Spectra had to pass a clear message across to the foe before him, the foe was mistakenly ranked above him but that still wouldn't change the fact that Spectra would beat him easily. The boy looked like he had a lot of talent in him so Spectra would like to see just how strong he is. Spectra could easily keep tracks of everything happening around thanks to his chakra sensory he had passively activated. He then began his assault by making 2 handseals to release a big ball of fire that launches at the boy but it hasn't reached too far from Spectra when he also releases a large gust of wind that mixes with the fire to increase its power and size to hit the boy and explode violently causing severe damages to him.

Rock Lee had just completed his regular daily fitness programme and is on his way home when he got challenged by a lesser individual. Being that he has already been warmed up and is light on his feet, He agrees seeing an opportunity to try out the new moves in his skill set on a human.
Removing a bottle of alcohol from his backpack before throwing the backpack a few meters away from himself. Lifting his backwards, he pulls off the cover of the bottle and raises the bottle to his mouth and takes a drink of his forbidden kind of drink. By the time he would have finished the bottle, the boy would have begun his attack by launching a ball/sphere of fire and wind rampaging forwards. Seemingly drunk instantly, Lee begins moving without inhibitions swaying from side to side like he was going to fall at anytime if left unaided. Waiting for the ball to come close like at least 3m away from him, Lee bursts side wards in fury to roll in that direction twice keeping him a distance from the fire ball that just soars off to oblivion. As he completes his roll, Lee explodes forwards running at unimaginable speed towards the boy while making two basic projection of himself (Stone and Wood) that goes faster than him to the boy. Invading the young boy's area (short range), both Stone and Wood would slam themselves into the boy accurately timing the slam so that the boy would still be caught if he tries to dodge or evade. The original, Lee would jump into the air above the boy that would have been held down to earth by the two clones unable to move or bulge a muscle, closing his legs and landing his knee into the boy's chest causing all bones on the place of impact to crush inwards and pierce a number of organs and cause internal injuries/bleeding. Though Lee himself would also be hurt but he wouldn't feel the pain being that he's under the influence of alcohol.

Spectra saw how the little lad dodged the attack and then dashes at him while also making clones so he instantly releases his doton chakra around him to create a ring of boulders around himself that he launches at each of the clones and Lee to destroy the clones and also damage Lee.
