Kushimaru approaches his target as he stands 10m away from him, standing tall with an emotionless look. However that was unknown to the target as Kushimaru's face was covered by his ANBU mask. He withdraw his Nuibari blade, grabbing the bundle of wire with his left hand and the blade itself with his right hand, holding it firmly in front of him, paralleled with his body, at a slight forward angle.

Description:
Wielded by Kuriarare Kushimaru, the Nuibari is an unique weapon which assumes the form of a narrow longsword, cylindrical and very sharp which greatly resembles a large needle, with a long length of thin wire mirroring thread, tied to the eye located at the base of its hilt. This sword, quite aptly called "Longsword" is said to possess the ability to pierce all and stitch them together, clearly demonstrated by Kushimaru as how effortlessly he was able to penetrate multiple targets in a single thrust and then quite literally stitch them together in substantial bundles by simply pulling the attached wire taught. A capable user can even throw the sword with the intent of piercing a line of multiple enemies, before catching the needle at the other side and repeating the process at different angles, in order to create knots of corpses with the wire passing through the entirety, effectively creating bundles of bodies at various points along the length of the thread. The sword itself is virtually indestructible and is very resistant to damage though it can't pierce through physical techniques A-Rank and above. The metal wire is as resistant as the sword and although very sharp, the user will be able to pull and interact with it without injuring himself.

While drawing his blade, Kushimaru had begun to focus his water chakra beneath his target, focusing on the water molecules in order to materialize a flow of gushing water that would trap his target in a sphere of water. The sphere of water would contain the target inside and prevent him from moving with ease as he slowly drowns if he does not respond. In combination with the gushing water, which would most likely catch the target's attention, most probably causing him to look downwards, Kushimaru thrusts his blade forward, releasing his grasp on it, as it travels forward as a fearful missile, aiming to pierce through his own source of water and through the heart of the target. If the attack should succeed, the blade would land about 2 meters behind his target as the sharp wire would further cause slicing damage as it moves through the chest/heart area.
As Kushimaru released his blade, he made sure to leave a large portion of the wire freely so that he could run towards his target in a arc motion from his right side, aiming to get into close range whilst maintaining the water sphere activated.

Sasuke watches as swordsman approaches him. His mask caught Sasukes attention. It was a mask similar to that of Haku with a Hidden Mist logo. Hmph. What is this? Does the bloody mist seek revenge for what happened to Haku? Or perhaps information of Suigetsu and the Executioner Sword? Still 10m away from his target, Sasuke observes the swordsman pull out a unique needle like weapon. Soon enough Sasuke hears water forming beneath his feet and beginning to rise around himself in the form of a sphere. Quicky Sasuke responds my gathering doton chakra and manipulating the ground around him. As the sphere forms around him, Sasuke creates spikes makes of earth to protrude and pierce, not deep enough to harm Sasuke, into the sphere and disrupt the suiton jutsu.

Description: This technique lets the user create a few rock pillars that will protrude from the ground to skew the target. As the clashing of jutsu came to an end, Sasuke sees the needle like weapon soaring through the air towards him. Quickly Sasuke puts his right hand behind his back and unsheathes his Sword of Kusanagi. In the same motion he brings the sword in the Nuibari's path and deflects it. The nuibari goes flying several meters to Sasuke right.
Sasuke's eyes move back to the swordsman and he puts his sword into the ground. Sasuke then weaves one handseal and sends his chakra into the swordman's visual cortex. From there, Sasuke uses his chakra to manipulate his senses and cause the swordsman to see absolute darkness. With his opponent now blind, Sasuke picks his Sword of Kusanagi back up and dashes towards the swordsman with his Sword of Kusanagi pointed forward. Once in short range, Sasuke starts to gather raiton chakra in front of him and his sword. The raiton chakra takes the form of a half shapes dome. Still running, Sasuke drives the half dome at Kushimaru. Sasuke's physical momentum sent Kushimaru flying 2m backwards as well as paralyzing and shocking him.
( Kokuangyo no Jutsu ) - Bringer-of-Darkness Technique

But really that does matter now. For making the mistake of taking immediate hostile action against me, you will pay with your life. Sasuke focused on Kushimaru's body so that he would be able to react to any movements. Still 2m away. Sasuke reaches into his robe with his left hand and pulls out 3 shuriken. He then skillfully throws them at Kushimaru so that they each arc upwards hit Kushimaru fatally in the neck.

