You haven't specified range, I will just assume it is mid range then.
Rangiku had just returned from her mission when she saw a 'busty girl' standing there at some 15 meters from her. The girl wasn't quiet tall and had blonde hair just like Rangiku.
She wasn't looking like she is posing any serious threat to her village, but she knew appearances could be deceiving.
Ugh...there was nothing wrong in greeting her though,
Ohaidere Rangiku stood on her toe, so that the girl can see her and waved her left hand.
