Ah, Jiraiya-Sama, one of the legendary Sannin, you'll make a fine opponent for me.
As the words leave Mangetu's mouth, Jiraiya throws the kunais. Reacting quickly, Mangetsu pulls his sword from his back and swings it with great might. The large sword, Hiramekarei, blocks and deflects all the incoming kunai.(it's covered in cloth, handle and all so I don't get affected by the electricity. )
The difference in the power of our weapons is too great, I'll switch to something of your expertise so you can keep up. Let's see how your toads stand up to my Jaguars, Summoning Jutsu!!!
Mangetsu does the necessary hand-seals and performs the summoning jutsu. From a cloud of smoke, 2 small-sized jaguars appear. They're very similar in appearance and are big enough to reach my knee. The one on the left has a orange-yellow skin, with black spots, while the one on the right has green-blue skin, with grey spots.

Getting more frightened by the scream, Konotlatlatzin wraps himself tighter and tighter around your leg. While it seems like incompetence on Mangetsu's part, it is all an elaborate plan made by Mangetsu. Konotlatlatzin, isn't actually a summon, but rather a bunch of kunais with explosive tags Mangetsu put together during the smoke. You only perceive it as a summon due to Mangetsu's genjutsu.
note: Onotlatlatzin can use lightning up to and including B-rank.

Quicker than his partner, Konotlatlatzin gets near you and wraps himself around your left, looking scared with no intention of attacking. At this time Onotlatlatzin is still between you and Mangetsu, a few meters closer to you. Mangetsu, looking pissed due to the disobedience of his summon, yells out;

The moment Mangetsu summons his two Jaguars, Jiraya performs a summoning of his own, summoning Gamakichi beneath him. As he is summoned, Gamakichi notices one Jaguar heading towards Jiraya but sees the explosive tags right before him. He immediately jumps away from the kunai with Jiraya on his head while simultaneously releasing a large fireball which incinerates the real Jaguar and Mangetsu while at the same time it sets of the exploding tags dealing even more damage.

Description:
Gamakichi is the personal summon of Naruto and Jiraiya and one of Gamabunta's children. He was first summoned by Naruto Uzumaki because Naruto couldn't focus his chakra during the beginning of the battle with Gaara, but has grown since then into a fully adult toad. Very similar to his dad in both mentality and appearance, he stands slightly above the height of a normal human. Unharmed, he is still learning the abilities of the toads but has proven capable of fighting with his summoner. Capable of using Fire up to A-Rank, he is also a good user of Taijutsu (mainly strong fist variations) and has a strength well above that of a normal strong human. Similar to most toads, he can use Oil techniques.

Oops, totally skipped the short range thing
To protect his partner, Mangetsu quickly spews out a bullet of water that collides with your fire one, above Onotlatlatzin. This creates a fair bit of steam between Onotlatlatzin and you two. Mangetsu and you can see each other clearly though. While spewing the water bullet he notices a few kunais and sends a few shuriken to intercept them. After spewing out the bullet, Mangetsu yells:
Onotlatlatzin, go! Use quick attack!
Understanding the intentions of his owner, Onotlatlatzin, charges chakra into his left leg and releases it all in a single burst of lightning that propels him towards you in great speed. Appearing from the mist like a thunder bolt, at a speed your eyes can barely track, Onotlatlatzin bites you on the shoulder. The momentum created by his speed also tackles you off of Gamachiki's head and into the ground.( LOL off of xD)
As his summon attacks you and draws away your attention, Mangetsu makes a vertical arc with his sword and sends a wave of wind at Gamakichi(it will also hit you if you don't fall of Gamachiki's head) that follows the motion of the sword.
You may have avoided my 1st trick Jiraiya-san but there are more to follow.
Note: I know the wind blade appears randomly and doesn't have to have any relation with a sword but I felt like using my sword too. Just assume I made it regularly and moved my sword along the same path.

Adjusting to each other, they time the hand seals of their respective techniques so they are released at roughly the same time. Gamakichi spews out a small ball of fire which expands into a huge storm of fire where at the same time Jiraya releases a huge sphere of wind after two hand seals combining the two techniques perfectly. The Jaguar summoning would jump straight into the fire since it's view would be hindered as well by the steam present on the field.Oops, totally skipped the short range thing

When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water in an instant.
