Ryoko, as goofy as she was, laughed as she walked up to her teacher . "Sup Ms..." Ryoko paused for a minute as she took out a sheet of paper and read off of it to find her teacher's name. "Ah. Ms... Inzarni?.." Ryoko said half-confidently. She couldn't quite read the hand writing of the person whom she got the letter from. The hand writing was quite ugly... Hopefully it wasn't her teacher's. "Welp, time to get started." Ryoko said gleefully. She started boxing the air right in front of her teacher's face, almost as if she was taunting her, however, she didn't mean it as such. Ryoko could just be an idiot sometimes. She jumped up and landed and as soon as she landed, used chakra that she had focused in her feet to hollow out the ground from her teacher on back from her location up to mid range away if she were to go backwards. The hole was 10x10 feet and 30 feet deep, allowing her teacher and what appeared to be a pet the teacher brought with her to fall into it. "Yosh!" Ryoko exclaimed. She then weaved two handseals and spit out a sticky, black liquid that seemed to have acidic properties as it was burning everything is touched. She spit this directly into the hole in which the two resided and aimed to fill it up to the brim. The stickiness serving the purpose of them having a harder time getting out and the corrosive properties to burn them dearly.

(Doton: Chūkū) ☪ Earth Release: Hollow ☪
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 15
Damage: 30
Description: The user will slam their hand on the ground or stomp the ground beneath them, releasing their doton chakra into a selected area. After this, they will hollow the underground wherever they please from short to long range. This hollowed ground is a means for storing techniques or elements, more specifically. Such as water, for example. To be later used sneakily at the user's discretion, while being underground and without being seen by the opponent. This can also be used offensively albeit not aggressively, as the user may supremely hollow the ground beneath the opponent and have them fall up to twenty feet deep into the ground. This is a captive side of the technique, and is not meant to cause damage, but is able to cause little damage if the opponent did not prepare to fall and would most likely break their legs. The hollowed spot can range to a max of 15 feet wide, and the length up to thirty feet as well, so fairly big. This technique does not fill the area with water, the user will need to use a separate jutsu to do so.

Note: Can only be taught by Moxxi
Note: Can only be used four times per battle

(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A (+10)
Description: The user, after performing the required handseals: Ram → Tiger, spits out high-viscosity, chakra-infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

( Suteijian Suiton: Ikari no Yomi ) Ξ Stygian Water: Ferry to the Underworld
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary | Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 20 ( +10 to Water jutsu )
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Designed as a way to increase the user's ability to utilize Stygian Water, this technique is treated as an infusion type ability which is to be used side by side with a regular suiton technique. When the user uses a Suiton technique up to and including A ranks, they can perform this in the same timeframe in order to coat said technique with a thick layer of Stygian water by adding Stygian Water chakra into it and giving it heated, corrosive properties. Alternatively, When a water source is around within range, whether it be a small river or an large pond, the user is able to send his chakra into the source and transform it into Stygian water to create a source for his techniques. Similar to Mei Terumi and her corrosive/Burning elements, the user is immune to being burned by his creations, thus enabling him to physically touch the element whenever his chakra is present, but isn't immune to bluntly being hit by it. This not only provides a source of Stygian Water, but also prevents others from using the Water source unless they somehow over power the user's chakra to cleanse the corrosive water and use it as their own.

Note: Can only be used 4 times with a two turn cool down

Mentionable Stuff
Fenriru No Gimuzuke | Fenrir's Lesser Oblige
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary/Offensive/Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra: 40 ( -15 per turn )
Damage: N/A
Description: This technique was designed to rectify the weaknesses of managing multiple bodies within Battle. Many Inuzuka found that their Ninkens became easy targets for area of effect Ninjutsu techniques, and often experienced problems with defending from widespread attacks without compromising their Ninkens health or position. As such this technique was developed as a fix for these flaws. This technique allows an Inuzuka to enter into a lasting fusion with their Ninken(s). While fused the Ninken will inhabit the user's body and the user will gain the ability to use techniques that require 'Four-Legged Beast' transformation as a prerequisite and will also gain the senses of their Ninken. The Ninken(s) will be aware of the world through the user's senses however their mind and chakra systems will remain separate. The Inuzuka however will still be capable of tapping into their Ninken's chakra supply and will be capable of using it to bolster their own supply for future techniques. Lastly, fused Ninken can demerge from their host body at any point in time, and can also choose to re-emerge without cost. Merging and de-merging however is not instant, instead, it simply functions as a Ninken or Inuzuka walking outside of the host's body - and as such is far inferior to the merging abilities of Souma No Kou. One added benefit is that a host can have appendages such as tails or wolf ears that can prove useful in combat but are largely cosmetic, the main host can also be switched at will - housing the user and other Ninken(s) within a Ninken's body instead.

