Tasuke looks at the chin of his opponent after seeing the red of the uchiha, oh dear, oh dear oh dear. What was it with him and tricky opponents?

He says and bites his thumb, he rubbed the blood over his Tattoo and slammed his hands on the floor, this summoned Barnacles Creatures all within the sand. Their little tendrils stuck out of the ground and gave Tasuke the ability of sensory. He then makes a single hand seal (Wind Speciality) and overlaps his hands, blowing a large stream of wind combined with this black scouring dust towards Natsu.

Description:

Natsu percieves your motions with his sharingan reading that you're doing a summoning. He hates it when he has to fight summonings aswell as the ninja so he slams his hand down at the same time as yours releasing chakra through the sand surface negating your summoning. As you create your wind he waits for his opportune moment, when he predicts you cross your arms over, he knows you will lose sight of him due to the sand within your wind technique and he takes advantage of this, appearing behind you avoiding the wind with his speed kicking you with his right leg in you're right side. The sound of your wind jutsu would block the sound of all his movements.

Tasuke's summon doesn't summon, he comically slaps his hands down a couple more times before looking at his crouched opponent who had also seemed to have slammed his hands on the ground.
"GIVE THEM BACK! T_T "
Tasuke doesn't go with blinding his opponent as his Barnacles didn't summon to give him that sensory he needed, seeing his opponent disappear before his very eyes the sound of him appearing behind Tasuke wasn't muffled by his Wind anymore. He didn't know which side Natsu would strike him and so would duck very low whilst spinning to the left, his left foot stuck out as he sweeps Natsu's only foot on the ground. Instead of kicking upwards however he instead brings his left foot back in after sweeping and jumps up, thrusting his right palm into Natsu's abdomen as he fell forward and pushed him back into the air.

As Natsu appears behind you to do his kick, he smiles seeing you do your leg sweep and as he can read your motion and you can't see his movements he deduces that you're guessing. He draws his sword and stabs it down into your leg pinning it to the floor in a swift silent motion. Then as he makes contact with his sword, he releases his lightning chakra through his blade numbing you're entire body. Thanks to his sharingan he can do this with perfect timing and precision.

Tasuke as he was sweeping heard the drawing of a sword, it wasn't new to him, he had one himself. Shit. Though he was ready for something like this he saw the tip of the blade come plunging down towards his leg, he manipulated the wind to cover his leg, the sword not being enough to break through that defence. He quickly pulls his leg back and pushed off the floor with both feet, sending him away from Natsu. He reached into his pouch as he jumped away and threw two shuriken at his opposition, as he through them his hands came together and clapped, releasing a small gale of wind which boosted the attack and speed of the Shuriken sent at Natsu.

Natsu sees the chakra build up on your leg but simply smiles and lets his sword bounce off of it. Perceiving your motions to move away he laughs.

Tasuke sees his opponent's sudden dash forward, that wasn't good at all. His arm is knocked back, but he had done some quick thinking of his own, his knees were already pulled back to his chest when Natsu got here and he then extended then outwards - kicking him away. However Tasuke would fall to the floor, he quickly kicks up on the ground and lands on his two feet. He looks at Natsu, but still kept his gaze on his chin.
"Heh, Fast. Looks like running is going to be a problem."
Upon landing his hands clap together again and he separates them, forming a staff of lightning which he spins in his hands and then holds in his right outwards to his side, the other end of the staff almost touching his lower back.

Knocking your hands away, Natsu can read your movements with ease and react to them without even thinking. He pivots his sword in his right hand so that it's horizontal but the blade is flat side facing you. He places his left palm behind the flat side of the blade bracing it creating a flat blocking sufface that your feet hit, pushing Natsu back, sliding through the sand. He sees you creating your lightning staff and smiles knowing you're ready to get serious. He rechannels lightning into his sword, but adds more chakra into it x2, the first is to increase the heat of the lightning creating a fire/lightning combo on his sword, boosting it to A rank power but of two elements. But he uses the second boost of chakra to increase the power of the lightning making it bigger and with that making the fire bigger too. Creating a fire/lightning S ranked sword.
Natsu now stood 7m away from you with his super charged blade smiles.

