As I see you draw a kunai from your pouch, I quickly make a tiger seal whose use is yet unknown. I find out it is an explosive kunai when I see the water explode after you threw it to the ground and I quickly use this to prevent you from using the lightning technique :

Kenesu: Good battle Ace but you still need some practice. As I said before Lighting and water do not mix well and Lighting is more powerful in water so try to avoid that.
