Terrain: Palace of Kouen, located in the Great Wind Desert. Basically an imperial palace sounded by sand, both in the courtyard. Small Pounds with water nearby.

I'll be utilizing Mirabelle Blackthorn in signature (I'll be using a two different CFS doe, removing Bullet Arts and Kyotoryu). Post your bio and I'll start.

Kouen, we haven’t seen each other in such a long time…but after all these years, this is where you chose to take me on a date? I’ll admit, it’s a nice palace…but…seriously. In the middle of the…oh well” she said, commenting on her long time rival’s choice of a home location. She knew however what was the intention, to see how strong either of them has become but unlikely for him, Mirabelle’s power had grown to far more extreme levels. On her waist were two katanas of her choice, Kurokiba and Hagakure. Mirabelle’s signature swords, but today, she was introducing a new form of style. “Sorry but you haven’t earn the right for me to draw these quite yet…” she said, as she instead took a container she lugged behind her into her right hand, as she reached into her pouch with her free hand.

Almost immediately, she would have tossed the container into the air. As it went into the air, the covering would tip over and outside of it rained down an endless amount of katanas, as their pointed edges would have all stabbed into the surface of the terrain - but before that she would have thrown explosive tagged kunai. These kunai would have whisked through the air, aiming to land roughly at the same as the katanas as she had thrown it in such as way it wouldn’t interfere with the pathing of the swords. Once in range, the kunai pierced into his skin and then followed into an explosion, blowing some of the swords near himself away.

Mirabelle would have taken one of the basic swords into her hand, as started to run between them in a zig zag motion, attempting to confuse her opponent. “Show me what you got!” she said in joy for the battle to come, as she approached her opponent.

Description: The initializing technique for practitioners of the Infinite Sword Style, this technique varies among the practitioners of the style. Each user carries a special case of that contains a countless number of katanas in a storage unit on the back of the hips. Every katana within this storage unit is tied to the user by his chakra. Depending on the needs, the user can spread any number of swords among the battlefield or can offensively launch these swords at the opponent using their chakra to have them home in on the opponent. Once on the battlefield the blades will only move if the user chooses and each sword is also placed in such a way that the user always has access to a sword. Those who attempt to touch any of the blades are instantly sensed by the user. These blades however are not indestructible as the user sacrifices the quality of the blade for the sheer quantity they bring into battle with them. However, when the blades are directly being used in the various techniques for the fighting style they are strengthened by the user's chakra so the blades do not break in normal circumstances or direct confrontation allowing them to \be used for defensive purposes.

Description: A slightly more advanced aspect of Bukijutsu entails throwing weapons, by physically launching weapons the user is capable of throwing them in arcs or in a linear fashion. These thrown weapons travel quite quickly, depending on the user's own base speed. Unlike the lower ranked variation of this, the user throws a tremendous amount of weapons using this ability, enough to cover entire ranges with weapons and as such requires a sufficient amount of ammunition.

Kouen tussled his hair with one hand before tipping his head to the side, tapping the heel of his palm against his skull. Sand raining out of his hair and rather comically as a stream from his ear.

Damn, how long was I asleep.

The man shrugged in response to Mirabelle, it had been a long time since he went on a date. Usually the ladies just threw themselves at him.

So my goal for today is to make you draw those huh?

As his lady friend released a canister into the air Kouen decided to focus his wind chakra into the air itself, creating defensive winds to protect him from whatever was coming next. This was proven to be a good decision as a moment later the container began to rain down swords towards him. With a flick of his hand Kouen created a rush of wind that would push the swords down at an angle. Deflecting them dangerously towards Mira and into the path of the kunai she released, causing them to explode preemptively around her. Timed with this he instantly activated the innate ability of his weapon, sand grains beginning to float through the air around him.

Not wanting to let up Kouen formed 3 quick hand seals and created a lightning bolt that rained down on Mira from above as one huge strike. The bolt would strike the ground and remain, quite unnatural for lightning, drawing in everything around it with its powerful charge. As he used the technique Kouen would allow his gauntlets to leech upon the technique, always hungry they would store the trait of the charge that draws things towards it within themselves.

Description:
Romulus & Remus are a pair of full length arm gauntlets that Ren Kouen created after exploring the Ninja World and mastering Sand Release. They encompass the users entire hands and arms that end as small pauldrons on the users shoulders, the shoulder guards are decorated as wolves with the right’s teeth bared in a snarl and the left’s jaws open and in the midst of a terrible bite. Both Remus & Romulus are composed of sand while cosmetically deep black colour appearing as steel, Kouen created them as both protection with the gauntlets able to block attacks equal to their rank and as a source of sand. The guards are closely bonded to the user through the jutsu that created them, closely bonding them to the user as they are essentially a second layer of skin allowing techniques to be released from their hands unhindered. This close bond allows the guards to be manipulated in shape and keeps them attached to the user, they are scale armor in design allowing a great deal of both protection and flexibility. Due to the chakra that is constantly coursing through the sand gauntlets as they replenish themselves, it provides a constant source for Kouen’s jutsu.

Romulus & Remus are unique in their ability, allowing the user to augment their Sand techniques as they see fit. As the user channels chakra into the guards they will begin to produce sand grains that are unique in both their creation and nature as it is done through chakra, similar to how earth is able to be created directly from the user.The sand is produced at a small rate with the grains spread out thinly as it floats through the air surrounding the user, they will continue to do so as more sand is created reaching up to mid range. Initially the small volume of sand leaves the user unable to utilize it for sand techniques as it takes one full turn before there is a large enough quantity. Beginning the creation of this sand costs a move but is instant as it simply provides a medium for the users techniques. As the sand is created from the users chakra directly they are aware of its position and movements at all times as they are linked through chakra.

