Seeing the incoming claws, shino quickly does one handseal and spits a fire in form of a dragon to cancel the claw and still proceeds to burn raiden then shino quickly makes another one handseal to form 5 fire rings around raiden to move closer to raiden, burning raiden in the middle.

digging, the ground can be returned to its
original state, leaving no trace of where the
user entered the earth. While inside the
earth, the user cannot make handseals and can only use Earth techniques below C-Rank.
If he tries to do a higher ranked technique,
he'll disrupt the Hiding like a mole technique
and be left crushed.

As nemesis feels raiden's hands touch his legs, he quickly forms a lightning armour around himself to electrocute raiden and shatter the ground underneath him to reveal raiden then shino proceeds further to stab raiden(that is already stunned) in the head to kill him

as raiden is reaching for shino leg he sees the lighting armour appear around shino as it is appearing around shino raiden gathers fuuton charka in his lungs and exhales doing Wind Release: Twister Shot and blocks the sword from stabbing him and sends shino flying back as shino is flying back raiden then does the tiger hand seal and then performs Fire Release: Running Fire and sends a fire ring flying towards shino and cuts through his torso while severely burning him

Hey your hands are already on my legs when i did the lightning and a part of the description of hiding like a mole is that no other jutsus can be performed in the ground or else, the earth will crush the user in the ground so make your move again and more carefully.

Hey, to do the second jutsu, you have to pull me into the ground which you were doing when i made the jutsu. And also when you mold anymore chakra apart from earth chakra, the earth will squash you in the ground.