Note:
- Must be posted at either the start of the battle or in the user's biography, and is active at all times.
- In the case of deactivation (On the user's account or as a result of an enemy technique) this technique can be reactivated again at the cost of a move. Each reactivation will require more chakra than the last, doubling each time.
- This technique serves as the ultimate baseline form for Inuzuka clan members. After using another transformation the user is capable of reverting back to this form without completely canceling the previous transformation, instead, they retain the physiological benefits of the other transformation (Such as increased sensing and other abilities) and are also capable of re-entering the previously activated transformation without cost as it is still considered active. (Does not distort or ignore turn restrictions)

Haiburīdo | The High Breed x2 (Ein & Zwei)
Type: Supplementary
Rank: N/A
Range: N/A
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After decades of research and selective breeding, the High Breed was born. The High Breed was bred to be genetically superior to all other Ninkens immediately displayed talents that completely overshadowed that of lesser breeds from a young age. High Breeds are born with a more robust constitution, resulting in them being larger, stronger and have a base speed of 13, faster than most other breeds as well as having a passive 20 damage increase to their techniques. They also look far more wolf-like as a result of their wolf-rich bloodline. High Breeds display savage intellect, and are capable of exercising great cunning and problem-solving abilities; and as a result of their advanced intellect, they have gained the ability of articulation. Other talents include a healing factor allowing them to heal just as well as 15 damage per turn, heightened smell based senses on par with 3T and extends up to 1 landmark away. However High Breed's have been known to reject their Inuzuka counterparts, entering into a faux relationship for a time, and then turning on their paired Inuzuka the moment they have grown large enough to kill their ill-suited partners. As a result, the High Breed was kept secret and many voted for their extermination, but in the end, they were merely banished into the woods of Konohagakure, kept alive in case the clan should have a need for them in the future. However, should a High Breed fully accept an Inuzuka a most curious phenomenon will occur in which both the High Breed and Inuzuka will become mentally linked, capable of sharing thoughts, feelings, and experiences with each other, with such a deeply intimate bond being the absolute apex of an Inuzuka and Ninken bond. (A high breed cannot use Ninjutsu or elemental Taijutsu (Aside from Inuzuka techniques of course) by default).

Note:

- Must either be posted in the user's bio (Along with an explanation of how they met a High Breed and a description of their High Breed) or posted at the start of a battle. (In which case their High Breed by default will simply look like a wolf that, for it's age, is up to twice larger than any known Ninken.)

( Ryōshi Ninken ) - Hunter Ninja Dog x1 (Drei)
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: D - S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: The user's Ninken are among the Hunter breed of dogs, a breed available to every Inuzuka. These dogs are capable of using all of the Inuzuka canon techniques but with added effects as well as unique abilities exclusive to the main breed, unable to be obtained by custom breeds. Commonly used as the hunter dogs, these dogs are more suited to battle than their canon counterparts and as such have a neutrality to energy based attacks and a strength to all physical attacks. In addition to this, they are capable of dealing 20 damage via freeform attacks, though this cannot go over 80 damage inflicted a turn as well as a standard 20 additional damage to their Ninken techniques. These ninken move at 18 speed and have a tracking level of x2 as well as smell up to 2 landmarks away. However, this is unique to the Hunter Breed of dogs.

Note: Must be a member of the Inuzuka Clan.
Note: This is a passive technique, meant to describe the Ninken, and does not entail a sort of manipulation.

