, he has a long black-bladed katana strapped on his thigh and some other ninja tools in his pouch, which is on this left back pocket. I assume we're going to RP for a bit, so I won't start off attacking.

Having a long day of assignments, Stiles decides to go outside to calm himself down. As he walks outside the doors, he looks upon the vast ocean infront of him, as the rain falls from the weeping skies, he let's out a giant sigh, "This is nice...if only I had food to go with it" he chuckles to himself. He then walks over to one of the glowing pillars, leaning against it, he slowly goes into a daze, oblivious of his soon to be surroundings.

Upon inspecting the vast growth and production of his White Zetsu army in which he planned to use against the Shinobi Villages in the upcoming months, Obito decides to head outside to escape the humid cloning facility; and leaps onto one of the two electrical towers to sit down. As the lone Uchiha is enjoying the most beautiful view of the vast, raging ocean before him, along with the brisk cold weather along & the light drops of rain dripping on his face, Obito notices another person emerging from the cloning station. A Kiri Ninja who seems to be totally oblivious to Obito; as he would lean on the tower the Uchiha was sitting on. Altering his voice, Tobi shouts to him, "Oi, whatcha doin' down there!"

Upon hearing a strange, child like voice, Stiles shoots up immediately, examining his surroundings. Not being able to find where the voice was coming from around him, his eyes dart into the sky, seeing a grown man in an orange mask, sitting upon the electrical tower. "Oh shit, you scared me dude," he says, his voice filled with relief, he puts his hands over his face, rubbing his eyes attempting to fully wake himself up, now going backing to the man's earlier question, Stiles' tone of voice returns to his regular, but abnormal nature, "Uhh, nothin', just y'know, chillin'" shrugging his shoulders.

Tobi's words seems to have startled the Ninja a bit, seeing how he frantically jumps up; much to Tobi's childish amusement. Finally when the boy would look up towards Tobi's direction, he spoke once more. "Oh, I'm sorry! But may I ask, what are you doing here? This is a restricted area, yeah!" Waiting for the stranger's response, Tobi stood up on the tower and continued to look down at him.

"Nothing really, just decieded to take a quick nap, couldn't hurt", looking at the man better, Stiles notices his mask only has one hole to see out of, he questions it for a bit, only to end up shrugging it off. Then, looking back at the stranger standing above him, a new question arises. "Y'know, I was in one of those other tower things, what's up with the plant people?"

Though the stranger can't see it, Tobi gives off a stern look. It wasn't good that he discovered the White Zetsu army he had been overseeing. "It's nothing that concerns you, yeah!! I'm going to have to ask you to leave, sir!" The Uchiha, who is standing up, double flips off the tower and stands mid range from the Kiri Nin [with Tobi's back facing him]. Altering his voice to sound like Uchiha Madara, he speaks for a final time. "By force if needed."

A bit surprised at the voice change, Stiles narrows his eyes, practically squinting, he lets a small chuckle break free from his perched lips. "Not surprised, I knew something was up, judging by that cloak I figure you're aligned with the infamous Akatsuki..?" Smiling a bit after the statement, Stiles stands tall and firm, gripping the katana on his hip, uttering his final statement before unsheathing it, "I'm in the mood for a fight anyway, let's go"

Hearing his opponent remove his sword, Obito chuckles, "I'm sure you are." Almost immediately, the Uchiha unsheathes his Katana and leaps up & backwards diagonally, and ten feet into the air towards the stranger. When starting to become aerial, Obito performs a back flip while twisting his body to the right so by the time he lands short range of the Kirigakure Shinobi, he would be facing him. Upon landing, he grips both hands on his katana and performs a right-to-left horizontal slash towards the boy's right arm/shoulder & continues with a downward left-to-right diagonal slash towards his left leg.
