Description: The Lamentation of the Intrepid (勇敢なの嘆き) is a weapon forged during times of old and lost during the numerous Shinobi World Wars. Rediscovered by Alexander during his travels to Iwagakure the Lamentation of the Intrepid is an artifact roughly the same size and shape as a small coin composed of the purest iron and forged by a smith of legendary status. The Lamentation itself however draws its powers from its natural affinity toward water and rain. The Lamentation naturally seeks chakra from its wielder causing it to passively drain 10 chakra from him or her per turn. This natural hunger for the user’s chakra fuels the Lamentation’s first basic ability. The Lamentation can create rain from the sky above using the user’s chakra, which is constantly fed to the Lamentation to maintain this rain. However, this rain is unique in the aspect that it is in fact a cloudless rain. This is done by using the chakra drawn from the user which is released by the Lamentation to manipulate moisture in the air to cause this cloudless rain phenomenon. The rain that falls however does not possess the same sensory qualities as Rain Tiger at Will and simply falls as normal rain water. The second ability of the Lamentation of the Intrepid is that, through the source of rain that it naturally produces with the user’s chakra, can gather rain drops falling and form an exoskeleton of a bow around the artifact. The bow produced is roughly as tall as the user and has semi-straight arms tapering off into points, with the handle being far less thick than the remainder of the bow. The bow created from the rain water is infused with the user’s chakra and becomes effectively solid upon creation. As such it can be used to launch regular arrows. Should the user not be in possession of regular arrows the Lamentation is capable of using a rain source to create arrows composed of rain. However, these simply are freeform creations and possess no ranked power. They simply are solid in characteristics and can move as fast as normal arrows. Creating the bow from the artifact can be done passively. Reverting the artifact from its bow exoskeleton to coin can be done passively as well. In its bow form the Lamentation is capable of producing small-scale Ameton techniques from it as well such as Hidden Rain Slash, Rain Spear, and their variants as long as they don't exceed the size of the bow.
Note: The wielder of the Lamentation of the Intrepid must have mastered Ameton as well as have a biography capable of utilizing Ameton.
Note: The artifact itself is indestructible. However the bow created from rain water can be dispersed/destroyed. The bow itself is unranked and so its susceptible to being destroyed via any means

Note: Initial activation of the "Cloudless Rain" is not passive, counts towards the user's three jutsu per turn and takes the timeframe of a single technique

Sitting in lotus position on the grassy battlefield Alexander's eyes slowly scanned his surroundings before him seeking out intruders. Before him a silhouette appeared with its back facing the sun obstructing a clear line of sight to reveal the identity of the unknown individual. His eyes flicked into focus as the intruder made his presence known. He clumsily moved his left hand to his side pouch seeking a simple scroll. The clumsy facade put on to reduce the individual's guard. This tactic usually failed but there was no harm in trying. From the scroll drawn he clasped his hands together; a plume of smoke emerged and once cleared it left but a simple mug of warm freshly brewed coffee.

Description: The user of this jutsu takes out a scroll within his pouch that was prepared before battle and holds it in one of his hands. By channeling his chakra into it, it will then poof and summon a coffee mug in its place that had been in Adachi's house prior. After downing the coffee, the caffeine will take quick effect upon the user due to the scientific fact that it blocks the receptors that slow down nerve cell activity. As a result, the user will have a slightly faster heartbeat and bloodflow, and thus, will be unaffected by any jutsu that has a potential factor that could put him to sleep. This coffee was pre-prepared by Adachi himself and sits amongst dozens of other mugs that contain anything from lattes to doubleshot espressos, either steaming hot or icy cold. The reserves within the refrigerator or hot vending system are restocked daily so there will never be a shortage of coffee. Ever.
Note: Effect lasts three turns.

Alexander began to slowly stand from his lotus position on the ground keeping his eyes locked on the man. "I suppose words will work with you, stranger?" Alexander asked while channeling Hot Ice chakra throughout his body. From his free hand a long sword composed of pure hot ice emerged. The blade was held firmly but relaxed as to not notion any immediate offense - simply that he was guarded and prepared. It brought a warm feeling to his body in addition to the coffee which by this point had given his nerves a much needed jolt from their previous lax state.