Tasuke smirked when Natsu had finished what he had saying, no holding back now huh? That sword looked interesting, it glowed with some sort of intense power. He bent his knees slightly as if ready for Natsu to run at him, but instead he bolts forward to close the distance. His left hand was up and guarding his face as he ran with the staff still pointed outwards. The opponent's sharingan was tricky, he still kept his eye on Natsu's chin, but the sharingan made it easy for him to read Tasuke's movements.
"Fine, lets see what happens."
As he got close his left hand came down, he brought his staff around so that his left could touch the tip that was stuck out to the side was not pointed inwards as he swung the staff around from his right side to strike Natsu at the side of his head with.
Natsu walks forwards as you charge at him smiling as he does so reading your movements like reading a book. As you swing your staff across he focusses his chakra into his free left hand catching it with ease catching you by surprise.
Is that the best you've got, i warned you, don't under estimate me
As he catches you're blade he flicks his sword in a blazingly fast motion slicing across the calf of your left leg releasing a blast of fire and lightning into your leg. It burtns your leg and numbs it at the same time causing you to stumble and fall back and as it does he lets go of your staff made of lightning. He stops 1m infront of you looking down on you.
I'm going to tell you this one last time, come at me with everything you've got or die.

But Using the staff he pushed himself upwards and over it quickly using the sudden transfer of momentum from when Natsu stopped it to his advantage, a sudden attack that also dodges the slash from the blade because his other leg is tucked under the staff. Tasuke had used his strength to swiftly get his body up but also to get his leg over the staff as it would kick Natsu in the side of the head.
"AAAAAAAAH!"
HE disperses his lightning staff whilst aeriel and thrusts his fists forward, shooting wind from his hands in the form of a tight group of seven bullets capable of piercing and sending Natsu backwards tumbling across the ground since it was aimed downwards at his chest. Tasuke would land with both his feet on the floor, his right leg forward and left back, his breathing was slightly heavy.

He times it perfectly that as you go for the kick and disperse your lightning rod, just as you'd be about to make contact he does a step to the side and forwards thrusting his blade into your chest as he does do, all in one swift movement as you're carried past him with your kicking movement. Description: This is a style of Chinese martial arts where the user uses precise chakra control to move half a step out of the way when being attacked at close range. The user is then facing the side of the enemy. The enemy can only react to this attack and counter if they are advanced taijutsu users because they have been trained in advanced levels. This advanced technique can be followed up with an attack to counter their move.

With his leg not connecting when he thought it would and seeing his opponent move, Tasuke uses his Wind for another purpose. Creating a ball of pressurised air to appear behind his kicking leg and one to appear on the inside of Natsu's hand. They would explode, the one near his hand blowing his arm and sword away from Tasuke so that it wouldn't stab him and the one behind his leg explodes boosting his speed and power suddenly as it crunches back into the side of Natsu's head in a flash. Hopefully sending him tumbling across the floor so that Tasuke can land.

Description: The user focuses wind chakra at certain points in range, manifesting small balls of pressurized air (max 6) which immediately burst and push away objects near them but have no effect more than 2 ft away. They may be created all at once or in sequence and each one is capable of knocking over an adult. While this technique won't deal much damage to enemies, it is a good surprise attack and could leave them open for additional attacks. If the user creates a ball beneath himself he may evade attacks by launching himself upwards and can do the same for allies. Defensively, this technique could deflect weapon strikes and projectiles with enough precision to even launch objects like shuriken back at the enemy.

(Tenbun Bisento) - Destiny Bisento

Description: This bisento as seen in the image below, is about 1.5 meters long with a 30cm blade on the end. It was forged as a gift for the sage of the sixth paths, made from an unknown metal that made it indestructable. A special red leather bandage has been wrapped around the staff where the user will hold it, to help improve their grip.
Staff abilities:
Indestructable
(Fūton: Kujaku Senpūjin) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation (B rank wind) can be used through the blade on the staff and gains one rank when doing so and can go up to mid range.
(Fūton: Kaze Gaeshi) - Wind Style: Wind Return can be used through the staff like it was seen being used through a sword and gains 2 ranks when doing so, meaning it can send back A ranks and below.
Bisento can dispel a Raiton jutsu up to B-Rank once per battle (this is done by the user channeling his Raiton chakra into the staff and hitting the jutsu with it, which disrupts, dispels or stops the jutsu) and/or dispel/disrupt/stop 1 complete A-Rank Raiton jutsu once per battle (with the same principle).
Kenjutsu techniques can be used through the blade on the end of the staff as it was a sword originally that was forged into the staff but only to a certain extent. (Such as blowing wind on the blade, releasing a chakra wave ect)
Resctrictions:
-All abilities of the staff count towards the move count and don't require hand seals if the user is holding the staff on his hands.
-When used to counter 1 B-Rank technique it can only be used again to counter another B-Rank.
-While holding the staff in his hands, the user can't use genjutsu as their chakra will be continuously channeled into the staff when holding it, and so the user can't focus their chakra into the opponent to create the genjutsu as they would normally do.
-To wield the staffs abilities the user must have it with him either in hand or strapped to his back.
-The staff can only be wielded by The Pervy Sage; if someone else tries to wield the staff it will become blazing hot burning all the leather burning who ever is holding it.
