta's unique Scientific Ninja Tool, her drone detaches from her back and records her consciousness should she be destroyed, allowing it to be restored in another Delta cyborg body. It cannot be detected by chakra sensing as it doesn't use chakra, allowing it to spy more effectively, and it can track invisible targets unseen by normal ninja or tracking abilities. Should the user be defeated in battle, this droid is capable of returning back to a predetermined location and restoring the user in another Cyborg body of Delta. The droid is programmed to summon one in battle as well, albeit limitedly, and can do this immediately after Delta has been defeated.
Note: Summoning a new Delta body can only be done once per fight and 3 times per fight. This requires her to have already released the drone from her at least 2 turns before her death and prevents its functions from working.
Note: After being used, the droid has to reattach itself and cannot be detached for 10 turns.

Upon her teleporting away from her previous location; as much as she tried to remained hidden it seems the opponent had some sort of detection method. Her eyes narrowed inward; realizing the released constructs started to once again move. She would sigh; as she brought her two hands together in order to make two hand seals, which in this process she immediately turned her body into an embodiment ionized ash particles. This form resembled a myriad of azure-colored doves; allowing her to immediately blitz from her location and whisk into the air out of harms way. By the time the constructs arrived to try and suppress the Yuki once more, she’ll be long gone from her original position. As she arced around from her left side (Mr. Stone’s right) keeping her distance. However, as she did all this; her blade would passively once more shift into another unique form. This form, however was different from the last of them. As such, Song of the Broken Pines would evolved into an ultimate form of blade. Excalibur, the Sword of Promised Victory.

In stark contrast to her azure form; the blade shimmered a bright golden color. It took quite a bit of time to generate the appropriate amount of time to form the blade but alas; it was here. As such – she would stay in her transformed state as she swung her blade, releasing a powerful crescent wave of chakra from her blade in an attempt to strike her opponent down.

Description: Through the swift formation of two hand seals – the surges their Dakuiton chakra. This willingly turns the user’s body into that of the iconic ionized ash. The ash is formed into an avian form of the user’s choosing, be it insects, birds or any winged creatures in a swarm like formation as they move. Due to their bodies natural weight being reduced, as they move in this state they are moving twice their base speed. The intentions of this technique is to act as a gap closer or inherit dodge, using the transformed state and speed as a means to achieve such a feat. However due to the user being in this state of form, they are restricted to the elements that compose of Dakuiton, alongside other basic non elemental abilities. In terms of dodging, due to the user’s small form – is capable of avoiding most techniques though those with wide range can prove to be troublesome. Techniques that overpower the transformed state will cause the user to shift back into his/her human form while taking the rest damage after interaction; while technique's which doesn't fully overcome it - the user remains in said form if they so chose thought weakened. The unique part of the user’s transformation, is that when interacting with elements weaker to Dakuiton (up to S-rank), those elements are ionized as norm – but the user remains unharmed and simply reverts back into their human form having dealt with the opposing technique. This may be used three times per battle, with a cool down of three turns between each use. The user is capable of sustaining the form for three turns, and may dodge a technique using its sheer speed once per turn at the cost of a move.

Description: The Legendary Command Arts are a series of Command Arts unique to Keotsu himself, and can only be performed with his blade Mythos ("Legend"). The shape-shifting sword can change its form to take on the shape and ability of other blades of myth and legend. This is the greatest of its forms and is known as "Excalibur", a sword who's legend needs no introduction. In this form, Mythos takes on the form of a brilliant, golden longsword with ornate decoration, the fuller of the blade being a deep navy. Excalibur is unique in that, like its legend, its powers are never really consistent; instead, Excalibur takes on the combined powers of the last three Legendary Command Art forms to have been used. Additionally, Kenjutsu techniques that are used through Excalibur that are elementally neutral (example: Samurai Sabre Skill) instead are treated as having elemental superiority to techniques they were previously neutral to, befitting the "Blade of Promised Victory." Such power comes at a price, though, and Excalibur quickly drains the wielder's strength; so much so that it actually taps into Mythos's primordial form of "Mikomi" and calls upon the ancient shape-shifting ability the blade once had that required a portion of Keotsu's life-force to function. Oddly, the blade glows with a constant, gentle light, and cloaks the wielder in a faint golden aura, which flares with an incredible magnificence whenever a Kenjutsu technique is used, giving them a blinding property and coloring them brilliantly.