(Tabi no Katana nashi)Journey of the Swordless
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30 (-15 per turn)
Damage: +20 to All Kenjutsu/Taijutsu based Techniques.
Description: Journey of the Swordless is a technique which is always active for those who practice the art of Kyotoryu. Being active from the very beginning of battle, Journey of the Swordless is classified as a passive technique to all those who wish to utilize it. While most Kyotoryu techniques do not require this, Journey of the Swordless is meant to enhance the users Kyotoryu techniques to their maximum, by sacrificing a real sword in the process.

To start, the user coats their entire body in a tiny, razor sharp layer of chakra, which looks very similar to the Medical Scalpel technique, to activate this technique. Once active, the user become a human blade, as all their strikes carry the same cutting potential as any regular sword, by being enhanced by their razor sharp chakra. Another benefit to this technique, is that the razor sharp chakra around the users body allows them to bypass wind resistances, allowing their strikes to also be much faster than when performing techniques with an actual sword. Another benefit of this, is that due to the wind resistance being removed from their strikes, while also gaining speed, all the users kenjutsu gain additional damage, by having any wind resistance removed, the strikes carry more weight, striking much harder and with more maneuverability than one could perform with a regular sword. However, the damage bonus is further increased when utilized with Kyotoryu techniques, as these techniques are specifically created for the fight style, adding Journey of the Swordless on top further empowers them, allowing the unique movements of Kyotoryu fighting style to be even more deadly than usual.

However, while this technique seems strong, the largest drawback is the user loses their ability to hold a sword. The chakra around the users body will destroy any sword hilt it comes into contact with. Even with indestructible blades, the hilt of the sword will be rejected, forcefully pushed out of the users hand if he tried to wield a bladed weapon. This is only the case for swords however, other objects, like Staffs, can be wielded, but any techniques requiring a Staff will Not gain any benefits from this technique.

Restrictions:
Must be posted in the users bio if they wish have it passive from the start of battle. Chakra cost can be paid to activate it during battle.
Once activated, the users Arms, Legs, Head, and even torso become a replacement for any Technique that requires a sword.
Due to the nature of the chakra, the user cannot wear any armor, nor can the user wield a sword of any description. However the user is able to wield non bladed weapons, but those weapons will gain no bonus' from this technique.
Any jutsu the user users, such as Earth Armor, will have its defenses Reduced by -20 if used over top of this technique. However, this only applies to techniques that attach to the users body, techniques such as Susanoo, will be unaffected.
This technique can be used by Samurai, following all the same restrictions as regular uses. However, as the user cannot wear armor with this technique active, it cannot be used with Bushido, however SSS and Iaido can be used in conjunction

(Chakra Saifon) Chakra Siphon
Type: Tool
Rank: A
Range: N/A
Chakra Cost: N/A (-20 per turn)
Damage points: N/A
Description: A basic automated siphon tool attached to the users back and designed to passively absorb and store the users chakra. This Nin-tech is able to sense foreign chakra and then pump all the stored chakra back into the user creating a shock that spikes and restarts the users chakra flow. This allows the user to break out of Genjutsu using the chakra surge method, being able to release any genjutsu, excluding Yin and MS level Genjutsu, so long as the surge of chakra released into the user is higher then the chakra used for the Genjutsu. This Nin-Tech is able to store up to 100 chakra into it, taking up to five turns before it reaches capacity. If the user has Senjutsu, the siphon can still absorb the senjutsu like chakra and release the Senjutsu back into the user, following the foreign chakra/energies release method of Genjutsu, instead of the chakra surge method. This allows the user to break any genjutsu, including Yin release genjutsu however it cannot break Mangekyou Sharingan Genjutsu. This Chakra Siphon begins absorbing and storing the users chakra at the beginning of battle and stops absorbing once it reaches capacity and/or when the chakra/senjutsu is released back into the user. Requiring a two turn cooldown period before it begins absorbing chakra/senjutsu again. While the siphoning of chakra is a passive ability, the release of chakra back into the user will still cost a move for that turn. Lastly, this Nin-tech cannot be used to enhance techniques in any way. The chakra/senjutsu released back into the user does not replenish their chakra or senjutsu reserves. Only working to release foreign chakras and genjutsu under one of the two presented methods.
Notes:
-Must be placed in the users biography
-Can only be taught by Serpent

