[Method]

Sasuke continued to walk forward upon noticing the stranger, but as she had announced herself he had come to a halt, from an unfocused gaze & mind trapped within his own thoughts the name itself had caught his attention as he began calmly lifting his head to place a face to such a familiar name.

Sasuke: Unohana.... Retsu, Yes I know of you, you are well known across the countries.. & It seems you already knew of my intentions to fight you which means you already know of me.. I am sure your curious to why I have been looking for you, but I care little to explain my reasoning to you at this time... I would first rather test you!!...

As Sasuke utters these words, he motions his left arm to his right side gripping the hilt of his blade, he begins to run forward rapidly closing in toward Retsu with his hand still tightly grasping his blade. As he closes the gap between the two Sasuke forcefully unsheathes his blade having it swing vertically toward Retsu's chin, the back of his hand twisted facing in

As her opponent begins to grip his sword and run towards her, unohana simply kicks off the ground and in a matter of seconds dashes at her foe striking her hilt against her opponents hilt applying some pressure to prevent the draw and in a fleeting moment looks at her opponent and smiles as the force of the engagement then thrusts her opponent away and her blade drawn in the motion to attain the Seigan no kamae stance of the kendo style swordsmanship.

Sasuke: "She is surprising me all ready.. Lets see what else she can do.."

Sasuke believing the clash against the hilts would lead to a stalemate, continued to draw his blade forward as the two collide, the unexpected potency behind Retsu's maneuver came to quite a shock as he forcefully slid back maintaining the same position while slightly bending both knees in an attempt to keep his balance.

Sasuke: "Unbelievable, did she even try!?"

Sasuke straightens himself while focusing on Retsu calmly reveal her weapon, with only a few meters gap between the two he motions both arms toward his blade, his left hand gripping the hilt while his right grips the sheath & begins drawing them out together. Sasuke extends his arms forward both hands holding each end of the katana, he slightly tugs on the hilt loosening the blade from his cover by just a few inches & slouches forward, as soon as he slouches Sasuke takes one step forward while crouching down & pushes off against the ground having him leap into the air toward Retsu.

Sasuke: My soul?... There are some places not even a warrior such as yourself should step within..

As Sasuke begins his descent toward his opponent he releases the grip of his right hand while rapidly drawing back his left arm slightly above his shoulder having his katana position vertically over his head with the sheath further loosening while in motion, in a swift movement he thrusts his arm down causing the sheath to completely remove itself & soar toward Restu, aimed toward her head. His arm stops beside his right hip as he lands upon the ground left with a small gap between the two, he twists his wrist having the tip of the katana face out to his right side. As Sasuke lands he crouches down with his katana still by his right side with the tip sitting upon the ground, he then continues to swing his arm around raising it diagonally in an attempt to target Retsu's left hip.

*as the hilt comes flying towards her head unohana just smirks as she effortly raises her sword to a slight angle deflecting the hilt away from her and strikes the ground behind her and as her opponent lands upon her left with the sword aiming for her left hip she simply shuffles her left leg around and she then lowers her stance whilst grabbing hold of a second sword at her waist with a reverse grip and quickly engaging her opponent she brings a swift yet powerful reverse draw slash to counter the attack knocking it downwards into the ground to render it restricted in the earths clutch and she quickly brings down her right hand sword slashing the inner thigh of your left leg which will result in your ability to move effectively and quickly and then jumps backwards shieving her second sword in a single motion after the counter slash enacting the Iaido technique and she retains her seigan no kamae stance a few meters away from her opponent*

Unohana: You leave to many openings in your technique, I will teach you through battle the method of Kendo kata which holds great offensive capablility that is capable of both defending and attacking effortlessly

 

[Method]

As Sasuke's arm is forced to his side, he gazes up to notice Retsu thrust her right arm down along with her katana, in quick reaction Sasuke pushes against the ground while rising up, leaning in toward Retsu while doing so. While rising Sasuke lifts both arms up having one over lap the other by each wrist, forming an X, as they rise he has them positioned to clash against Retsu's right forearm & pushes it out to sway out to her right side.

Sasuke: You only saw an opening because I let it be that way... For someone as spiritual as yourself I expected you to focus on more than just the execution, what is it they called you?... The Sage of Mind, Body & Soul?... Yet it seems you have no idea what runs through my mind.

With Retsu's arm forced out to the side her front is left open, Sasuke takes the chance while lowering his arms to thrust his right shoulder into Retsu slightly knocking her off balance as she stumbles back a few meters, with the gap widened Sasuke retrieves a smoke bomb with his left hand & a single kunai with his right, he continues to hurls the SB between the two & as the cloud forms, hurls the kunai toward Retsu, he then dashes to his right side & hiding himself within the grass by crouching down.
