Kakuzu notices the Opponent arriving and gets ready for his battle. He walks to Short-Range from the Opponent and replies to him that
"Hmm. Let's see about that. I will try to finish this soon"
Soon after saying this, Kakuzu channels his Wind Chakra into his right hand and manipulates it to create a huge powerful cutter and throws it towards the opponent in a slicing manner. The wind sliced the Opponent into half.

If this was to be dodged, Kakuzu performs a single hand seal and channels his chakra flow of fire into his lungs. While pushing it into his mouth, he manipulates the fire and spits it aimed at the sky in form of several Huge Fire Dragons.

The Mizukage, who has been training for this moment to come, gets ready for battle. He looks at his opponent, noticing the bandanna over his mouth and the black coat with red clouds. He was Kakuzu of the Akatsuki. Knowing the amount of harm the Akatsuki has caused throughout the ninja world, the Mizukage knew that this was the prefect chance to decrease the Akatsuki's manpower. By doing so, he would risk his life but; though none of that mattered at the moment.
"Shall we begin?" the Mizukage asked, with an interested grin. By his opponent's first attack, he knew that Kakuzu was serious. The Mizukage created a small pillar beneath him, to raise him up in the air.

The blade of wind slashed through the weak pillar, breaking it on contact. The Mizukage falls down to the floor on his two feet, where he sees Kakuzu release dangerous fire dragons in the sky.
"Hm.. Either he has aim or he's preparing for.. that jutsu." The Mizukage thought to himself, knowing the severity that particular jutsu can cause.
The Mizukage, after the fire dragons has been aimed at the sky, knew that kirin was soon to come. However, he had no counter to such a technique, and decides to let it go for the time being.
The Mizukage then forms three handsigns. Knowing that their is no water source in the terrain, he decides to make his own.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram the user creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

Kakuzu notices the Mizukage creating Water on his own and looking at it. Kakuzu focuses his Doton Chakra under the opponent and manipulates it to create Stone Spikes unknowingly. These Stone Spikes pierced through the Mizukage's feet causing severe blood to ooze out.

As The Mizukage begins to feel the ground beneath him shaking, he summarizes that it was an earth technique that would come from underneath. He gathers chakra in his two feet and releases some in the water source he made in front of him. Water then covers his foot and his legs, making a moving water of body to help him get around faster. He used this to move back to long range, right before the spikes came.

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