This is the most basic application of Hot Ice Release which allows the user to create highly versatile constructs such as shields, swords, walls, pillars, waves, spheres, weapons, and other forms. These constructs can be produced from the user’s body or alternatively can be produced anywhere from the earth around the user. There are limitations to this technique. Depending on the quantity of chakra applied by the user they will only be able to use this technique in certain ranges. D and C-Rank applications can reach up to short-range from the user’s position. B and A-Rank applications can reach up to mid-range. And S-Rank applications can reach up to long range. Additionally, should the user wish to sustain the constructs produced they simply need expend an additional amount of chakra per turn. For applications D to B-Rank the user need only expend 5 chakra. For A-Rank applications the user need only expend an additional 10 chakra. And for S-Rank applications the user need expend 15 chakra per turn. S-Rank applications of this technique require the use of the Snake, Boar, and Tiger hand seals.

Despite his words Alexander's unease about the stranger did not subside. Carefully weaving three hand seals Alexander clasped his hands inducing a genjutsu upon his opponent. It was certainly not a subtle genjutsu. His opponent would immediately have their senses dilated and stretched beyond their own comprehension. Suddenly all around him would not make coherent sense. All five of his senses were obfuscated by this genjutsu causing anything and all around him to become incomprehensible. As the genjutsu took place Alexander would whip the sword he had created from Hot Ice moments before toward the man's gut while simultaneously releasing more Hot Ice chakra beneath the man causing the ground to rupture dramatically bringing forth a small, localized, Hot Ice forest of spikes towering 10 meters into the air around him.

Description: The user will perform 3 handseals, casting an illusion on the area around. Any target within range will then immediately feel all they senses dilate and stretch, as if someone is impossibly pulling their neck. This illusion creates a constrain on the brain's interpretation of stimuli, not unlike Agnosia. In essence, all the user's stimuli perception arrive as if strained from a very long and thin channel, making them not only really delayed but also incomprihensible. The user does not have to comprehend or possess the stimuli being stunted, like targets with extrasensorial abilities, chakra-wise, superhuman, awareness of other forms of energy or substances, etc, because Isolated Giraffe creates an universal strain by stretching the brain's perception. The targets affected by this genjutsu will feel like they're stretched out into the void, and become isolated from reality. To better understand this genjutsu, think about the sensorial organs as windows to the outside world and the brain as the organ responsible for the target's interpretation of the information that comes from those organs. Isolated Giraffe inserts chakra in the brain, which slows down and distorts the channels that link the organs to the brain and, thus strain the path of the external information, in a way that it isolates the target from the senses

A burst of Earth Chakra resonated through his body and the armour grew from his skin, this also released him from the genjutsu he was placed under as well as protecting him from the sword that was thrown and the forest of spikes that tried to ambush him.

The Armour then falls from him, lightning spun around the vicinity as the armour fell apart, destroying the ice spikes that were in Tasuke's immediate vicnity and then shot forward Towards where Drackos should be, in the shape of a Dragon.

The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements a part from earth while sustaining the armor. The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.

Description: The user forms a whirling vortex of electricity around themselves. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will grow to then shoot forward and cover the area in front of them. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

In the instant that the lightning vortex began to form Alexander pressed his advantage clasping his hands together forming a single lone hand seal enabling him to manipulate the moisture in the air. In an instant a web of thick, sticky water would form in the vicinity of the area and in that very instant it would capture the vortex of lightning, stopping it in its tracks and suppressing its movement causing the electrical current to disperse into the web. The web, now empowered by the opponent's very own attack would also in the instant of its formation form holding him in place. The web would not form touching Alexander nor would it form in such a way that it would have the single thread attached to his chest keeping him perfectly safe from his own creation. His opponent would be electrocuted by his own attack from the current within the web of sticky water. Immediately after the web's formation Alexander would release additional Hot Ice chakra causing a human sized spike of Hot Ice to burst from the ground beneath the electrified enemy impaling him from below as his body was electrocuted and trapped from above.