Finally the user is able to take advantage of the sands close bond with their chakra, as it has an almost symbiotic relationship with it and the techniques it is used to produce. When one of their own techniques is produced the user may allow the gauntlets to leech upon the chakra used to form the technique, this increases the chakra cost of the initial jutsu slightly(+5 chakra points) but gives the gauntlets a useful ability. For they may take this leeched upon chakra and store it within themselves, essentially storing a trait from the initial jutsu as part of the gauntlets for usage and also augmentation of future Sand release techniques. However the gauntlets may only store chakra from one technique at a time, this action cannot be performed in consecutive turns.

(Fūton: Kū Sora ) – Wind Style: Spirit Void

Description: A technique simple in nature, but extremely effective, Spirit Void was one of Roy Mustang's own creation. Versed in it's defensive capabilities, the jutsu begins once the user channels and sends a a copious amount of his chakra into the skies above, ranging from short to long range all around. Following this ensues an unpredictable and quick movement of visible Wind in the skies, continuously flowing and swerving, seemingly without purpose before heading downwards and disappearing into nothing. However, purely through the users will (or through hand/leg/general body movement for cosmetics) the user can harness the wind power to create a defence which leaves the user unharmed. When seeing an incoming attack, through will the user controls the wind around the jutsu and forms it around the incoming attack, where the Wind would then slices/cut through it and/or blows it away, depending on the nature of the attack. For example, an Earthen projectile could be sliced and cut until it is no longer a danger, whereas a Water attack would be blown back. Of course when being used to defend, the Wind once again becomes visible to the naked eye, showing a green-ish hue. Although the process at the beginning appears to take time, when used within the same time frame of an incoming attack, the defense would be able to work just as well as any other Wind jutsu. This technique will only activate against techniques that it can neutralize (as an S-Rank Wind) and it will only activate once per turn and it cannot be stacked with other automatic defense jutsus.

~ Can only be taught by Erzo. This jutsu can be used twice, lasting four turns each time. Cannot be used consecutively, but instead with a one turn wait after four turns are up/the jutsu is deactivated. Although the user can manipulate this jutsu through will, thus allowing himself to remain unoccupied and free to perform other techniques, when used to defend against other techniques it will still count as one of the three allocated moves per turn.


(Raiton: Vuaruhara no Handan) | Lightning Release: Judgement of Valhalla

Description: By performing three handseals and infusing chakra into the sky, the user will be capable of calling down large lightning bolt(s) (up to eight) from the air. Each lightning bolt can have a radius large enough toaffect an area up to short range in size, making them powerful and large enough to pierce gigantic holes through even the largest of summons. As the lightning bolts descend they will rapidly charge the air around them, creating a field of electricity that, similar to ‘levitating blades’ will result in anything within short range of the lightning bolt being forced to levitate, and subsequently drawn in towards the lightning bolt through attraction at the speed of the lightning technique. When the lightning bolt strikes the ground, it will not immediately disappear, but will instead linger as a pillar of lightning after its initial earth shattering impact. Alternatively, the Lightning bolt can be made to disperse upon impact with the ground into an unfocused current so strong that it will charr the earth black as it conducts into the ground, while also neutralising any earthen based chakra within the ground on account of its chakra nature. Naturally, the user will be unaffected by any of the Lightning’s conduction effects as it is their chakra, meanwhile the effects of the Lightning bolt will completely expire after two turns.

Taking a moment to breathe in and out; Mirabelle monitored Kouen’s motions and other surroundings as a sudden green hue would have blasted some of the swords and the kunai away. “Wind Release?” she wondered in her mind, though she couldn’t quite tell. Irregardless of this, she was more than prepared as she took the lone sword she held in hand and immediately saturated it with chakra, as well as increasing her own natural prowess. It allowed her to reach her peak, as she immediately blitzed further to her right side, instead of zigzaging through them. Despite this, she would have avoided the amount of swords flying back towards her while also avoiding the explosions. “Not bad, though you should pay more attention to me!” she announced as she was now closing in on her target. What she had activated was the First Prayer of the Command Arts, in all their glory.

Description: The first of the “Prayer” series of the Command Arts, Hikaru Aki Hashira, often called “Aki-gamae (autumn stance)” by its users, is a Kenjutsu stance instead of an actual attack. It is a variation of the Waki-gamae in that the user holds their blade at waist level, parallel to the ground, whether in its scabbard or not, a position best suited for quick-draw strikes. The user focuses their chakra throughout their entire body in a steady stream while in this stance, increasing their physical strength by 20 damage as well as their speed by double. This increase in ability comes about from the chakra augmenting the muscles naturally, instead of forcefully, essentially putting the body in a natural “peak” condition. This chakra also coats the user’s blade and allows the counter-offensive nature of Aki come through. Whether sheathed or not, the user can swing their blade and dispel an incoming attack by disrupting it. This allows the user to negate techniques of equal chakra and lower. The method of blocking attacks is based upon the concept of an immovable pillar.

*The First Prayer can only shield the user from attacks of equal or lower chakra cost.
*This Jutsu lasts 3 turns each use and can only be used 3 times each, requiring a break of equal time.
*Blocking an attack counts against one of the three allotted moves in a turn.

Kouen in response started to make a set of hand seals, to which Mirabelle watched for a moment until the skies suddenly became littered with the sound of electricity crackling above. “Careful, Mirabelle…” a voice echoed in her head. This was her partner, Matatabi commenting on the actions of the opponent. A small smile appeared on her face, as she immediately started to retaliate in response. As the bolt of lightning crashed downwards, Mirabelle would have swung the katana into the direction of the bolt, which with the pure power behind her swing would have generated enough in order to split the bolt in complete halves. The wind pressure she produced was unparalleled, though she amounted another tactic at the same moment due to this being a chakraless technique in the event the bolt wasn’t completely dealt with, as she would have also have a splurge red chakra explode from her, reaching into the skies first as a pillar and then being directed towards Kouen.

