sorry for the late reply, i'm currently working on a project right now so my availability might be random.

Edward would arrive once again in a strange area of the world, a calm breeze overtaken the surroundings of the weather as the smallest of brushes flow with the current. As he casually walks amongst the field it suddenly reminds him of back home; such subtle nature of it all gave him deja-vu. It was at this moment a weird looking individual showed himself not too far off the distance, he almost looked as tall as Ed, young and agile as him, for this it was clear to him.

He questioned in attempts to make himself known as a more friendlier type, although cautious Ed would be. In no certainty of haste he'd wait for the reply of the individual in question before committing two techniques to measure this strange shinobi's prowess. Reaching back and inside his long red coat he'd discreetly drop three Ame kunai on the ground directly behind his feet that would drop from his hand behind his surcoat. As he done this he conjured once again a additional technique that would project three illusionary Ame kunai to drop from the sky directly above the combatant to fall downwards upon his head.
(Ame no Kunai) - Rain of Kunai Technique x3

Description: This technique derives from the Land of Fire and was created for a defensive method against multiple opponents. Each individual kunai has a small scarf like cloth around the hollow circular hilt that will be tied to another slightly larger cloth that will act as a floating mechanism that allows every kunai to remain in stasis within the air after thrown. This mechanism also contains a explosive tag already placed inside the larger cloth, when two turns pass it will explode causing the kunai to shoot outward towards the opponent at high speeds due to the momentum of the explosion. The user will infuse each kunai before throwing with their chakra if they so wish to have the kunai duplicate making a total of ten kunai per one kunai thrown once the exposive tag explodes. This technique can also be thrown directly downward, having the floating mechanism zip inward via a rope tied around the outline of the cloth. If the kunai(s) are thrown downward they will shoot forward toward the opponent like the first method but instead will be shot from the ground instead of the sky.
(Kagami Genkaku No Jutsu) - Illusion Mirror Technique

Description: This is a simple ninjutsu technique based on the principle of the clone technique that are used to project an illusionary image of the user and also based on projecting the sound to different areas using chakra, but instead of cloning the user's own image as illusions and the voice of the user, the user projects the voice and the image of a technique that's used by him or his opponent, meaning that if the user shots a fire technique for example the user can project the image and sound of the fire technique somewhere else, cloning the technique's shape and sound causing after images to form of the technique that's replicated anywhere on the battlefield heading for the opponent's direction or stationary depending on the cloned technique, this distracts the opponent due to him not knowing which technique is real and which isn't, this can be used to replicate nearly all techniques that the user uses or the opponent's according to the situation at hand, providing that it's a projected technique that can be shot [lightning/wind/fire/water] or just stationary techniques [Earth, Ninjutsu], due to the images being only illusions it won't cause harm to the opponent, only confuses him.
Note: Can only be used 5 times per battle.

Enjoying peaceful day as is the nature of a ninja like Shisui, his tranquility was interrupted by this short boy calling out to him. He was probably a fan of the legendary Uchiha clan. Perhaps if Shisui flashed his Sharingan and responded with a smile, the young fan would go away. Shisui's eyes glowed crimson red and 3 tomoe flashed into existence on is eye. Oh. Hi! Im Shi...
Shisui paused as he couldn't help, but read the boy's body language with his Sharingan. While his coat may have disguised his moves from the ordinary person, Shisui could see the boy discreetly dropping what seems to be bags of small metal ninja tools behind his feet, probably kunai or shuriken. Above head, identical bags of ninja tools were falling downwards towards Shisui. However oddities existed. The bags didnt cast a shadow or seem disturbed by the breeze. And Shisui's Sharingan didn't detect any genjutsu, but it did see that the bags were chakra based projections unlike the bad dropped behind the boy's feet. Given the evidence, Shisui could deduce this was an illusory based ninjutsu similar to the Haze Clone jutsu.
With nothing to fear, Shisui stood his ground as the illusory massless bag fell down and phased through him. This child was interfering with Shisui's day off and wasting his time, but clearly an up and coming ninja. Shisui didnt want to kill the child who was clearly looking for a fight, but he needed to end this quickly. "Move along now child.", Shisui firmly commanded as he wavedhis finger before pointing it at the boy in the boy's line of sight. Showcasing his apex genjutsu prowess, Shisui cast a genjutsu on the boy in which they'd see crows fly out of Shisui's sleeve. The crows would fly towards the boy, before turning into kunai that stab the boy several times in his chest. Half of the boy's face would turn into Alphonse, who'd start to ridicule Ed about a part of his childhood was spent in a metal suit of armor. On his shoulder Hohenheim appearing and started to chastise Ed that he was the sole reason that he left the family. On Ed's other shoulder, his mother would form and was crying profusely that Ed was the was the cause of all of their pain and sorrow and failed to bring her back. Izumi head appeared on Ed's chest calling him a failed disciple. All of this was happening simultaneously in Ed's mind causing him great mental and emotional trauma.
In the real world Ed was unharmed. Shisui watched peacefully with his hands at his side hoping the boy would run away once the genjutsu had ran its course.

