Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

In reply to Tomoko throwing kunai, Kotaro forms a handseal while molding wind chakra to cause a large surge of wind with the strength to carry the trees from behind Kotaro towards his opponent while Tomoko has a difficult time keeping her footing from the strong gust.
As the strongth gust blows towards Tomoko, Kotaro releases multiple explosive notes from his grip allowing them to travel close to Tomoko before weaving the confrontation seal igniting the notes and causing a chain of explosives that no one would be able to survive.

Visualizing the strong current generated by the influence of the enemy's chakra manipulation, Tomoko provided a fast reaction by preforming two hand signs then exhaling a large compressed sphere of flames lunched toward the enemy, reducing tags to ash and carrying the tree back as it proceed. upon contact with the enemy, the body of flame explode leaving him as burned disfigured pieces. Then with the performance of one hand sign pillars will raise from the floor around the enemy, rendering his sides separated and body restrained while keeping him open to the flames to approach him. Before all that, when the wind shocked the kunai and the tags with it's tags, a large flash explosion in between us, keeping your sight off of me until the flame emerge.

Noticing the fire flying toward Kotaro he forms a handseal while molding wind chakra before sending slicing wind chakra flying towards the opponent in the form of a net. the strength of the wind jutsu would overpower and continue towards Tomoko leaving no time to perform the next jutsu.
As the wind technique closes in on tomoko Kotaro weaves another handseal while molding fire chakra within himself and inhaling before spewing a fireball toward the opponent behind the wind net with the other two towards the sky causing thunder clouds to form above us.

Thanks to the Byakugan, Tomoko can easily see through the enemy's tactics, she saw him exhaling a net of air with enough chakra condensed in its body for her to understand what's about to happen as her fire technique and the wind technique clash, she forcefully place her palms on the floor rushing her chakra in the area in front of her. The floor immediately lunches upward in the form of a warrior, a rock warrior, the gigantic figure shields Tomoko of the remnants of the wind technique and then shields her against the fireballs directed at her and with it's large arms and reach it catches the fireballs you shot upward eliminating them midway as the rocks the arms made of fall apart raining down at you with the flames covering them still.

noticing the stone golem rising from the ground Kotaro quickly casted a genjutsu on the opponent, causing them to see a snake emerge from the ground he was standing before it quickly wrapped around and constricted causing him to lose control of his earth technique and immobilize him while the flames continue in the sky causing the thunder clouds to form.

Tomoko watched as her enemy falsely believed that he can sneak his chakra into her body, she immediately responded by channeling a large amount of chakra throughout her body, she observed her inability to move her body consciously and thus simply released the chakra out creating a vortex of electricity around her body henceforth releasing herself of the illusion only to materialize a dragon head and neck at it's upper end which lunch down at her enemy at a magnificent speed, preventing him from preforming a chidori which being electrocuted by the dragon. Afterward, she simply creates four shadow clones, after preforming one hand sign, in square formation.

In reply to Tomoko's lightning technique, Kotaro charges both hands with lightning while clapping both hands together before releasing the lightning as he extends both palms out before himself in the form of a powerful thunderbolt traveling extreme speeds. Kotaro's lightning technique would overpower Tomoko's and continue to her.
While she defends against it, Kotaro continues to charge lightning to one of his hands while raising it above his head allowing him to command the natural lightning in the thunderclouds to take the shape of a dragon before striking with unavoidable speed and with great strength!

Description: After using a fire jutsu to heat the atmosphere and create thunderclouds in the sky, the user will use Chidori to take control of the lightning above. They can then make the lightning strike an opponent in the blink of an eye.
Note: Can only be avoided with time/space techniques or otherwise absolute defenses.
Note: Can only be used once per battle.
Note: In the turn before the use of Kirin, the user must have used at least a B-Rank, Long Range Fire (Katon) technique directed at the sky.
Note: User needs to post Chidori, meaning that in the turn Kirin is used, the user spends 2 moves.
Tomoko completely switch her focus from the lightning dragon technique to her reaction once the action of releasing a bigger amount of chakra of the lightning nature came to be from her enemy. With chakra bolting to her fist she delivered a punch aiming at her enemy, at that moment, a huge beam bursted forward, a beam with extremely compressed wind contented. The beam of wind eliminate the thunderbolt in it's linear way and proceed to target the enemy standing behind it, just as she predicted with her Byakugan. Right afterward and just as the clouds became stormy with lightning, Tomoko decided to swiftly set them at rest by dispersing them with a strong current of wind.