It was almost lava like, akin to liquid fire but was completely composed of her Bijuu chakra, as it cascaded into the direction of Kouen, as it would be on the exterior of the wind pressure, allowing it remain unaffected but blocking the residual electricity from possibly advancing and sending the remaining of it to strike her opponent down. Just outside of short range, Mirabelle would pick up yet another blade into her free hand, as she then swiftly approached Kouen after her attack was sent.

(Bukijutsu/Kenjutsu: Yamato Takeru) - Weapon Art/Sword Art: Gathering Clouds

Description: The user of this technique will begin by priming their weapon against an oncoming attack, before swinging it with such violent force that the sheer air pressure created by the weapon will split incoming attacks, causing them to harmlessly bypass the user. Due to this technique being not reliant on chakra it has no elemental strengths or weaknesses and functions on a rank vs rank system, however, any enhancements to kenjutsu will apply to the technique, so for example if the A rank is used, the technique splits A rank damage (60), but with a +20 to Kenjutsu or Bukijutsu, it becomes capable of splitting (80) damage. This technique contains no intrinsic damage value but will push enemies out of short range should they be too close to the attack. The power generated by this swing is similar to the leaf dragon god, so visually it appears as a wind jutsu might, despite not being a chakra-based technique. It can be used to slice anything within reason, akin to Moses parting a sea, the technique will not fully disperse oncoming attacks instead it will simply remove the portion aimed at the user.

Notes:
- The B rank and below version of this technique has unlimited usage, while A rank can be used four times and S rank two times.
- If used by a Samurai with Samurai Sabre Skill, the effective range of the technique will be increased.
- This technique can be used not only through swords, but other weapons as well.
(Bijuutsu: Tōka-ritsu) - Tailed Beast Technique: Transmittance

Description: This technique is a basic and general one that can be used by any jinchuriki, or pseudo-jinchuriki, that is capable of achieving a chakra shroud. Using that same basic concept, the jinchuriki draws out their tailed beast chakra, but instead of allowing it to form a shroud they utilize shape manipulation to re-purpose it in a way of their choosing. This can be used to create a wide assortment of objects such as pillars, shields, waves, etc. As the chakra is released from the jinchuriki's body, these things must originate from their body and cannot "appear" elsewhere on the field. These techniques share the same translucent red-orange as the jinchuriki's chakra shroud. S Rank Version can only be used thrice per battle with a cool down of two turns between each use while no Bijutsu A rank and above in the same turn.

Kouen whistled in appreciation as Mira swung her blade, cleaving his lightning in two with ease. However he was surprised as her attack also seemed to release some kind of crimson, bubbling energy. Who had she sold her soul to for something like that?

Using his signature Black Sand Kouen formed two wings upon his back that he used to launch himself upwards and backwards at an angle, avoiding the destruction that his friend wrought. As he moved Kouen focused his chakra into the sand below Mirabelles feet, infusing it with the trait he stored within his gauntlets as he shaped it. The man would cause the sand to latch onto her lower body and cover her in successive waves, before crushing force is applied. She would find it difficult to dodge this sand as she had his earlier attacks, it possessed the charge that drew nearby things towards it.

Description: The Heavenly Wings of Tengu is a unique technique that allows the user to manifest two massive sand-based wings on his back. This is done by manipulating sand either from the users gourd or the terrain, clumping them together and molding them in the form of wings. Whilst the primary function of the wings is to sustain flight, they possess other characteristics as well. Most notably, the user can utilize the wings for offensive or defensive purposes. Being extremely thin and sharp, the user is capable of using the wings to slice through incoming objects or alternatively sever the opponent in two. Similarly, by encasing their body completely with the wings, the user is capable of defending against incoming techniques, in accordance with the S/W of Sand. Apart from these generic traits, the wings also possess the ability to release a volley of blades (reaching upto Long-range) at the opponent. This ability is passive however, as the blades in question are no stronger than an average kunai. The user flies at their current running speed.

Note: The manipulation of the wings to defend the user, attack an opponent or simply move from one place to another collectively count as one of the three moves per turn, regardless of the extent of their manipulation.
Note: The technique can be used twice times per battle, with a one turn break inbetween each use. Whilst the offensive and defensive traits of the wings time out after four turns, the wings themselves can be passively maintained indefinitely. They will still however cost a move whenever utilized to fly from one place to another.

( Sabaku Rou ) - Sand Prison

"Something seems different about you"

Are the words that managed to escape the lips of Kouen, as he gathered his black sand into angelic like wings and fluttered into the skies above. Mirabelle couldn’t help but smile - while she wished to tell him the truth, it was fun to play mind games with her prey, so much so that she didn’t answer him immediately. Instead, she would have passively triggered a collection of techniques into one the moment started to gain aerial positioning. Firstly, Mirabelle’s hair would have shifted coloration and length, from its normally brilliant sapphire and onyx mixture, into a wave straightened texture and jet black in coloration as her outfit shifted as well, becoming a lustful dress, cascading her in an air of arrogance and elegance - while lastly, Mirabelle’s mental personality known as “Lust” became the commanding persona.

