Keotsu's Cinematic Rules
Additional Modifier:
Terrain:
- 3 Moves Per Turn
- Body Flicker and Substitution Jutsu's are not allowed
- Genjutsu "Kai" is useable once per turn, per its functionality. Does not work on MS and EMS Genjutsu's.
- Techniques and attacks can be avoided and countered in freeform, so long as a believable, detailed description is given as to HOW.
- Keep track of HP and Chakra
- As these are altered rules, this battle is unofficial.
Additional Modifier:
- Ironclad: "Your bones surge with the strength of steel; your skin is like the hide of dragons." General durability is massively increased.
- Pressure: "A weight unlike any you've felt before bares down on you." No chakra use; freeform only.
Terrain:
- Time: Midnight - cloudless sky with a large full moon providing ample light.
- Location: A tremendous castle, large enough to contain a country all its own that floats in the skies, in the midst of its final days - it lies in ruins and is falling apart, collapsing around us as we battle. The mysterious powers that keep the castle floating are beginning to fail, causing some areas to be randomly subject to a ferrous torrent of a mysterious, burning, ether.