This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

Ed would state in a mumble to himself as he observed the combatant carelessly flash his doujutsu to him and merely stand there while the ame kunai fazed through his body. This was becoming obvious to Ed that he would be facing a Uchiha; the famed clan of old with the ability of strong genjutsu and able to ideally see through illusions. At this moment the strange shinobi pointed towards him, perhaps casting a genjutsu. Although it was more than clear to him that this was a genjutsu the trauma of those he know being in his head, crying and speaking to him would cause a bit of stress on Edward's mindset. It was then that Ed would reach inside of his coat and take out some dango out of random, sticking it in his mouth he'd chew on the food-like substance till he accidentally pokes the inside of his mouth with the stick. This would accidentally release the genjutsu in question, although he'd continue to eat the dango that he had. Food was in the means of comfort at that moment and the continued words that echoed inside his head almost took him out of the fight for a moment till he suddenly realized that he was. In sudden shock Ed staggered back in realization that his opponent was still there, laying on his butt on the ground he'd point towards the combatant,

He'd yell in a insult towards the opponent before swiftly moving to a kneed position to slam on hand down on the ground in front of him. In anger of what just happened he'd focus so much into his hand that it would spark as he conjured his steel to erupt a valley of spikes that'll rush down the shinobi whilst he ideally broke the first to form smaller spikes that would fly rapidly towards shisui to blind him. After which the spikes landed to make cover for his Edward's launch in the air he'd perform a additional technique in the air, clapping his hands together to form his traditional and legendary blade from his automail hand. Upon reaching close range he'd without haste wrap his legs around the opponent's head and neck to twist around and finally slam him down with great force into the ground.
(Kōton: Hikō Supaiku no Sokuji Orosu) Steel Release: Flying Spikes of Immediate Takedown Technique

Description: The user will slam one hand on the ground then a row of pyramid shaped small spikes made of steel will erupt from the ground that will follow the opponent. After the row of spikes emerges from the ground the user will then place one of their hands on the first spike causing it to break into multiple pieces then form smaller spikes that will shoot towards the opponent in a swift manner. These smaller projectile spikes aren't sharp enough to kill, however will leave a slight scratch; the last move of the technique is meant for a blinding mechanic for a taijutsu follow up that will end the technique with a takedown. Once the opponent is blinded by the barrage of spikes the user will leap at the opponent, wrapping their legs around the opponent's neck whilst spinning then using gravity momentum to their advantage will take their opponent down swiftly with their knees.

Description: The user will firstly clap their hands together then using one hand reach over and hover it over their automail forearm, using the steel that the automail is made out of the user will manipulate the center of the forearm to change its structure to extend outwards in a vertical manner; forming a long blade that extends seven inches over the fist. This blade can then be used with taijutsu, kenjutsu, and even certain ninjutsu; acting like a sword or personal weapon. The edges of the blade is so sharp that it can cut through human bone with ease and can even be considered as a defensive tactic if positioned horizontally, tip facing the attacking technique.

Red-eyed baboon? Shisui was both appalled and offended. This sounded like one of the terms Shisui's father accused Tobirama of using to insult Uchiha. The kid was clearly angry. Shisui started to regret his previous genjutsu as it only made things worse. Anyhow, Shisui carefully observed the kid transform his chakra into an chakra nature he has never seen before transferring it into the ground causing metal spikes to arise towards him. Some kind of metal release? You're special like me! Shisui was intrigued by Ed's Kekkei Genkai. Maybe he'd play along anyway. Soon after launching the spikes, Shisui observed as the Ed commanded the first spike to shoot smaller spikes. Shisui could see with his Sharingan the spikes were small and not accelerating fast enough with enough force to cause lethal. And the boy was using them as a distraction as he jumped into the air while manipulating his metal arm.
Shisui started to utilize raiton chakra to speed up his brain signals to from his body to increase his speed. Shisui then quickly leaped into the air towards Edward. Just as the two ninja were approaching short range of each other in midair, Shisui blew fuuton chakra to his right, thereby pushing himself about 3 meters to the left out of Ed's trajectory path and wingspan range. Directly after Shisui released a large murder of crows from his sleeves to harass Edwards on is fall downwards by pecking him all over his body and ruining his red jacket with their white bird poop. Shisui would land gracefully if nothing were to disturb his descent.

Just as the two ninja were approaching short range of each other in midair, Shisui blew fuuton chakra to his right, thereby pushing himself about 3 meters to the left out of Ed's trajectory path and wingspan range. Directly after Shisui released a large murder of crows from his sleeves to harass Edwards on is fall downwards by pecking him all over his body and ruining his red jacket with their white bird poop. Shisui would land gracefully if nothing were to disturb his descent.
