I think I will actually try for some Sage Mode Mastery for a change. Its time to start building that up.

Chihiro walked through the open field with quiet focus. Rumors had reached his ears of a blade wielder with a series of 'special techniques' that were being sought after by many a greedy swordsman. A few of the rumors speculated on their actual abilities and it seemed to him that this could be one of the blades created by his father.
As he approached the figure, he passively activated his Inner Sonar skill (12x[2.5+2]= 54), in an aim to listen to the man's heart beat. Calm, like a ripple free lake. Eerily so, however Chihiro wasn't about to underestimate someone so quickly.

Using the enhanced hearing, the user is able to know where everything is around them, effectively creating a sonar effect through the rebound and reflection of sound waves. Chihiro appeared to be in a relaxed stance, however, his form was carefully positioned to allow him to react to what ever might come his way. Listening intently to the beating of the stranger's heart.

Wei Wuxian sat upon an empty field, his focus aimed inwards as he was patiently cultivating his body, mind, and spirit. Cultivation was a normal thing for Wei, but to others it was a strange concept and not one normally practiced in these lands. But for Wei, it was what allowed him to quickly grasp the flow of natural energy and perfectly learn to mix his own inner energies with those on the outside.
Wei could sense the individual coming his way, but his focus remained inwards, as his chakra rotated through its pathways completing cycle after cycle. A common practice when cultivating. To the man approaching, Wei's heartbeat would be gentle, undisturbed, and faint. This faintness didn't come from frailty, but instead came from a place of peace and calm.
As this man spoke, Wei slowly opened his eyes as his consciousness withdrew from within, showcasing their scarlet glow. Cold, uncaring, determined, and calm. The eyes could tell a lot about a person, but never the reason.
"Hmm?.. A blade with unique abilities? I am afraid you are mistaken but it seems you know that already. Regardless you have piqued my interest for better or worse. My blade bears no name nor any special abilities. But it seems I should seek out one crafted by your father.. It may be a good fit for me. Wei Wuxian!"

Description: The Ketsuryūgan (血龍眼, Literally meaning: Blood Dragon Eye) is a dōjutsu, which appears in certain individuals of the Chinoike clan. The Ketsuryūgan is recognised by its reddish colour, giving a special appearance for the users of this dōjutsu, characterised as holders of eyes as red as blood. A notable ability of the Ketsuryūgan is it's ability to cast genjutsu, either by making physical skin contact with the target or meeting each other's gaze, on a level of comparable strength to the Sharingan as well as be able to follow high-speed movements. One of its main abilities is their ability to manipulate the blood within themselves for Ninjutsu use. Much like any other Dōjutsu, the Ketsuryūgan is able to see the flow of chakra to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Similar to the Byakugan, the user can see chakra through matter and beyond dense matter or in long distances. This ability also allows the wielder to see one's "life force", or their physical energy and sense and see any living object within range.
Note - The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his doujutsu, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina, he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Jounin Rank or above and has held the Doujutsu for two weeks, he becomes able to passively activate it.
Note - To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note - While traveling the NW, bios with an activated Ketsuryūgan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away though this does not beyond an ocean landmark.

And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.
To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

"What are those eyes..." he would think to himself "They aren't the Sharingan, unless theres a varient without tomoe..."
Realizing exactly what the man had said caused him to adjust his stance to one of more caution. He could tell this man was formidable, from the way he held himself, he was a man with some intense level of training. Would his skills be enough to match his should they fight.
"I must apologise but I cannot let you hunt down the blades made by my father. They are dangerous in the wrong hands. So...tell me...what is a katanna or a sword to you? Your answer may very well determine if we fight right here and now. So please, answer truthfully."

As the man before him activated his own doujutsu. Wei would begin to rise from the floor, reaching a standing posture and begin stretching out his body briefly, as if he had been sat down for a long while.
As the man spoke Wei's eyes would flicker towards him briefly before responding as he continued to stretch with his arms out above his head, in a very carefree manner.
"Hmm? Dangerous? Let me? I am afraid I have no such binds, and you have no such ability. They are merely decorations in others hands, but in mine, they can flourish as they were meant to. What does it matter what they are? A sword is a tool for slaughter no more and no less. Some may preach protection, but they are worldly tethers and binds which are used to justify more slaughter.. So, Is that sword you hold one of these special blades?"
Wei's eyes would fixedly stare towards this man known as Chihiro as his last words were spoken and his stretching would seemingly finish and come to a halt. Wei Wuxians demeanor became much more frightening in this instance.

Words spoken by his father appeared in his mind as he listened to the response of Wei. "Katana should be wielded by those dedicated to defeating evil and protecting the weak." Chihiro sighs, and properly looks at his new foe.
"I guess that gives me my answer. Prepare yourself Wei Wuxian. As a blacksmith carrying my fathers name, I must take responsibility for your twisted view on the blade."
Upon uttering his last word, his eyes transition to their elevated state, the Tenseigan. Wind swirling around him as the breeze kicks up as if to set the mood for the battle. Whilst this occurs, he makes a wild swinging gesture, sweeping his arm up as if slashing with sword. Releasing his water chakra into the ground, he forms it into a sharp blade that slices through the ground toward Wei.