Description: Wicked Weaves is a unique technique; based on the concept of kunochi infusing chakra into their hair in order to weaponize it in combat. What makes this different from other techniques including Wild Lion's Mane Technique is through the infusion of Yang energy into the hair, it allows them to weaponize it to an even higher degree. Once active, the user’s hair harden’s enough to become more akin to a sword’s durability, but can be shaped into any form the user desires without costing a move, ranging from fists or legs to form Taijutsu, or even other weapons to perform Bukijutsu or Kenjutsu. One thing however is that it cannot be detached from the user, or else the chakra supplying it will be stripped from it and simply fall useless on the ground. The user also at the cost of a move directly strikes with the empowered hair, allowing them to deal 80 physical damage to the opponent. Due to the Yang energy flowing through the user’s hair, the constructs exhibit a level of sentience, allowing it to strike freely on behalf of its user without them needing to command it. And last but not least, Wicked Weaves also has a passive usage for half its chakra cost, but allows the user to lengthen, shorten or even change the color of their hair and its style aesthetically. Wicked Weaves can be posted within a user's biography allowing them to apply the passive application of this technique without taking up a technique usage. This can only be used thrice per battle, lasting three turns, to which once deactivated cannot be used for two turns afterwards. Can only be used by kunoichi (Female Shinobi).

Description: Requip is a unique brand of ninja technology namely used for those always on the move. Coming in the form of apparel; the user has the innate ability to have clothing that morphs and changes form in order to suit their needs. Within the fabric of the clothing – there exists specialized ninja technology that controls the strings and thus with the use of chakra can command it to take any form she desires. This can range from shifting from casual wear to combat ready clothing on the fly. It mimics any clothing the user may also have somewhere at home and even the coloration changes as well. This combines two aspects: the Henge no Jutsu and the morphing capabilities of the microfibers but the transformation is permanent until changed again. Transforming the clothing is passive and doesn’t take a move slot however needs – 5 per use to do so. While transforming a bright light is also emitted to prevent others from seeing the transformation until it fully forms if needed.

Description: Resonance is a unique application of Fūinjutsu created for those who possess multiple individualistic personalities; each with its own very unique set of beliefs, memories, emotions, and attributes. In its purest essence this sealing technique brings to life one’s own multiple personalities by enabling a form of organization and structure. A personality is generally defined as the individual characteristics which defines one; their memories, beliefs, ideas, personal skills, mannerisms, and habits. It has been shown throughout the series that various forms of Ninja Arts are capable of controlling, manipulating, transferring, and even changing memories. It has also been shown that chakra, Fūinjutsu, emotion, and memory all play intimately and are connected with one another. The most striking example of this is Minato Namikaze’s use of his chakra to seal his own personality within Naruto when he sealed the Nine Tails; this is at times called a ‘consciousness imprint.’ Karin Uzumaki noted that chakra carries the ability to reflect emotion and personality; she described Naruto’s chakra as warm while Sasuke’s was cold. There also exist techniques such as the Loss of Memory Technique which allows the user to block memory sets with their chakra. Fūinjutsu is also capable of sealing metaphysical phenomena such as chakra, souls, memories, and even emotions. With this in mind it is reasonable to extend the ability to seal entire personalities away into a vessel. Thus, Resonance is a seal which seals the users multiple personalities. It grants structure to chaos within one’s own mind; organization to a torrential storm of personalities, emotions, and beliefs.

Resonance is applied to one’s own personality; as such the seal must be stated in the user’s personality section of their biography. Resonance can seal up to seven individual personalities. These personalities are listed within the user’s biography. Each must have characteristics which are distinct from one another. For example, one personality can have a tendency toward violence and bloodshed while another can be prone to kindness. The user is granted great versatility with the customization of each personality, each being a cosmetic choice. Personalities can be named differently and even possess different perceived genders. This means that while the body’s physiological gender will remain static the personality can operate differently to the body; essentially the personality believes it is the opposite gender to the body. Personalities can also have distinct memories, skills, emotions, motivations, thought patterns, movement patterns, and mannerisms. The possibilities are nearly limitless in regards to defining traits of a separate personality. Personalities can also be structured into hierarchies with one typically dominant over the others; although this is largely a cosmetic feature. The inner workings of the seal itself are simple. The seal treats the user’s own body as the vessel for the sealed personalities. All of the user’s personalities are sealed by Resonance, including the original personality along with a portion of the user’s chakra before the seal is performed. Each personality, now sealed by Resonance, will be able to communicate with each other in an environment granted structure. This environment is much like Minato and Kushina’s communications with Naruto. Each happened within his imagination and mind allowing for numerous forms to be created. The user is able to shape the environment to take the appearance of anything the user so desires and all occurs within his or her mind. While sealed the personalities will be able to communicate with each other and watch each other, much like how Minato’s consciousness imprint was able to watch Naruto’s growth and development throughout his life. In terms of usage the seal possesses two release states. They are as followed:

Partial Release; The first state is a partial release state which is performed passively. Through this method the seal will be partially opened allowing for the fluid transitioning between separate personalities. It offers no true combat benefits and is purely a cosmetic ability which is inherent to the biography that Resonance is used on.

Full Release; The second state is a full release state which is performed at the cost of a move, but instantaneously, exempt or within the same timeframe. This second application is the combat-favored variant allowing for numerous benefits associated with the release of the user’s personalities. This state can be used for as many personalities as the user possesses, up to seven. As previously mentioned each personality is fully sealed with a portion of the user’s chakra, each laced with the personality’s essence of existence. Between all seven potentially sealed personalities a maximum of 400 chakra can be stored in Resonance. This chakra is split between each personality; each personality requiring a minimum of 50 chakra stored. The amount of chakra stored per personality is stated within the user’s biography in the personality section. When fully released the chakra will flow from the vessel of the user’s body back into his or her chakra network along with the personality; this effectively creates a full body surge equivalent to the quantity of chakra released. In addition to this the user will experience a refreshing surge of energy as their body is replenished and a personality is released; this is largely a cosmetic feature but can numb relatively moderate levels of pain and grant clarity to the mind.