Kushimaru said calm and collected. He quickly noticed as his target used a very unorthodox method to release himself from the water assault. He managed to manipulate the earth beneath him in order to disperse the sphere itself. Kushimaru quickly acted and caused that very same source of water to turn into a mist of water vapor that would spread outwards from his target's location. Having him being the main focal point of the spread of the mist would cause his sight to be hindered fast, I'd say fast enough to close contact and be unable to cast the illusion as he releases his blade.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.
While continuing with his running around his target, Kushimaru manipulates his mist by reflecting the natural light in a way that would allow him to blind his opponent. Anywhere that he would go, the light would reflect to blind, all within except Kushimaru himself.

Description: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.

While blinding his target inside the spike cage he had made himself in order to avoid the previous watery assault, Kushimaru channeled chakra throughout his body as well paying close attention to his bodily movements, completely muffling the sound as he swiftly made his way around his target's flank. During the entire time, Kushimaru had already pulled on his blade's wire, retrieving it once more as he held it with his right hand. He continued to pursue the location in which his target was last seen, staying focused while visually hindered in his own mist. As he silently reached his target's back, Kushimaru effortlessly thrusted his blade forward and pierced through his target's back, as well as heart in the process.
(Muon Satsujin Jutsu) - Silent Homicide Technique

Description: Muon Satsujin Jutsu, the ability to commit a silent homicide, is a technique to dispatch your foe with no warning. Your quick speed and skills will instantly kill them before they can provide a defense. Best tactic is when used with Hidden Mist jutsu. The technique works by having the user focus his chakra and his complete attention on moving fluidly, rapidly but muffling any sound he may make while moving as well as his presence, etc. It doesn't suppress his chakra or hides it but it can make the opponent virtually undetected if he manages to get on the opponents blind spot.
As the water around dispersed, Sasuke noticed it immediately turning into mist and spreading out from his location. Awe I see. The Hiding in Mist jutsu. Zabuza used the same jutsu. With his sense of vision now obsolete, Sasuke had no choice but to hide. Sasuke starts to gather and mold doton chakra in his body and send it into the ground beneath him. Doing so allowed him to change the dirt beneath him into sand and allow him to travel through it. Sasuke then flows downward 4m into the ground. The ground is also returned to its original state so there is no visible sign Sasuke went under ground. While underground, Sasuke can sense everything happening on the surface.

Description: The user changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. While inside the earth, the user cannot make handseals and can only use Earth techniques below C-Rank. If he tries to do a higher ranked technique, he'll disrupt the Hiding like a mole technique and be left crushed.
While underground, Sasuke could sense Kushimaru flank his previous location and go in for a cqc attack. As Kushimaru reaches the location currently 4m above Sasuke, Sasuke travels upwards through the ground and grabs both of Kushimarus ankles with one his hands. With the ground around Sasuke still sand, Sasuke quickly pulls Kushimaru so that he is up to his head in dirt. The ground is then returned to its regular dirt appearance and applies enough force on Kushimaru's body so that all his movement is restricted. Sasuke then releases his jutsu and pops out of the ground right in front of Kushimaru's head.

All those who serve as an obstacle in path will be destroyed. Orochimaru, Deidara, you... my hatred has no limits. This is the end. And with that Sasuke starts to gather raiton chakra into a small sphere around his right fist. Hmph. Sasuke then does a right jab downward to Kushimaru's head. Upon contact a localized electrical explosion occurs at the site and deals what would be fatal damage to any ordinary shinobi.
