Goggles of Drishti on me.

I'd place the goggles over my face in a very fashionable manner before clapping my hands together and sighing to myself. This makes water appear around me out of thin air, spiralling around my immediate area like a controlled vortex. Almost instantaneously to the water appearing, i further control it with my mastery over said element, forcing it to cascade in every direction in the form of a large omnidirectional wave. The wave itself would reach about 7m in height while spanning out to long range if not stopped, thus would indeed hit the unwelcomed intruder while also creating a good amount of water to put to use if he was in for a fight.

Description: The goggles were created by the combined effort of the Third Mizukage and his council. In an effort to control and mimic the power of Bijuu, they created weapons and accessories. These goggles were one of those items, they were crafted from a strange dense yet light metal found in a mine near Kirigakure and from the denses most strongest glass in the village. The Third Mizukage and some of his chakra and a councilmen's aswell sealed within the glasses. The glasses however were a failure they did nothing to help control a jinchuriki, however the glasses gained a strange new power due to the what was sealed within them. The third mizukage decided to keep them as they would aid him in battle and they covered his eyes from being blinded by debris or dust and sand, etc.
They emit a chakra field mid range all around the user, the air and underground as well. An object that is within the field is known to the goggles. The Goggle's can know where the object or chakra signature is, how big it is and it's speed, if moving, but only if the user is able to perceive and track the speed of said object himself. This information is sent right to the user as the goggles are connected.
Note: Do not aid vision in anyway
Note: Goggles are very durable and can take one S ranked technique before disabling, but remain unbroken on the user, any further attack D rank and above will break them.
Note: Will not sync with opponent chakra

Sasuke Uchiha was having a bothersome day, he had found out it was the anniversary since his clan died and well, as growing teenager his emotions were rather unstable. He spent the entirety of his day lurking by the chunin exam stadium, he made his way inside and found himself in direct eye contact with a suspicious man. Sasuke observed the fellow and said nothing to him, and then the man spoke out. He said some words and Sasuke attempted to read his lips but couldn't make out what language he spoke.
"You talking to me?"
As he replied back, his opponent suddenly begun to attack, and quickly Sasuke found himself surround by an omnidirectional wave which covered every angle. The young uchiha, quickly turned his body into water and rode the wave out, not taking any damage from the crash of the omnidirectional wave. As the water covered the field, Sasuke quickly turned back into his usual self and grabs an kunai attached with a explosive tag in his left hand and with his right, he lifts his arm summoning a river mud which starts to flow towards his opponent. With the water on the field, the mud becomes more faster and cuts the distance between the opponent rather quickly.