While these changes commenced, Kouen continued into his offense - as the sand around her started to attempt to cover her up. However before the sand can cause any real harm to Mirabelle, a sudden explosion of fire erupted from around her - immediately bursting outwards in an omnidirectional manner. This caused an array of emerald and pink flames to not only block the sand, overwhelming it but also causing the blast to continue towards Kouen. Mirabelle had infused an additional amount of chakra into it, causing the flames to become superheated, temperature rivaling that of the sun’s surface. The dangerous part however, was the scent the flames carried as the fire would burn the vaporized perfume, which once he caught a whiff of it, would place him into an illusion. This scent, it was Desert Sand Verbena - an native flower to the the Land of Winds, mixed with the scent of a tiger lily, the alluring sensation it provided, as beautiful angels of Eanna appeared before him, as his body became sluggish as the women placed him into a state of slumber.

If not careful, Kouen would be meeting these ladies for real on the other end, as the flames burned him alive, enough pain to awaken him from the illusion. “New hair, new clothes , new attitude…so much has changed…so I guess you’re right Kouen, its a shame you’ll never get to touch me like those little angels…” her lustful allure attempted to play more with him.

Description: Flamme de Salem is a bright and scented flame, usually in pink shades. It takes advantage of Perfume's resistance to fire to burn off the Genjutsu-carrying scent of the element and intensify it. The Flamme de Salem can be manipulated like Fire Ninjutsu, creating flames and maelstroms or burning constructs, which can be bigger and more powerful depending on the chakra used. The Genjutsu carried by the Flamme de Salem induces the illusionary effects described in any approved Perfume technique, like the ravaging rose thorns of Cleopatra's Piercing Adoration or the alluring pheromones of Bonny's Seduction.

This technique can also be combined with an equal ranked Fire Ninjutsu in order to induce the same scent-based Illusiosory effects with other fire techniques as a base, creating an elemental combination technique which has the outcome of being 1 rank stronger or +20 damage in case of S rank. This can be done in the same time-frame as another Fire technique but counts as 2 jutsu. Either variant of Flamme de Salem is ruled by the fire aspect of the technique, and is bound to any Fire-related specialities of the user, likewise, when clashing the Perfume takes a supplementary role whereas Fire carries a defensive and offensive roll, giving the technique or the combo it's elemental S&W, rather than Perfume's. Despite the underlying Genjutsu being the same rank it will still be damageless. Any method of dealing with Genjutsu can be used after the source has been removed, otherwise it is continuously recast without change. The scent exuded by this technique extends in a short range radius around the flame source, casting the illusionary effects in this area.

Note: Up to B rank, it requires 1 turn cooldown after expiration, and last up to 5 turns. A Rank and above can only last up to 3 turns and require 2 turn cooldown. A rank can only be used 3 times, S rank can only be used 2 times. This can't be used with Forbidden ranked Perfume or Fire techniques.

Description: After 3 handseals, the user is able to materialize a very clear and translucent liquid perfume, which quickly takes the shape of magnificent walls around a target, beautifully carved with countless of seed filled dandelions. From the gates, the seeds seemingly detach from the stem, softly spreading out through the area short range around the gate, allowing the perfume in the air. The perfume's scent carries a powerful sleeping genjutsu. As the opponent feels his eyes getting heavier and his movements getting sluggish, they will see young women with angelical appearance caressing and massaging them. The opponent quickly falls asleep for 2 turns. The gates can be created all around a target, including a translucent glass-house ceiling of perfume, but only to a maximum of short range from the target, and a minimum of 1 meter. The target, though, can be up to long range from the user.
After materialized, the gates can't move. They last up to 3 turns, after which they fall on the ground as scent-less puddles of perfume.

Description: Bellatrix is an infusion technique that weaponizes Solar Wind Release. Once the user utilizes any sort of energy-based technique, be it basic elemental natures (Fire, Wind or Lightning) or advanced elemental natures (CE/Adv Element) – the user will utilize a sole hand seal. This is done in the sequence of original hand seals, immediately infusing the target technique with the infusion. As it occurs, the technique in question becomes superheated to higher degrees, a gift granted by Solar Wind’s naturally higher temperatures. The technique in question loses it original coloration, instead becoming a bright emerald coloration however it’s power is increased immensely, gaining an additional +20 DMG increase. It doesn’t change the elemental nature of the technique into that of Solar Wind, as all it simply does is increase the temperature and explosive nature of the infused technique. This can be used four times per battle, with a cool down of one turn between each use. Bellatrix is activated in the same time frame as the original technique, though the hand seal is only performed if the original technique has hand seals required.

Kouen whistled appreciatively as Mira's entire appearance shifted somehow, it was if he blinked and another woman had taken her place. Not only her appearance but as she spoke her personality seemed strange compared to the woman he knew. In response to the wave of fire she released towards him Kouen manipulated the sand from his localized sandstorm and formed it into a swarm of scarabs. He thrust this scarabs forwards through the wave of fire, punching a hole in it as they swarmed towards Mira. Not only would this protect Kouen from the flames but the clash would disperse the scent of the perfume, preventing it from reaching him.

As they moved the scarabs ground against each other, generating heat and creating a bright light to blind his opponent. Making it more difficult to defend herself. As these scarabs advanced Kouen continued by forming a set of 5 handseals, intiating two techniques in a chain. First he created two small golems in mid air due to his sourceless materialization, one of his signature techniques which was followed by another. A cloud of chakra drawn from the golems, weakening them slightly and sotirng their trait of duplication as it hangs around Kouen. The golems fell to the ground with two loud thumps, wherein they duplicated themselves, doubling their numbers.

