Hashirama jumped upon his own statue, and looked towards the man atop Madara's statue. The news of bloodshed spread quickly across the village. The man wore a Kirigakure headband and spoke to him. Upon hearing his words, Hashirama was seemingly unfazed, although inside he was shocked at how mockingly he spoke about the deaths of the Leaf shinobis beneath the waterfall. The water was soaked with their blood, however as if nature took it's course, the waterfall washed away the blood.
Mocking the deaths of shinobis is a virtue only possessed by the Bloody Mist. I'm not surprised.
Hashirama knew the latter sentence that he spoke wasn't true, but he hated to put his guard down before an enemy shinobi. He came to an ultimatum and decided he had to kill him to protect the village.
He started off with his signature Genjutsu, weaving a single handseal, and causing a world of darkness to suddenly appear, as this would affect his sight, but not his other senses. While the illusion was triggered, he took out a single explosive kunai from his pouch, coated it with his chakra and flung it at his opponent. As the kunai took flight, he used his chakra within it to create a thousand shadow copies of it, which were the real deal. They all went raining down in a diagonal arc, rushing towards him. He wasn't done however. After they were formed, he used his signature KKG to bring forth several spikes from the ground behind him, which would skew his body and kill him if not defended. His opponent didn't look like a man who would die so easily.

Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.
