-I am wearing my special Nekura cloak. It covers my face, and most of my body. As you come into focus, I quickly release my water chakra into the sky. I make a few handseals from in the cloak and suddenly, a torrential rain comes forth from the heavens. But this rain is special, it is imbued with my chakra. You however would only notice that it has started to rain. As it rains, I take a quick look at you. I suddenly whip out a kunai, and throw it at you lightning fast. That would be the only obvious hostile action I've taken.-

I have my CW strapped to my back, chain wrapped around my upper torso. Naginata stuck in the ground next to me, blade pierced into the earth. Dao sword on back too.

Ling watches as it begins to rain, the canopy obstructing much of the rain. He also throws a Kunai at your Kunai.

As you throw the kunai, I cause a puddle of water using my chakra to appear beneath you. It is very small, and suddenly I begin to smile. With a small wink, I flick up my wrist. As I do so, the water rises up around you and traps you in a large bubble made of water. You are unable to move, and find it difficult to breathe within.

Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.
Note: Technique creates its own water source

As you are trapped in the water, I use both my hands to shoot out several balls of lightning. I use my chakra control so that they are suspended in mid air, surrounding you. Then, I cause them to begin to spin rapidly, and they close in on you slowly as they spin. Suddenly, I cause them to rain down on you from all directions and filling the sky with a blinding light from the explosion.