(Akuba no Faraon) - Curse of the Pharaohs

Description: The user manipulates sand either from the terrain and generates burst of sand that surrounds the users body. The stream of sand is subsequently shaped into hundreds of highly dense creatures, resembling scarab beetles. These creatures are entirely composed of sand, one inch in length, and possess an extended pincer, which acts as 'stinger' for piercing purposes. This jutsu involves the user forcing each and every beetle to exhibit rotational, vibrational and translational motion. With the beetles being in close proximity to one another, this generates heat energy in massive quantities, in turn preparing scalding hot sand. Given that each beetle possesses the capability of flight, and can be commanded by the user to attack the target using their pincers, they are essentially able to deliver blunt force upon impact and simultaneously burn the target. Moreover, due to the widespread collisions between the sand grains, it results in the production of light (due to Triboluminescence) that is directed straight at the target and can potentially blind him/her if no precautions are taken. It is important to however note that the beetles can be used for the multitude of purposes as the user can alternatively command these creatures to cover up his entire body (does not harm the user), forming a layer over his body which can not only serve defensive purposes by utilizing the high density composition of these creatures, but can also be used offensively, in conjunction with Taijutsu, capitalizing on these creatures ability to sting upon the enemy upon contact. The manipulation of these creatures can be exploited to a high level, as they can be commanded to establish pincer formations, being used as a platform to 'fly', or a defensive wall; this being entirely dependent upon the user. These creatures can only disperse if they're destroyed, or if the user deactivates the technique. Once the technique is performed, it remains passively active and from the Basic 5 elements, the user is only able to utilize Wind and Earth techniques, these two being the two elements that compose Sand.

Description:
The user will form the Ox>Boar>Dragon hand seals and focus their chakra into a point in the earth around them up to short range, and from the ground two simple C rank stone golems will emerge. This golem is 1m tall and due to the strong minerals it is composed of it is as strong as a standard strong fist taijustu user. Although at the same time due to the golems strength paired with its relatively small size and light weight it is able to move at speeds slightly exceeding the base of its user. This golem seems almost ordinary at first glance but it is imbued with a single special property, when earth is avaliable it is able to create an exact duplicate of itself once per turn. This duplication ability is not limited to the original golem however, each of its clones can make duplicates of themselves as well.

During each turn each golem will be able to duplicate itself once, slowly growing into an army at the users disposal. Once there are multiple golems already created they are each able to work separately, together as a team and even interlock together to form bigger and stronger versions of themselves. The more golems that are used for each action the higher the overall rank of it will be(Max of S rank.) The golems will passively feed off the users chakra to both maintain their autonomy and to further create more duplicates. Due to their nature they act without the users direction and therefore leave the user free to act independently of them but whenever the golems do act it will cost the user one of his moves in that turn.

Description:
This is a unique technique initiated by forming an additional two hand seals during the performance of another jutsu. This creates a cloud of semi-transparent chakra around the user that serves no direct offensive or defensive purpose, while due to the insubstantial nature of the cloud of chakra it cannot interact with or negatively effect the opponent or their techniques, and vice versa. This techniques singular function is to draw out a single trait of the initial technique that the user wishes to utilise, unique or not and to then copy this trait into the cloud of chakra, in which it will be held in an inactive state until it is used(Meaning that although the cloud can draw out a trait, it does not exhibit the trait itself, it simply ‘holds’ it.)

This ‘drawing out’ process weakens the initial jutsu slightly(falls by one rank or -20 damage) and the cloud will change colour to indicate it is active and will display a colour based on the element of the technique it was used upon(eg. Red for fire, blue for water, etc) After drawing out a trait it can be used by the caster to alter a second jutsu that the user creates, imbuing it with the active cloud of chakra after forming an additional hand seal during the second jutsu’s performance. This fundamentally changes the second jutsu’s attributes by adding the copied trait and ends this technique. This would essentially transfer the held trait to the new jutsu while reinforcing it overall.(eg. Using this jutsu on the Dragon Flame Release Song Technique would allow the user to copy the heat from the fire or even the almost solid nature of the flames and imbue them into a following technique, etc.)

Mirabelle’s eyes widened for a moment when she noticed her combination being overwhelmed by Kouen; but at the same time she expected it to falter. The real games are about to begin after all, as she immediately took a moment to draw her katana, for the first time of the battle and immediately slashed downwards. On Hagakure would be a seal crafted into it that would have triggered, completely sealing the sand technique into it. While Mirabelle was blinded briefly - she managed to regain vision slowly, just in time in order to see what was occurring around her.

(Fuinjutsu/Kenjutsu : Shi no Ōgama) - Sealing/Sword Arts: Lost Blades

Description: Lost blades is a very unique type of technique. Applying both sealing techniques with kenjutsu, making the technique, Lost Blades. The user will apply a seal on the blade portion of their sword. Doing this, the user is able to slash at anything that pertains to chakra in it, be it medical chakra, other forms of chakra. (excludes senjutsu or fuinjutsu). By doing this, the moment the user slashes at something, the seal instantly activates, sealing the chakra inside said technique, allowing for the slash to disperse the technique. This makes it look like everything the user cuts at, gets slashed and dispersed.

As she finished performing the technique; she would have seen Kouen continue into making a new technique. “Oh?” she wondered for a moment, as the stone golems would suddenly appear out of thin air and landed and started to duplicate themselves, much to Mirabelle’s amusement. “Aww! You got me a gift? How sweeeeeeeet~” she commented as from the terrain, she released a burst of blue flames to penetrate into the surface of the ground. As it did, the blue flames would animate corpses that dwelled within it, masking them with Nibi-like facial mask. “I also took got you a gift <3 I hope you love it as much as I do!”

She announced, quickly watching as the zombies would unleash a powerful giant fireball (10x10x10) of spiritual blue flames at Kouen, they would then quickly march towards his positioning.

