Zeus moniters his surroundings and observes every minute detail of the area and his opponent before moving a inch of his body. Without uttering a word to his soon to be unfortunate foe, Zeus (his name but looks of Laxus) would simply take out a special sealing tag and slap it on his chest the same time he channels Lightning chakra throughout his body and the seal. This causes his signature technique, Raiton no Yori to shine in display. As soon as this step has been completed, Zeus would dash forward towards the man with his left arm clench in a fist and cranked back.
He would maintain this position as he continues towards the woman. As he enters short range he would stomp and stop on his left leg and pivot on it in a clockwise manner to come around in attempts to hit you with the back of his right fist. His eyes would be turned to keep tabs on you during his spin. The swing of his right hand would come downwards in a diagonal manner to bring your head down as he sends you back with the left leg if all successful.

Description: The user will wrap themselves with lightning chakra, which then electrically stimulates their nerves system and speed up their neural synapes to react faster to danger and push away any physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous strength. This armour, combined with Taijutsu allows the user to utilize a special style of Nintaijutsu which combines Lightning and Taijutsu. While the technique is active, the user is immune to Lightning techniques A-Rank and below but doesn't have any additional defensive bonus. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.

[Raiton/Fuuinjutsu: Eien] - Lightning/Sealing Art: Eternity

Description: The user will perform this jutsu by placing a tag on their body and performing lightning jutsus, or creating a barrier for lightning jutsus to contact through as they travel, effectively granting the ability to that lightning jutsu since the seal sets itself upon the body of the lightning. The seal is written in Kanji form (永) meaning "Eternity". The moment a lightning jutsu is created or dislodged and detached from the users control or body (projectile for example) the seal will allow the lightning to remain "active". In reality, the seal allows for the energy of the lightning to remain active and present, while also maintaining its shape and ability instead of just crashing down into a continuous current of electricity or disappearing. An example of this in action is sending a spear at a rock, on contact, instead of piercing the rock and then dispersing, the spear will pierce but remain active on the battlefield. This can range from extremely large lightning jutsus, or smaller ones. In usage, it allows the user to have a easy source of lightning or re-use the original lightning jutsu from a different spot, but also lightning will remain active in how its used for terrain manipulation. The seal around the body of the lightning allows for the user to interact with the object without being shocked. The seal/barrier in short is just a sustaining life, a life support for lightning and its aftereffects of the jutsu to remain present, consider the lightning to almost be a statue to be brought back to life or usefulness when needed by the user.

As the battle is set into motion; a young female strolled into the area of combat. Her dark red eyes would alert any man into staring into a crimson void. She stopped at mid-range where she noticed a young blond haired fellow, somewhere around the same age. She recalled him as a former member of Kirigakure but he left the village some years ago. Michelle was intrigued about what he can do. The man suddenly became clad in large chakra armor much to her excitement. She in response activated her Byakugan passively as her red eyes grew a slightly color in change turning from crimson to a bright red tint.
Getting to the point already? Should of bought me dinner first.
She mocked at the man, now charging at her. Fast was the one word to describe his movements but it was also linear basic. It was almost as if he wasn’t trying. Michelle in response to the man charging towards his channeled chakra into her feet as she jumped backwards and pushing off the ground. This gave her a burst of speed to quickly move out of range of the punch before it can connect. She reached mid-range in time flat but as she skid across the ground she made single hand seal in response – this caused the man’s mind into an illusion where the C4 cervical in his body became nonexistent. This would prompt his body to react in a way now leaving his body immobilized as the sensations of his limbs due to this specific region in his spinal cord being remove ; however at the same time several ninja wires rose from the ground and gripped into his arms , neck , waist and legs as the violently started to craved and cut into his skin slowly as the red blood started to leak out of his body.
In reality the man was completely under her genjutsu and unable to function properly. All the while Michelle simply tossed an explosive tag at him, but the tag was not normal as it was replaced with one of her friend’s highly potent tag. This increased the explosive power by x10 leaving no room for mercy.

Other than being .5 inches longer than a regular exploding tag and with the kanji for “erupt” instead of “explode” in the middle, they cannot be discerned from their weaker counterparts at a glance. These exploding tags can be used in place of weaker ones in jutsu involving them.
*In order to use these, it must be mentioned in the user’s bio that they carry this version of the exploding tag – otherwise, the user cannot use these.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

As Zeus enters short range and slows down he sees the girl basically catapult herself backwards to avoid his strike. Zeus wasn't having this. Before the girl could get far Zeus would once again take off to close the distance, this time already within striking distance since he wouldn't allow her to go further. But to not let her escape this time Zeus would release two ropes made of lightning (the rope and flicker evasion happens simultaneously since flicker doesn't require chakra, its basically a freeform movement lol) from his armor to curve around the woman and grip her from the back as Zeus slams his palm into the chest of the woman. This wasn't no ordinary hit though. He placed a seal on her secretly.

Using the amazing abilities of the Lightning Armor technique, both the 3rd and 4th Raikages are able to move at insanely high speeds to dodge or evade incoming attacks, even those that would normally be unavoidable such as Amaterasu. This fast movement can also be used in conjunction with a Taijutsu move, including their own signature Lightning based Nintaijutsu moves, to use the momentum one can gather and add even more damage if the move allows it. The technique also alows the user to move in more elaborate patterns that one would think, although following a more or less linear path. The only weakness of this technique is that, since its purely fast and enhanced movement, you cannot use it in all battle grounds but only those that would otherwise enable its use. Not only that but although the user moves fast, he is still trackable by high Doujutsu users (3T, Byakugan and Rinnegan), Sensors and EIG Masters. This doesn't mean the opponent can react (that depends on his speed, mastery of taijutsu and techniques used) but rather that he can perceive the attack.

Description: An elemental lightning technique based around shape manipulation. The basic concept is, the user will erect a chain, or spear of lightning, out of a users own preexisting lightning technique (not including Chidori). Lightning techniques such as Thunder Dragon Tornado and Lightning Beast Running Technique (and other humanoids) will be able to compliment this technique well, having spear(s) or chain(s) come out the body, for various tasks. This technique is meant to compliment lightning techniques that are focused, or self-sustaining techniques. Some form of lightning combined with other elements (dual elemental technique) can also work with this technique in logical forms. The spear and/or chain are different actually. The spear more lethal, and meant to pierce and deliver serious damage to the opponent (similar to False Darkness Spear), and the chain can actually bind and shock the opponent, paralyzing them in place. Each can reach up to mid range in distance. The user can decide where to raise, and aim the artillery. The user can also decide to control them and continuously move them around the body of the technique (through mental command). A drawback is the user can never perform both a chain and a spear on the same technique, as well as if they decide to erect more of the same shape on a technique, they would have to drain more chakra. The power of this technique is equally divided between the number of created chains/spears.

Michelle wasn’t surprised when she managed to dodge the initial strike but she can still follow the movements of the Kage as he continued to be a giant pain in ass. She responded with a simple smile as his body would suddenly back close again she would make a single hand seal as he moved once again casting him into a dark illusion. Once the illusion was set in mind; she made his body go numb at the thought of it as she removed from his bodies system spinal cord while chakra wires made from a black like steel rose from the ground and wrapped around his waist and cutting them off completely and while a last rope would make its way towards his neck and slowly but surely keeping him in place. This would catch Zeus mid run before he got too close.
She responded to the lightning ropes which were originally sent at her; to which she simply pushed a large amount of chakra from her body as she spun nearly 700miles per hour and countering the ropes.
