"Things should get interesting in that village" he says and what he finds interesting? well now that he has told them about the plans of a rogue group attacking their village, the leader can prepare his land for battle, making the battle much more interesting and it gives the small land a chance.Excited about everything, the human loving man starts to spin around, with his hands pointing at the sky "Shinobi are such interesting beings, I love shinobi, I love them" he says whilst smiling. After finishing his performance, Izaya starts to walk through the grassy field only to notice a man. Not knowing what the man is looking for, Izaya quickly grabs a kunai from his right pocket and with his right hand, he then points the kunai at the man with a smile. He does this not to scare the man but to see his reaction and response, he only wants to have fun.
Kladara Uchiha , seeing how a psychopath was approaching him , thought "Well ... He should be a fun one to mess up with" . At first , he thought that Izaya would go quick and harsh , but after hearing his words "I love humans" , Kladara changed mind . As Izaya got near Kladara and pointed a kunai at his face , Kladara started at the kunai , waiting for Izaya to act or move . "Hey ... That's not very nice though ." This was a hypocrisy on Kladara's side , as he couldn't wait to fight . Seeing Izaya's smile made Kladara anxious ... "I see .. you really are a psycho , young man . " As he quickly grabbed a star shuriken from his ninja pocket , kladara used it to try and hit Izaya in the face , and with his index finger tried to steal Izaya's kunai . Kladara smirked , though he didnt mean any harm at all .