Description: The user performs two handseals, manipulating the moisture in the air and ground so as to create a gigantic web made of wire thin threads comprised of water. The web envelops the area mid range around the user, being exceptionally inconspicuous due to the thin size of the threads and the translucency of the water. The threads have an exceptionally sticky like quality, as well as being rather elastic and having a solid like property. Should the opponent move, they would find themselves running into one of the threads, when they do so the vibrations of the threads movement would be sent directly back to the user, who is connected to the web via use of a single thread that attaches to the users chest. This effectively allows the user to detect the movement of any objects within the webs range of influence lest they find a way to avoid the webs entirely. This single web attached to the users chest is optional, and is not a requirement, leaving it up to the user whether he/she'd want it, as it'd be more or less useless if the user and his opponent have a clear view of each other. Also, when an object comes in contact with a thread, the web clings to them as it begins to expand and propagate, fully consuming the opponent in a sticky mass of water in an attempt to drown them or fully cease the objects movements. The user is capable of traversing through the web with ease, without being hindered. The user is also capable of removing the webs attachment from their chest, so as to prevent attacks conducting through the web and directly into them. Alternatively the user can perform an extra handseal upon the opponent being ensnared, this causes the web to abruptly snap in on the targeted object, trapping them within its wired embrace as it consumes them in an exceptionally large and exceptionally strong sticky bubble of imprisonment.

Description: Through the use of a single handseal, the user will either manipulate the earth or their chakras in their own body to produce and manipulate Hot Ice or existing Hot Ice. This is the most basic application of Hot Ice Release which allows the user to create highly versatile constructs such as shields, swords, walls, pillars, waves, spheres, weapons, and other forms. These constructs can be produced from the user’s body or alternatively can be produced anywhere from the earth around the user. There are limitations to this technique. Depending on the quantity of chakra applied by the user they will only be able to use this technique in certain ranges. D and C-Rank applications can reach up to short-range from the user’s position. B and A-Rank applications can reach up to mid-range. And S-Rank applications can reach up to long range. Additionally, should the user wish to sustain the constructs produced they simply need expend an additional amount of chakra per turn. For applications D to B-Rank the user need only expend 5 chakra. For A-Rank applications the user need only expend an additional 10 chakra. And for S-Rank applications the user need expend 15 chakra per turn. S-Rank applications of this technique require the use of the Snake, Boar, and Tiger hand seals.

In the instant that the lightning vortex began to form Alexander pressed his advantage clasping his hands together forming a single lone hand seal enabling him to manipulate the moisture in the air. In an instant a web of thick, sticky water would form in the vicinity of the area and in that very instant it would capture the vortex of lightning, stopping it in its tracks and suppressing its movement causing the electrical current to disperse into the web. The web, now empowered by the opponent's very own attack would also in the instant of its formation form holding him in place. The web would not form touching Alexander nor would it form in such a way that it would have the single thread attached to his chest keeping him perfectly safe from his own creation. His opponent would be electrocuted by his own attack from the current within the web of sticky water. Immediately after the web's formation Alexander would release additional Hot Ice chakra causing a human sized spike of Hot Ice to burst from the ground beneath the electrified enemy impaling him from below as his body was electrocuted and trapped from above.

Tasuke notices that his lightning technique was starting to dissipate, and the light that it emitted seemed to reflect off something as it formed. Obviously something was forming that he could barely see, causing his lightning to be weakened, Tasuke abandoned it and slammed his hands on the ground. The Earth below him moved and shot downwards out of the web, though he manipulated it so that a trench was formed with Alexander on the opposide side of the lowered earth, 1 meter of space left on either side of them and 2 behind them. The Trench was 10 meters deep.

As soon as the core stops, Tasuke pushes off his hands and runs forward. His left thumb comes up to his mouth as he bites it and then rubs the blood drawn onto his tattoo. He slams his hands on the ground again and summons Barnacles burrowed into the earth all across the trench and also all up the sides of the walls of it. He pushes off his hands and runs at Alexander again.

Description: The user slams his hands on the ground and lowers or raises the ground in the surrounding area at high speeds, allowing them to create giant holes in the ground or avoid attacks. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.

Description:
The user can either do the normal summoning method or bite their thumb, wipe it on the summoning tattoo and then slam the ground. These are Acrothoracica type barnacles and they are summoned into the ground where they burrow into it, creating thousands of little slits in the earth all up to the max of Mid-Range all around the user. This summon uses its tendrils by sticking them out of their burrowed homes and anything that brushes passed they sense, sending the information back to the contract signer(s) of the disturbance in that area, their tendrils can be damaged but they usually retreat into their burrows if anything damaging starts to spread across the ground (like fire) and when it has dispersed they reappear. These barnacles disallow the opponent from using any jutsu using chakra that come from the ground up to A-Rank in their vicinity because they now have complete control of the earth stopping any chakra from above the surface.