Victor would simply swing his whip form dragon fang to absorb the chakra attack then swiftly returning the whip to his side. In tandem he would passively change Holy Bow into it's partial release form and infuse it with lightning chakra, allowing some of it's CQC abilities to be bolstered in strength in the future.

(Hairihhi Bōgun) - Holy Bow

Description: Curated for marksmen, the Holy Bow is composed of a highly malleable and adaptive unknown material, labeled Reishi, granting the bow a unique set of abilities that work to both protect and enhance a marksmen's combat capabilities, severely improving the lethality of those who properly wield it. Holy Bow has three forms, but throughout all of them multiple sealing scripts appear on it, relating to the bow's functions. In it's default state, the Holy Bow is in the form of 3 collared layers of Reishi in silver coloring with a tint of purple. In it's partial release, it assumes the shape of silver coloured bow that can also be used in close quarter combat in place of a bladed weapon. The user can also form the Bow. In it's full release, it's shape undergoes another drastic change, now taking on the shape of numerous molecular sequenced purple Reishi that appear on the majority of the marksmen's upper body in the form of belts, bracelets, wings, and other basic shapes up the user's discretion. In this form, the user would not need to physically act to fire off arrows, but would simply pay 5 additional chakra to fire off of his arrows, with them being released from the circular portions. Up to ten circles can be made, with the user gaining the ability to fire off multiple arrows at a single go, but naturally splitting the power between them.

(Za Desudīringu) - The Deathdealing
The Bow's first and passive ability, present in all of it's forms, it is the Bow's inane function of detecting and absorbing toxins, poisons, and other inhibiting chemical/biological substances that enter short range of it through an invisible barrier. Through The Deathdealing, the user is able to absorb said substances and infuse them into the Holy Bow at increased potency, allowing attacks performed through the Holy Bow to carry said traits. In regards to the increased potency aspect, the substances would either have their offensive capabilities increased by a rank/next level if applicable, or have their defensive capabilities increased, making them more resistant to cures or attacks that seek to destroy it. This comes at the cost of decreasing the time the substances would have lasted by a turn, with the infusions themselves lasting that duration. Notably, each substance can only be enhanced by one quality of the two. In it's passive usage, The Deathdealing is capable of taking in any unranked substance from an opposition, whereas it can take in any of the user's own regardless of it's rank, consuming 5 chakra points. Should the user wish to absorb ranked substances from the opponent, they can up to three times per battle, at a cost of fourty chakra, separated by a turn interval. While The Deathdealing serves no offensive purpose in the Bow's default state, in it's partial and full releases, the infusion's add an overall lethality to the user's attacks through the traits they may add upon the bow. Notably, the DeathDealings cap for absorbed substances is five, with only two substances being absorbable per turn.

(Hairihhi Pufairu) - Sacred Destruction Arrows
Only usable in the Bow's partial and full releases, Hairihhi Pufairu is the Bow's main combat function, enabling the user to release arrows up to long range away, at varying strength levels, starting at freeform, and capping at fourty chakra points, wherein A ranks levels can be used thrice, and S rank levels can be used twice, but separated by a turn interval. Through the sealing scripts on the weapon, the user is capable of summoning arrows from their personal armoury, negating the need to carry arrows on their person. Alternatively, the user can fire off chakra based arrows, carrying the traits of the used chakra type, but costing an additional 10 chakra to utilise. In the Bow's full release, the fired off arrows would emerge from the circular points of the Reishi, functioning without any impediment to range and power. Naturally, the summoning of arrows itself does not take up a move slot. The arrows, be it physical or chakra based, carry a detonation function, having the arrows explode either on contact or through the user's will, with physical arrows having the infused substances released in a short range raduis, whereas chakra based ones would release both the chakra and infusions. This means physical arrows would not cause pure damage to the afflicted area, whereas chakra based ones would depending on it's used rank.