(Nen Resu) Sensory Dampener
Type: Tool
Rank: A
Range: N/A
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage points: N/A
Description: The Nen Resu is a unique tool worn on the users belt that emits a dampening field around the user in order to better hide their movement and hinder an opponent from accurately tracking them. This dampening field only works on Sensory ability's (Chakra Sensing, Sage Mode, etc) but doesn't hinder a Doujutsu's ability to see or track chakra. The field emitted dampens sensory abilities both by range and tracking. This means that if a sensory ability is able to track an opponent from two landmarks away, It will only be able to track the user from one landmark away and if the sensory ability has x3 tracking, it will only be able to track x1.5 when tracking the user of the sensory dampener. This Nin-tech is a double edged sword, as it also hinders the users sensory abilities to an equal degree. Meaning their sensory ability will also be reduced by half in terms of range and tracking.
Notes:
-Must be placed in the users biography
-Cannot reduce sensory range less then a single landmark
-Can only be taught by Serpent

Inari” the Inuzuka would have simply mentioned, attempting to correct the young lady in her mispronunciation of her name. Of course, she didn’t think too much about it, but before she can make her own attempt to do something, the Kiyoshis started to becomed warmed up. At first, Inari thought nothing of it but in that mere moment, the ground below her and Drei would have collapsed all of a sudden. With little concern on her face, Inari would have innately activated her Byakugan – while also releasing bursts of chakra from her feet, allowing her to simply “walk” on air. While this wouldn’t be the exact truth, Inari was releasing bursts of Solar Wind from the soles of her feet as she approached the solid land once more, approaching closer already. “Not bad” she uttered, as Drei would have rapidly spin in mid air and allowed the momentum of her spin to carry her at the edge was well, landing on solid ground once more. The Hyuga however can determine the next line of attack, seeing the chakra within her student start to knead once more. As the water is released from her mouth, Inari smirked – quickly watching the approaching stream of liquid approaching her.

Almost as if on que, she simply slaps her hand against it, rejecting it and deflecting off to the side of her with little care. “You got one more attempt before we get serious” she announced, her ninken silently watching their opponent, taking in her scent and locking in on it. Her other two ninken are currently merged with her at this time, simply watching through her senses.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye (Passive)

Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 15 (+5 per turn to keep active)
Damage: N/A
Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Jonin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.
(Taiyofuuton: Aruto Ria) Solar Wind Release: Altria
Type: Offensive, Defensive
Rank: C/B Rank (C)
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: 15/20
Damage: N/A
Description: Altria is a basic evasive/defensive technique utilized with Solar Wind. Through precise yet small bursts of Solar Wind into the soles of the user’s feet, they are capable of constantly releasing these small localized bursts. As they do, it would allow elevation so to speak, as though the user is walking on the wind itself but in reality, it is strictly releasing bursts of the energy. This can be used to travel across places without the need of touching the ground while remaining high in the air or at lower elevations if desired. While this is done, the user moves at their base speed due to it essentially being a combination of physical and chakra movement. However, there is an advanced version of this technique, utilized with a single hand seal. Upon the hand seal being made, the user is capable of releasing a similar burst of Solar Wind but rather than just their feet, it’s from their entire body. The burst of chakra would propel the user into the opposite direction (i.e making the burst directed to the user’s left will propel them right) at speeds equal to twice their base speed. This would create a quick form of evasion, allowing the user to avoid techniques easily though it should be noted that it doesn’t do well against techniques of wide scale. The user has control as to how far they travel in the opposite direction but can only move up to ten meters away. The C rank application is requires – 5 chakra per turn in order to sustain the movement while the B rank application can be used four times per battle, once per turn and goes on a cool down of two turns after use.
(Gatsūga) - Fang Over Fang
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 30 + 30 = 60
Description: The user and their ninken partner spin at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The force of this attack is strong enough to drill through stone. This attack can be done alone.
Note: Must be a member of the Inuzuka Clan
(Chakura no Monshō | チャクラの紋章) — Chakra Coat of Arms
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: C - S (B)
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15 - 40 (20)
Damage Points: 30 - 80 (40 + 20 + 20 = 80)
Description: This technique is not considered Ninjutsu, but is more closely categorized under Taijutsu/Bukijutsu as it is an advanced application of chakra control that coats a layer of chakra from the user's tenketsu to enhance the capabilities of purely physical martial arts. Typically, shinobi are unable to use their Taijutsu/Bukijutsu prowess effectively against opponents that utilize Ninjutsu. Given that the foundation of Ninjutsu is through chakra manipulation though, martial arts can be utilized to combat these chakra-based attacks by coating the user's strikes in chakra, thereby allowing them to reflect or even hold Ninjutsu attacks without the need to defend with their own Ninjutsu. Obviously, the same effect can occur when dealing with non-chakra-based physical interaction. It is also important to note that the user is not physically making contact with the opposing chakra/non-chakra-based attack. There is a small gap, which helps to prevent damage from burns or electrocution. As it is regular chakra control, like one a shinobi would use normally to walk on walls or water, this coating is still weak against Elemental Ninjutsu. Also, as this is a mere application of charka manipulation that all shinobi are capable of and not Ninjutsu, this is an especially effective tool for Taijutsu practitioners and Samurai/Ronin. The applications of this form of chakra control both start the same way by balancing the opposing force with fixed chakra control to "hold" it in place. This stage is referred to as (Kyoka) Permission. This "hold" can last an instant or longer depending on the user, where the user will reject or accept the opposing force.

