Kotaro noticing his opponent across himself, He new this was a battle that he wouldnt have a choice but to go all out on his opponent. At that moment he activated his chakra sensing allowing him to gain greater sense of chakra around him
Prepare yourself, here I come.
Kotaro then dashes towards the opponent with his kodachi in his right hand and help before his face while at the same time, he uses his chakra to cause his an abundance of Kunai to hover in air from his ninja pouch before shooting the kunai at the opponent. with precise timing kotaro follows up with dashing passed the opponent whilst performing a mid inward lateral slash strike cutting the major above the kidney causing the opponent to bleed out before dying.

Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel and sense chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someone's chakra. Users can use this to determine the nature of a jutsu used as well as sense masses of chakra. The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively.

Description: This technique allows a shinobi to hover multiple kunai in the air while they approach a target. The technique allows a ninja to unleash a torrent of kunai, shuriken, or other weapons much more quickly than if each was thrown individually.
Kagura felt a little admiration towards Kotaro as he maneuvered over his wave of water with such animation and grace all while trying to conceal his moves like a child who doesn't know any better, so the Uzumaki decided to play along. The flashbang ignited concealing Kotaro and the kunai aimed before the fiery shinobi's feet, but due to his superior senses boosted by soundwaves, every action was known to Kagura who braced himself as if he was really affected by the light in order to lure the opponent closer.In response to the cascading water rushing towards him Kotaro molds wind chakra and release streams of wind from his feet as he pushes off the ground to leap over it as he twist in the air while horizontally positioned performing a Btwist. As he does this he throws a flash bang kunai also tied to a string before the opponent's immediate vicinity to momentarily blind the opponent. The moment the flash bang ignites, and the opponent is blinded Kotaro then uses the string to pull himself towards the opponent before performing a left flying kick to the opponent's face.

In reply to being sealed in a prison of water, with just the use of chakra molding Kotaro formed a fast rotating chakra in the shape of a sphere in the palm of his hand before causing it to grow in size making it larger than the user and in result allowing Kotaro to burst out the Prison of water successfully freeing himself.Kagura felt a little admiration towards Kotaro as he maneuvered over his wave of water with such animation and grace all while trying to conceal his moves like a child who doesn't know any better, so the Uzumaki decided to play along. Swaying to the side Kagura then twists his body towards Kotaro while grabbing his leg, and discretely placing a seal, using the shinobi's own moment against himself as Kagura hoists him over his shoulder before jumping back activating the seal with a forceful deep tone. NOW!! Suddenly a burst of gushing water emerges from the seal to encapsulate Kotaro in a square structure of water with a pressure so strong that it immobilizes the target within.
Landing about 4m away Kagura smirked as he waved three hand seals before channeling a vast amount of lightning chakra into his right hand so concentrated that it makes a constant chirp like sound. The Uzumaki then dashes forwards before thrusting the blade into the chest of the immobalized Kotaro.

Description: Mizu no omo-sa is a fūin seal consisting of kanji that takes on the formation of a small square that uses water as a medium to trap their targets. It can be triggered after placing the seal on the opponent, in conjunction with a water technique released by the user, or by placing it on top of a water source of a certain size. When placed on a target and triggered, a small water source will burst forth from the seal as it simultaneously engulfs the opponent in water that forms into the shape of a square with the opponent in its midst. In this case where it is a single target the seal releases an adequate amount of water, based on the size of the target, trapping them in a square of water that has a 2m space gap between the target and each side as they are trapped within it. The process of engulfing the opponent within the water is swift, and upon forming the water greatly increases in density, preventing the target's movement as the seal drains away their chakra. This seal can also be used in conjunction with a water jutsu created by the user, triggered with an additional 2 hand seals, forcing the water technique to capture the target after its initial effect takes place. Depending on if the water technique used takes on a definite shape or not, the seal will then cause the water to form into a square or keep its definite shape if it has. The relative size of the water square in this scenario all depends on the amount of water used with the corresponding jutsu. A larger version of the seal then appears on the surface of one of the sides of the water jutsu as its effects are triggered. With this application multiple targets can be affected by this fūinjutsu as long as they are within the waters midst once it forms into a square. The seal can also be created and placed on top of a liquid source already present on the battlefield, deprived of chakra, or utilizing the user's chakra as long as they can touch it. For example, a user made or already existing liquid source with the target in its midst, the user can then place this seal creating the square kanji on its surface activating its effects as long as the entire source is within short range. The seal gradually weakens with time hence why once activated it only lasts for 3 turns before disappearing and changing the water under effect back to its regular state, and when using this technique in conjunction with a water technique that takes on a definite shape for a certain amount of turns the seal will still last 3 turns leaving the water technique on the field by itself if it lasts longer. In the case of the water released from the seal, upon disappearing the water breaks formation and runs onto the battlefield.

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.
Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.
Note: Only Kakashi biographies can apply the technique to a kunai and use it as a projectile attack.