(Hasuhain) - God's Posion Taster
Only accessible in the bow's full release, Hasuhain is the Bow's final supplementary function, relating to manipulating the Reishi into various different forms, such as a a staff, or other simple manipulations, enabling the user to shape the Reishi into other weapon forms that would be capable of firing off Hairihhi Pufairu through the circular portions. What makes this function dangerous is the user's ability to remotely control the Reishi, somewhat akin to the Lightning Blades Levitation technique, but on a more specific level wherein the user can control each individual Reishi up to long range, allowing the user to potentially fire off attacks from the opponents blindspots. Notably, this costs five chakra per turn per each individual Reishi the user chooses to manipulate. Due to the interconnected nature of the bow and the seals on it, the effects of Deathdealing would not be restricted to around the user, but around each Resihi circle, with the effects being shared across the different Reishi points through one of the intricate Fuin seals that serve as gateways for the Reishi to one another.

Holy Bow carries an S Rank durability, with lower ranked attacks on it not weakening it, but breaking from anything higher, with the user naturally not being able to use that for defensive purposes. When in it's full release form, specifically in Hasuhain, the power of the Reishi would be split amongst each circle of Reishi and it's chosen shape. Changing between the weapons forms is passive, costing five chakra points, with the weapon itself consuming five chakra points to be considered active.
(Chō Biburāto Raitontō) - Super Vibrating Lightning Release Sword

Hmph, while I admire you’re tenacity to somehow remain so focused, there’s only one place this battle will lead us towards” Eula would say as she took a stance; her featureless white eyes narrowing in on the target. However, with a smile on her face; she would however take her blade as she thrusts it forward into the direction of the opponent. As she thrusts the blade of Excalibur into the direction of the opponent; it wouldn’t be without reason as one would assume she wouldn’t reach them. However, gifted through the aspect of “Ame-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugi” the blade would immediately extend forward towards the opponent but also coupled with her Kenjutsu mastery would also increase by yet another additional range; attempting to pierce into his cybernetic body if not careful but that wasn’t the end of it. The technique naturally has some unique applications to it; the first of them being that it would have an elemental advantage over elements, empowered by the blade – but also with the nature of the Excalibur crafting a blading affect on to anyone whom witnesses the techniques produced by the sword to suffer. It wouldn’t be an issue for Eula, as her Byakugan prevented her from ever being blinded by such things. One thing she did within the same time as this however is the surrounding favor of the target would be manipulated. This in turn causes a swarm of hundreds of what would normally be assassins to be shifted into the form of ice born wyverns that quickly swarm the opponent to strike him down with their icy talons and jaws. While it wasn’t the most effective combination; it would be an attempt to keep busy for the being. She would infused an additional amount of chakra from her battery into the wyverns, allowing their swarmed power to increase. She would also make sure her wyerns don’t interfere with her incoming sword strike, leaving enough room for it to pierce it’s intended target,

(Kosen) - Iori's Teachings: Tiger Drill

Description: The tiger drill is an Ogame school technique in which the swordsman amplifies the piercing power of their thrust through body movement. They will hold the sword at the very end of the hilt in one hand and step forward while thrusting the tip of the blade forward. As they do this they twist the arm holding the sword while simultaneously twisting their body and back leg in unison, creating incredible piercing power similar to a drill. The strength generated from this is capable of piercing through armor such as chain mail or even another sword. This can also be preformed using the the hand in a claw position creating a rasengan-like blow that sends the opponent rotating through the air backwards.