Charred Resurrection - Using the highly spiritual nature of their flames, the user is capable of targeting the dead and reanimating them with spiritual flames. This creates up to 5 soldiers with a physical body composed of flickering blue fire and a spiritual mask resembling Matatabi. They are immune to 80 damage and lower and move at the same speed of a Sage ranked Ninja. These soldiers are capable of shaping Blue Fire for generic fire attacks and as Spiritual Flames.
( Aoi Katon ) - Blue Fire Release

Description: A skill unique to the Two-Tails and it's Jinchuriki, this jutsu allows the user to manipulate Blue Fire in an assortment of ways. Formed after making the appropriate handseals, this allows the user to release blue flames in the form of fireballs, streams of fire, and even blue flame based familiars to attack on the user's command. These Flames carry no properties of Blue Fire beside the basic variant which shares the same traditional properties of normal Fire Release except the weakness to Water.
Note: This can only be used by Matatabi and it's Jinchuriki.
Note: Intangible or Spiritual Blue Flames can only be utilized if their respective skills have been acquired.
Spiritual Flames - The user gains the ability to make use of Spiritual Blue Flames, aimed at causing high damage to the opponent’s spiritual network. This causes half the damage to the opponent’s spirit. When 0 is hit on the spirit, they will be rendered comatose until healed by techniques retrieving the soul. This also allows Burn Heal to cause spiritual burns, aimed at the target's spirit and not body. Requires the user to have first obtained Incomplete Transformation level.

Kouen continues onto his next step unfazed even as Mirabelle seals away the scarabs and follows this by creating..zombies?

Damn, thats a new trick.

The man formed a set of 6 handseals, the chakra cloud around him rushing into his technique and finished the sequence with a snap of his fingers. From the black sand that churned around Kouen a God-Like being took shape, a huge man with the head of a Falcon. Ra was empowered by the chakra Kouen had copied as well as a layered of sound around his body, acting as a protective coating.

You are the first to see Ra in his full glory my friend, and perhaps the last.

Ra had formed in time to intercept the fireball the zombies released towards his creator, morphing into a wave of sand that engulfed the fire as it reached him. However from the churning mass of Black Sand there emerged not one Ra, but two, the duplication ability having been grafted onto his essence. The clash with the fire had not weakened the God, rather he had taken power from it. He pulled a trait from the technique itself and merged it with his core, affecting himself and the techniques he created. Namely removing his Sand techniques weakness to Water, the sands now burning hot enough to meet Suiton equally.

The Second Ra upon emerging formed the necessary handseals and crafted a spear of wind from behind Mira, launching at her back. More of a nuisance than a real threat, still something she had to deal with. The golems still present on the ground remained still and quiet, duplicating themselves once again and bringing their numbers up to 8.


(Rā, Tenpi no Kami)- Rā, The Sun God

Description:
The user will form five hand seals, using an existing source of Sand to form the familiar Rā within short range. Rā is a sentient humanoid creation standing over 7 feet tall with the head of a falcon, he is entirely composed of Sand and is able to manipulate his body’s shape and size at will for movement, attack or defense. For example he could manipulate his arms into whips with which to lash his enemy but this is a small application of his abilities and is able to be done passively with little effort.

Rā shines in his production of Sand jutsu as well as his interactions with them, for he is able to create and manipulate any Sand jutsu that the user knows without hand seals, including those of its composite natures while following the jutsu’s restrictions which naturally he maintains. In this way Rā holds similar traits to the canon Sand Clone technique and can assist the user in their battles, however Rā’s true abilities lie in his interactions with such jutsu.

Due to his sandy composition Rā is able to reform from any damage that does not destroy him completely, as all of the Sand he is composed of and manipulates is linked together through chakra, allowing the addition of traits and letting him regenerate to previous condition from even small clumps. His greatest defense lies in his ability to absorb both friendly and enemy sand, techniques based on his rank and the strength and weaknesses of Sand, including Sand itself. In this way he is able to nullify these jutsu, and feed upon the chakra that fuels them to sustain himself. This allows Rā to absorb traits from these jutsu with which to alter his Sand, which is especially noticeable with friendly Sand techniques as he may fuse with any Sand source that is available. By absorbing these techniques this refreshes Rā on the battlefield and allows him to further assist his creator.

Description:
This is a useful jutsu with effects that can only be noticed when used in conjunction with another technique, simply by snapping ones fingers. The user may add this snap onto the performance of another jutsu so that this may activate within the same timeframe or it may be used standalone on an exisiting justu. By snapping their fingers the user will release a pulse of sound that effects the natural noise surrounding their target technique.

For example the 'roaring' and 'crackling' of fire or the 'rushing' of water. Any technique that produces a natural sound in this way may be targeted by this sound. The sound will amplify the natural noise around the target jutsu and forcibly turn them into destructive sound waves. This forms a cloak or barrier of sorts of sound around the technique as long as it is in play, empowering the inital technique slightly. The inital snap of ones fingers produces a sharp cracking noise that can be heard across the battlefield

(Fuuton: Yari Longinous ) - Wind Release: Spear of Longinous

Description: After a short sequence of two handseals, the user releases their chakra out into the battlefield, manipulating the wind allowing them to create a two meter long spear of wind anywhere within mid range of the user and outside of a three meter radius distance of the opponent. The spear of wind propels itself forwards at high speeds using wind currents, which is a saving grace for the opponent as it creates small drafts of air that a particularly alert opponent should be able to feel and then react to allowing them a small period of time before the Spear hits them. The spear of wind also creates a faint yet barely audible swishing sound as it travels and is a bright radiant lime green colour due to being comprised of compressed air and dense chakra making it clearly visible.