(Kyozetsu) Rejection — After the initial hold, the user will "deny" the opposing force and send it away from himself. Using the momentum of their body in conjunction with Taijutsu/Bukijutsu, the user can effectively deflect an incoming attack with their body. Since this technique does not neutralize or weaken opposing forces in any way, it can not actually destroy an opposing technique. This would mean that aside from its direction, the technique will remain the same, but aimed somewhere else. The degree to which a user can deflect is dependent on their output of chakra. In order to accurately reflect an attack back at an opponent or in the user's desired direction, the user must overpower the incoming strike. Merely matching the same strength/rank will only allow the user to deflect the attack harmlessly away from it.

(Ukeire) Acceptance — After the initial hold, the user will "allow" the opposing force and bring it towards himself. This essentially causes a super-tight grip with chakra control. The user can then forcefully tear away whatever they are in contact with from its foundation. This can be used to dismantle armor in quick succession, tear away flesh to the bone, prevent an opponent from pulling back their weapon, pull away specific objects hidden in a pile, etc. Against chakra-based Ninjutsu, the user can use this to mold the shape of the Ninjutsu like clay. For example, the user can hold the chakra in an earth wall and mold it to create an opening, make shapes out of it, small projectiles, or split a head-on projectile or stream to break apart around them. The degree to which a user can mold Ninjutsu is dependent on their output of chakra. In order to have the molded ninjutsu retain its shape even after the user is out of range, the user must overpower it. Merely matching the same strength/rank will only allow the user to mold the technique while in range, and have its shape revert back to normal once out of range.

Only ninja with advanced chakra control (Med, Hyuga, Canon Bios, Chakra Control Specialists, Sustainment Specialists, etc.) is able to take each of these two maneuvers further by literally expelling out the chakra from the target. This means they can use "Rejection" and "Acceptance" to dissipate or weaken an attack by respectively pushing or pulling out the chakra inside of it and use. For example, the user can pull the chakra from an earth wall, causing it to crumble. The amount of chakra expelled from the target is equal to the chakra used in this technique following S/W.

Despite being an application of chakra control, the user can not mold or otherwise focus their chakra for other techniques whilst doing so. This technique is also different from Gentle Fist as that style of fighting focuses on the quick release of chakra to internally damage something, but this technique is more akin to streaming chakra to hold, extract, or rebound opposing chakra. This is somewhat mitigated by the fact that the technique can be applied very quickly and as simple as it takes shinobi to walk on walls/water. Elemental affinities can also be incorporated to increase the strength, coating their strikes with said element, which still follows standard strengths and weaknesses. The level by which a user can use this technique is dependent on their rank. Genin can use B-Rank, Chunin can use A-Rank, Jounin can use S-Rank.

Note: Can only be taught by Kai
Note: Bios with standard chakra control can only use this technique from their hands, feet, and weapons
Note: Bios with advanced chakra control (Hyuga, Med Nin, CES, etc.) can use this technique from any of their tenketsu