Description: The user will channel their water chakra into the surrounding air in order to create a number of traditional assassins composed entirely of mist with a slight blueish hue. This is the brother technique of "Wind Release: Leap of Faith" and thus has very similar applications to that of its wind brother. However, it does contain some slight mechanical differences due to its watery composition. The assassin's may be able to disperse themselves into mist, or form into their regular shape at any time, and passively may do so. This allows them to effectively evade physical based attacks and continue their assault. However, they may not attack in mist form. But when in mist form, they do possess a defensive capability to sustain their presence of the field. This mist form allows the assassins to supplement what its brother technique could not do, and that was block against attacks. When used in offensive purposes, the mist will condense its water droplets tightly and essentially "turn" into a water form, quite solid, and able to pierce, stab, and slash the opponent in similar methods to its wind counterpart. These assassins possess the natural capability of flight due to their weightlessness and are all fully equipped with twin hidden blades jutting out of their forearms. These assassins, regardless of the number, will always have to be created a minimum of five meters away from living beings (excluding the user and sentient creations such as the Stone Golems) and must always be created above their targets. The number of created assassins will always equal or exceed the number of designated targets (e.g. if a technique creates a fifty soldiers made of earth, at least fifty assassins of wind will be created). The maximum possible number of assassins that can be created through a single usage of this technique is a hundred and so if more than that number of targets exist, then this maximum of one hundred soldiers will be created. The power of this technique is equally divided between the number of assassins created.

Description: One of Anastasia’s signature techniques, utilizing one’s ability to use their ice-based chakra to infuse into future water and wind-based techniques. Upon its activation – this technique immediately locks the user out of the ability to utilize any other element bar that of Ice, Water and Wind. This, however, allows for them to use this infusion to change the nature of their techniques, allowing for them to become completely frozen or drop the temperatures drastically. In the case of water techniques, the water upon its formation immediately becomes frozen solid. Normally this would be considered a drawback to most but the user control over the technique’s manipulation – those an example would be if the user forms an orb of water around the opponent. This instead becomes an orb of ice that solidifies and keeps the opponent in place but the user can still manipulate the orb to instead be a triangle prison of ice instead. This leaves a large room for creativity in the technique’s execution. In the case of wind techniques however it differs as rather than freezing like water, the wind techniques temperature instead drops immensely. This causes techniques for example that forms tornadoes to have visible icy winds flowing around it that can cause intense freezing damage but also cutting/pelting damage by the ice within. This infusion lasts three turns, with it only be able to be used twice per battle. It’s initial activation can be done within the same time frame as another technique but then remains passively active until it’s duration times out, which at the end leaves the user unable to use water, wind and ice above A rank for two turns. It also gains the inherent strength and weaknesses of ice release.

Description: September is a small orb-like self-sustained chakra battery that can be pre-charged with basic chakra, or senjutsu chakra. If charged with basic chakra it will be compatible with any non-hostile shinobi. The battery has two capabilities called charge and drain. Charge allows a shinobi to draw chakra from the battery or apply it to their techniques and drain allows the battery to draw chakra from a shinobi or their techniques. The battery has a max capacity of 10% of the wielder's normal chakra supply.

Charge: While in direct contact with the battery or while it is on their person a shinobi can passively absorb chakra directly from the battery through contact. It can be used while still hidden or in a pouch not needing to be pulled out. It allows the shinobi to draw up to 10% of their chakra supply from the battery at a rate of fifty per turn allowing for them to regain chakra or to supply exhausted allies with chakra. It can also be used to provide senjutsu chakra instead of chakra at a quicker rate allowing them to gain ten percent of their chakra as senjutsu chakra passively, this senjutsu chakra allows them to enter Sage Mode but can only be done once usually exhausting the battery. When exhausted the battery is still able to use its drain ability. Alternatively, like the name implies the battery can be used to charge a technique with ten extra chakra providing it a twenty damage boost. This is done in the same timeframe as the augmented technique and can only be done twice with a two-turn cool-down.