Hmm, perhaps I was a little bit too lenient with you” Mirabelle mused; as she noticed the duplication of the sand familiar. She was so ambitious to see what Kouen was capable of that she grew slightly ignorant of the potential trap she was placed into. In other words, it was time to make things a lot more harsher for her opponent in return. In a brilliant roar of flames, dark blue flames erupted from Mirabelle’s core - as she quickly ascended into her full transformation. “HEHE NOW YOU’LL SEE WHAT I BECAME!” she growled in an upscaled yet monstrous voice. She had also swapped into her 'Wrath' personality, the embodiment of her inner strength.

Going into her ascended form as the Nibi came with some clear advantages; one of which was flooding the battle field with blue flames that was unavoidable, marking Koeun with the Hellfire Burn. Of course, despite the spear being made and striking her form - Mirabelle’s new state of existence was empowered with heightened damage mitigation which allowed her to remain completely unphased, as the Overwhelming Presence she brought also caused Kouen to fear the Primordial Chakra being sealed within her.

My turn…” she roared; unleashing her blue flames once more in an omnidirectional manner; washing over everyone and everything minus her zombies, them being extensions of herself as she watched Kouen carefully, as the Hellfire Burn would start to tick away at his health but quickly, moving at speeds Kouen couldn't track, Mirabelle would have attempt to blitz Kouen, striking with a powerful claw swipe.

Description: The user begins to borrow chakra from Matatabi and releases a large amount of dark blue chakra pours out of her body as the Two-Tailed Beast is released into the world. Matatabi is a gigantic two-tailed cat and is completely engulfed in flames that are cobalt blue and black. It also has heterochromatic eyes, the right being yellow and the left being green. Entering Complete Transformation creates a great deal of energy, producing craters beneath the user and destroying any restraints that might have been placed upon them beforehand while pushing other users back to mid range. While active, Matatabi is capable of using Fire Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Tailed Beast Techniques. Much like all other Tailed Beast, Matatabi has 80 damage reduction as well as a damage increase to its techniques by +40. Despite it's large size, Matatabi is deceptively quick - much quicker than most of it's fellow Tailed Beasts. Matatabi has 550 Health, moves at x4 times her speed and is able to track up to 4 times her speed. When the Two-Tailed Complete Transformation is used, the user gains a separate pool of chakra to draw from. Matatabi's Chakra pool is 1500 Chakra and when roaming free/unsealed, this pool is doubled though this means a Ninja World Mod is controlling it.
Note: Each use lasts up to 10 turns. After ending, he cannot make use of any Jinchuriki or Tailed Beast skills above the basic Chakra Shroud state for 5 turns. Can only be activated twice per arc.
Note: The user is capable of summoning the Tailed Beast at any stage of mastery; during initial stages, this causes him to release it in an enraged state, temporarily boosting his powerful higher than normally but relinquishing all control over him which causes a Ninja World Moderator to then control his actions, gaining a damage boost to a +60 instead of 40. The user is also rendered KO for the remainder of the event. When done through this manner, the NW Mod in question can decide which Path the Bijuu uses and is capable of using the skills as if mastered. This, however, does not mean he will lose the Bijuu and will retain it the next arc.
( Tamashī Jigoku ) - Netherworld's Hellfire (Passive)

Description: When the foul Chakra Beast that is Matatabi is summoned it's natural power releases a powerful wave of Spiritual Flames that reaches long range instantly, passing through any living being indiscriminately. These flames deal no initial damage, markings targets with the Hellfire Burn. This Burn prevents targets from escaping or utilizing S/T abilities, binding their souls to the dimension currently in. In addition to this, the Hellfire Burn affects the target's spirit, slowly burning it. These Burns lower damage done by Spiritual techniques by 5 damage, increasing by 5 every turn and 10 every 3 turns ( e.g. -5 1st turn, -10 2nd turn , -20 3rd turn, -25 4th turn, etc ). This Burn also lowers their overall health by 5 per turn, lowering their total cap. Should their Total Heath ever decrease to 0, any damage done will cause an immediate knock out. In addition to this initial burst, Matatabi creates flames as it moves around. These flames deal 10 damage to anything in short range of it per turn and cannot be extinguished, only sealed.
Note: This is always active when in the presence of the Two-Tails and cannot be deactivated.
( Attōteki Sonzai ) – Overwhelming Presence (Passive)

Description: This landmark is filled with the presence of one of the nine Tailed Beasts. Referred to as Chakra Monsters, the beasts were formed form the Sage of the Six Paths splitting the power of the Ten-Tails hundreds of years ago. Each beast carries with it an overwhelming presence, wielding primordial chakra that itself is stronger than most normal humans. When in the presence of a Tailed Beast, one’s damage is reduced by 20 and their base speed is reduced by a quarter. Overwhelming Presence is negated by the Fallen Star meteorite, its power able to diffuse the chakra of a Tailed Beast.
Note: This is always active when in the presence of a Tailed Beast.
( Aoi Katon ) - Blue Fire Release

Description: A skill unique to the Two-Tails and it's Jinchuriki, this jutsu allows the user to manipulate Blue Fire in an assortment of ways. Formed after making the appropriate handseals, this allows the user to release blue flames in the form of fireballs, streams of fire, and even blue flame based familiars to attack on the user's command. These Flames carry no properties of Blue Fire beside the basic variant which shares the same traditional properties of normal Fire Release except the weakness to Water.
Note: This can only be used by Matatabi and it's Jinchuriki.
Note: Intangible or Spiritual Blue Flames can only be utilized if their respective skills have been acquired.
(Hirateuchi) Slap

Description: One of the simplest moves in Taijutsu, the user will simply hit the opponent with an open hand, slapping him. It can also be used for defensive purposes to slap incoming limbs or weapons.