Description: The Tenseigan (転生眼, Literally meaning: Reincarnation Eye) is a powerful dōjutsu utilized by the Ōtsutsuki clan. The combination of the Byakugan and the chakra of an Ōtsutsuki clan member can evolve the Byakugan into the Tenseigan, resulting in the loss of the Byakugan's quasi-omnidirectional and distanced vision.The Tenseigan allows the user to control both attractive and repulsive forces, similar to the Rinnegan's Deva Path. The user's eyes are on the same level as the Mangekyou Sharingan in terms of tracking and chakra perception. Additionally, it also grants the wielder the ability to use Tenseigan Chakra Mode; gaining additional increases in speed, agility and power.
Note: Requires activation (spending move) for Otsutsuki bios but remains active indefinitely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Otsutsuki bio with Tenseigan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated Byakugan before and had it active for 1 full turn.
Note: Toneri is unable to deactivate his upon it's activation, becoming his default eye state.

Upon releasing the water, he jumps backwards till he is long range from Wei, his hand resting on the hilt of his weapon "My blade is indeed made by my father, however I and no others are curerntly powerrful enough to realease its full potential" Slamming his hand upon the ground, he would create a large source of water 10 meters about Wei, which would fall down, crashing into him and leaving a large source of water in the surrounding area.

Hmmph- "Twisted? You are but a frog in a well, unable to see the sky that expands beyond."
Wei watched on as the wind around Chihiro flared, Wei's eyes remained unmoved, fixed towards this person with a smile upon his face, like a snake eyeing its meal. Wei carried an aloof disposition, as if what was happening was mere entertainment for him. He watched as the man before him slashed his hand outwards sending forth a surging wave like blade which crashed across the earth towards Wei.
Wei smiled, as his eye glowed an earie red. Around Wei's eyes, almost imperceptible to others, markings would appear, giving Wei a more striking appearance, even more than he already had. A faint gentle red glow glistened from his armor, although most of its appearance would be blocked by Wei's outward robes and the water heading towards him, but that didn't matter for Wei, nor the man looking towards him as they could both see each other crystal clear with the eyes they both possessed.

Upon entering, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal 10 damage for the duration of this technique.
The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced. Their ninjutsu and strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +30. Additionally, the user is able to break out of Genjutsu, using Genjutsu release technique one rank lower than what he would normally be required to. And similarly, the requirement to break out of user’s Genjutsu using Release or Chakra surge is one rank higher than required. Lastly, the user gains access to snake anatomy, Sage Art: Inorganic Reincarnation and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.

Description: Asura’s blood armor is an armor made of crystalised, solid blood, the users bones, and combined and mixed with rare precious metals, using mysterious forms of alchemy to combine and give the armor its miraculous effects, making the armor unique, due to this the armor is bonded with its user. The armor covers the user from the neck downwards, and is a mix of pitch black and crimson red embellishments, it seems to have a mixture of a metal and cloth, although this cloth is in actual fact just a flexible form of solid blood. The plates of armor interlock down the abdomen and appear seamlessly as one piece, a mixture of solid bone and metal, and also encompasses the legs, while the fabric looking portion is around the waist flowing downwards to the bottom resembling a robe. The armor acts as a blood source and allows the user to use blood techniques directly through the armor, originating from the armor, like an extension of himself.
Bonded - This armor increases the strength of the user's ketsuryugan and Shikotsumyaku techniques by +20 damage and +10 chakra. This is due to the armor holding an inherent strength largely due to the addition of his own blood and bone. Blood techniques which would normally come straight from the user’s body, can instead originate from the armor should the user wish. The armor being an extension of themselves, can take on the properties of the user’s own blood. Blood controlled from a distance or through physical contact is also heightened due to the connection of the user’s bloodline and a connection to the user's chakra. Bone still originates from the user, capable of moving through the armor unhindered as if it were his own skin, and when retracted or projected, leaves no sign of holes, the armor working with the user's body harmoniously.
Bloodbone Bastion (Active - S Rank) - This armor is a natural defense, having been created through tough, exotic metals and the user’s blood and bone. This allows the user, at the cost of a move slot, but not taking a slot in the timeframe, to activate the armor causing it to glow a deep crimson red. This provides the user with an increase in durability, mitigating 20 damage from techniques which strike the user.
Restrictions
- Blood Bastion can be used twice per battle.
- Blood Bastion lasts 3 turns per activation.
- Requires a two turn cooldown between usages.
- The user loses access to one of his buffs (decided by the user) during the activation and continuation of Blood Bastion.

Just as the blade of water was about to hit Wei, he pushed off from his back foot, crashing into the wave of water sent towards him, which exploded into mixture of water and mist around him. Out from the explosion Wei dashed at a speed beyond the capabilities of most heading straight towards Chihiro, covering the distance in mere seconds, perfectly unharmed from the wave of water with a smile on his face.
At the same time as moving forwards, Wei formed spikes of blood across his armored gauntlets, using his armor as a blood source to do so, as it was a reservoir for blood. Before his opponent could proceed with his next move, Wei Wuxian threw a punch towards the face of Chihiro with the spiked blood gauntlet possessing a moderate amount of power which would surely send the foe flying if it hit.

Description: This is the basic application of blood usage through Ketsuryūgan where the user will use their chakra to take control of their blood or create from existing blood sources, anything they can imagine on a basic scale. This can be anything from weapons to walls, to spikes, domes, waves, anything inanimate which they can use as projectiles as well. For example, the user could create a kunai of Blood and launch it at their opponent. The larger the object, the higher the rank. For objects larger, than the user, they will need to be A rank. To use the A rank and above versions of technique the user will need to perform 3 hand seals. This can also be used to manipulate and reshape and redirect existing blood costing a move. This cannot be used on the blood within an opponents body. If the opponent were to have drawn blood, then the user can infuse chakra into that to take control of it.
Note: B rank and below blood creations can be made or a single hand seal. A rank can only be used three times per battle and requires two handseals. S rank can be used twice per battle, with two turns in between uses and no Blood jutsu above B rank in following turn and requires 3 handseals.