Drain: If a hostile individual tries to use the battery it will absorb their chakra instead of giving them chakra at a rate of fifty chakra stolen per turn. The wielder of the battery is also able to instigate this process passively by making direct contact with the opponent allowing them to instigate the process stealing fifty chakra per turn where contact is made. Additionally, through this draining ability, the battery is able to steal ten chakra from a technique causing it to weaken by twenty damage. This is similar to the capabilities of the Scientific Ninja Tool: ( Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm on a much lower and more basic scale. Where that can absorb entire jutsu this battery can only absorb ten chakra storing it in the battery. This portion of the drain ability will cost a move slot, can only be used once per turn and only twice per battle.

Over TL broksi, all these nice things struck their mark but I’ll edit another move in accordingly as turn is skipped. You're down to 35 HP, getting inflicted with all the 80% and below torso/general body affects.


With Mr. Stone simply standing there idly; Eula was a bit confused as to what happened at first – but at the same time she didn’t seems to worry as much as the man still stood strong in his current position. “Not bad, but it’s a shame I won’t have the same mercy like I just did!” she immediately said as she would simply extend her sword outward once more; immediately attempting to strike the opponent with her unique sword technique. “Zekkendo: Mazāzu Rozario!” she utilized her Byakugan to quickly strike the tenketsus on his body as she sealed away his chakra with ease. Once again, the incoming strike would produce a blinding light, having element superiority as well as increased power. She wanted to make sure this strike mattered though once she finished her quick 11 strike combo, which on the final one caused a massive explosion to occur. She wouldn’t stop; quickly rushed after him this time; as she would channel her chakra in order to create a “pressure” zone of chakra surrounding her opponent and herself as she placed immense stress on his chakra system because of it, preventing him from being able to utilize techniques above B rank while within the cloud that she had created.


Zekkendō: Mazāzu Rozario | Way of the Absolute Sword: «Mother's Rosario»

Description: A sword technique which is based on the concepts of the Hyuga Clan’s main style of fighting, Gentle Fist. This while it was developed by said members of the clan, it can be used by anyone but not towards the extent of which a Hyuga can. The user will channel chakra into their blades, where they manipulate the chakra mostly towards the tip of the blade. The user will then make five consecutive stabs towards the target’s tenketu’s using ones Byakugan , forcing them to be closed and sealed. The user will then unleash another five strikes perpendicular striking five more chakra points and sealing them away. The impact will create an X shaped pattern on the chest of impact in which the user dealt. Once down, the user will deal one last strike towards the chest directly in the center of the X and cause a burst of chakra to push the enemy back a few feet away. This sword technique emulates the Gentle Fist by using the chakra in the sword to insert and forcefully close the tenketsu’s. In the case of non Hyuga users(Samurai and Kenjutsu Specialists), they will simply stab into the chest of the target normally without sealing away the chakra points of the enemy.

Description: Based on the principle of closing and opening chakra points, the user starts letting out raw chakra from all of his points around himself having an invisible cloud of raw chakra within mid range of him. The raw chakra that's been released constantly by the user being manipulated to have attributes of shutting down or opening chakra points of whatever is within their space. Soon as their target enters within short range, the target will feel massive pressure being placed on their chakra points, having great difficulty to channel their chakra due to the massive effect of the raw chakra cloud they're in on short range. The nature of the chakra will either close or open their chakra points forcefully, leaving their target with the feeling of weakness and having an abnormal control over their chakra due to having an immense pressure on their chakra points. For example, if they try to perform a simple chidori it will disipate in a burst of light or if they try to create an armor it'l just fall apart due to the inability over chakra control. Once the target manages to get away from the user's range, it'll take a turn to return to their full chakra control.

And with Mr. Stone seemingly losing his cool, Eula's strikes where done uninterrupted but alas, a person can only take so much damage. This was the final blow, as the strike while reduced ( 105 - 30 = 75), the remainder of Mr. Stone's HP would plummet to 0, as the man fell unconscious onto the ground. "Sorry Mr. Stone, but I was in rather of a rush...don't take it too personal" Eula said as she finished the battle out, sheathing Excalibur once and for all as the golden blade would then turn to normal, back to it's base form. She would then grab the man by his shoulder's as she hoists him up and takes him away. "Let's get you patched up..." she said smiling.
