Kakashi enters the hideout, and after running through what feels like endless halls, finally reaches out to an open rocky place with a light shinning on the plateu, hearing the words of Sasuke, his former student, he had already planned this out, to bring Sasuke back on his own and not telling Naruto a word about it, he feels like Sasuke leaving was his fault, because he didn't create a friendly environment for him, he always felt alone and underestimated himself because of the vengeance that he feels for his brother, now is the time to bring Sasuke back to Konoha, and rewrite his mistakes, he promised Obito to keep Rin out of harms way, and failed to do so, no more, he will not be a failure anymore.
After hearing Sasuke's words, Kakashi's whole body went through an ache, his eyes lit up as he turned his face slowly to face the familiar sound of his former student, at first Sasuke's sight was masked by the strong light rays of the sun shinning into Kakashi's right eye, but he slowly regained his vision as his eyes got adjusted to the light, slowly Sasuke's physical body became apparent to Kakashi's eye, as Kakashi admired how strong Sasuke looked compared to his last appearance of a Kid, now he looks like a man.

Then slowly Kakashi reached out for his forehead protector, lifting it up above his left eye, as he opens his left eye lid revealing his 3 Tomoe Sharingan that's the greatest gift he has gotten from his late friend Obito, with determination, the new light of his Sharingan faced Sasuke, deciphering his movements and retraction of his muscles.

Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.

Sasuke starts by performing a single handseal creating an electrical current which runs throughout his left hand, it begins taking on the form of a unfocused sphere & spreads a high pitched noise covering over the area, he extends his left arm having it point out toward his left side & swiftly swipes his arm across to the right & as it motions across a barrage of electrical senbon release from the Chidori & travel toward Kakashi at great speed.

Kakashi following Sasuke's movement with his Sharingan, seeing as he forms the familiar handseals for the chidori that he himself taught Sasuke, instantly recognizing the technique with the help of the Sharingan's incredible clarity of perception that it grants Kakashi, as he sees Sasuke forming the Chidori, Kakashi concentrates a huge amount of lightning into his right palm into the shape of a lightning ball, as Sasuke waves his hand releasing the senbons, Kakashi extends his hand forward releasing the lightning ball, which collides with one of the senbons and at the point of collision, a huge electrical explosion is generated, the sheer pressure of the explosion pushes both Kakashi and Sasuke back, while the other senbons of lightning will be canceled out by the lightning explosion of the ball.

As Kakashi says those words, his eyes rage with determination and his whole face expression changes, he suddenly brings his right thumb to his mouth and bites it releasing a few drops of blood that he uses as he weaves a few handseals one after the other, summoning a new type of Ninken that is Neptune, unlike Pakkun, Neptune is the fighting type of Ninken, along with having the natural smelling traits of Pakkun, making him the perfect animal, he also possess the Water Release affinity, making him the perfect companion of Kakashi's, Neptune is 1/4 the size of Gamabunta, meaning he's 25 meters tall, has silky white fur all over and cold yellow eyes, once he is summoned beneath Kakashi and Kakashi standing on his head, Neptune gives Sasuke the coldest stare he ever gave as he speaks with Kakashi.
That's him eh? the almighty Uchiha brat, i can tell by just looking at him.

Description: Neptune is one of Hatake Kakashi's Ninken summons, however unlike his normal ninken pack, Neptune is a fighting type Ninken. he is quite a large ninken, approximately 1/4 the size of Gamabunta, he has thick white fur and dark yellow eyes. Like all Ninken, Neptune has a strong sense of smell, comparable to that of Pakkun, and is capable of using Water Release techniques up to A-rank and below without having to use a handseal in order to perform them, his water affinity is the perfect match of Kakashi's lightning Release affinity, making them capable of doing various combination attacks with one another, other than that, Neptune has two unique abilities to himself, which is when he slams his right leg onto the ground sending water chakra underneath his opponent, he is able to call forth a large amount of water that resembles a dog's head rising out of the ground beneath his opponent in an attempt to bite him with the water's strong fangs, this head is at the size of the Fire Release: Great Blaze Ball technique and is considered a Mid ranged S-rank Water Release technique, however in order to use it, Neptune has to have a physical contact with the ground in order to cause the dog's head to rise out of the ground beneath the opponent's direction, this technique is called "The Water's Fang".

Moments after the blast settles, Sasuke with the help of his sharingan, notices a mass of chakra suddenly burst out as the clouds rapidly spread leaving Sasuke to vision a large Summon with Kakashi stood upon it.

Sasuke leaving his usual unfazed expression across his face, continues by kneading his fire chakra within him, he focuses the chakra around his left leg while lifting it up, he then slams it against the ground having only moments later, three large pillars to erupt from beneath Neptune, each which erupts from his left paw, right paw & one to launch up clashing against its chest. The force of the pillars lifts Neptune up from the front, knocking Kakashi off balance throwing him in mid air.

As the Fire heads toward Kakashi, Sasuke forms a chidori around his left hand, he then extends his arm forward pointing toward the Dragons, a spear of sorts rapidly emerges from the chidori as it rapidly travels behind the dragon heads in an attempt to pass through & strike Kakashi.

As Kakashi watches the fire chakra within Sasuke being channeled beneath Neptune, due to the technique being a cannon one Kakashi is capable of recognizing it through his Sharingan, he alerts Neptune of the technique as Neptune feels the ground beneath him becoming hotter by the second prior to the emergence of the Fire pillars, Neptune utilizes his water chakra, as he moves his mouth downwards towards the ground, releasing a giant mass of water that floodes the battlefield, lifting both Kakashi and Neptune upwards riding the water as Neptune gathers chakra in his paws to stick to the surface of the water, and as the water rises the fire would be put out, and 2 large waves of water move furiously towards Sasuke's location in order to drown him, the water won't turn into an orb.

Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.
At the same time that Neptune does this, Kakashi weaves 3 handseals as he inserts his chakra into Sasuke's chakra circularity system, causing him to fall under the effects of his genjutsu, in the genjutsu Sasuke's skin becomes practically dead, losing all senses of touch, meaning he can't sense vibrations, or feel anything on his skin.

Description: The user makes three handseals, casting an illusion on a single target. The illusion deadens all sense in the target's skin. This keeps the target from noticing any subtle indicators of other techniques, such as any physical contact, changes in temperature, breezes, wetness, etc. This could allow the user to place items such as tags, insects etc., or use a wide-range technique that raises or lowers temperature, and these will come as a complete surprise to the target since he cannot feel them building up but will only feel their effects.

As the genjutsu takes effect and Neptune releases the giant mass of water that floods the ground, the waves that are going towards Sasuke would take care of the fireballs that he released towards him/Kakashi, due to it being a B-rank water left, it will collide with the fireballs if Sasuke released them, after releasing the water Neptune utilizes his signature technique the water's fang, as he focuses a large amount of water chakra into the water beneath you and slams his hands leg onto the ground/water surface causing 2 gigantic wolf-like fangs to rise to your sides, resembling the mouth of a wolf, the two sides slam against one another with the water being so much compressed that it crushes on contact with one another, with the genjutsu's effects in place, you wouldn't be able to sense the water moving around you, or when it makes contact with you.

Neptune is able to call forth a large amount of water that resembles a dog's head rising out of the ground beneath his opponent in an attempt to bite him with the water's strong fangs, this head is at the size of the Fire Release: Great Blaze Ball technique and is considered a Mid ranged S-rank Water Release technique
