Madara stands and reaches down onto the ground grabbing a hold of a rock, at the same time as he touches it hes placing an exploding paper bomb onto it and then tosses it towards the Mizukage's right side..

I did no such thing <___<. and okay, i'm guessing i'll make the first move. lol

We both start at short-range. And note, that the trash talking in my dialogues are for the sake of RP.

The Mizukage looked over to the mysterious figure standing before him. He remembered the blood-red armor of the man they called Uchiha Madara. He was supposedly fearless, brave, and to top it off, an extraordinary warrior that was feared throughout the Ninja World. He was known for his skills in the elements of fire and wind, but especially his ocular gift they call the Eternal Mangyekyo Sharingan. "I never thought a day like this would come, where i would face a poor disgrace of a shinobi. However, like everyone else i take your name seriously. I know what extent your powers can go, and don't worry. I promise i will put up a fight, after all, it is my job to kill pests like you." The Mizukage said with a stern face, knowing that even a shinobi of his rank might be unmatched for an Uchiha.

Before he continued to talk, he was rudely interrupted by a rock being thrown at him. The Mizukage's first reaction to a projectile being thrown at him was to throw a projectile equal in size. He threw a kunai that laid in his ninja pouch, and aimed it at the rock. The rock exploded mid-air. "Dirty tricks? C'mon Madara. This isn't childs play. Take it seriously, or you might end up dying."

The Mizukage preforms a simple illusion on Madara by injecting his own chakra to Madara's chakra system. He ran while preforming this, so in Madara's eyes, he will see two Mizukage's running towards him. The illusionary clone ran at a faster rate, and exploded right before the Mizukage entered 1 feet from Madara. He took advantage of Madara's temporary blocked vision by thrusting Madara's side abdomen and lifting him up in the air. When he is lifted, The Mizukage takes his left index finger and points it at Madara's heart. He releases a small but extremely dense and pressurized drop of water while Madara is falling to the ground, piercing through his heart and killing him.
