"We'll get right down to business, however, I need you to understand something...if you're careless I will kill you."
With those final words of his, the Regent went ahead and made the tiger seal to initiate his first technique. With his genjutsu affinity he cast his illusion quick upon both Toriko and Terry simultaneously. Both of the ninja immediately experienced a sudden gust of sandy wind emerged from the two of them surge against them clouding their vision of the Regent. As the barrage of wind was occurring Toriko heard the whelp of his hound and Terry would hear blade on flesh of his master. The moment the two of them regained their sight they saw the Regent standing where their partner once had, holding a kunai. Their partner was on the ground spilling blood out blood, both appearing to be dead. In reality, however, the adversary they saw before them was actually their partner.

Description: This technique was specifically designed for several opponents in the case of being outnumbered or simply to make the battle easier. The caster will make the Horse → Bird seals to initiate the illusion. The illusion will first have the victims experience the sensation a huge gust of wind mixed with dust as if their opponent is using a wind technique. The resulting seensation will block their vision (no physical harm comes from the gust). Once the victims regain their sight, both victims will look upon their comrades and see the image of the shinobi they were fighting and see their comrades to be their enemies and they will see an image of their partner having been killed. In the case there is more then two opponents being manipulated by this jutsu, each shinobi will see several copies of their opponent, as if they've used the Shadow Clone Jutsu. While they fight their comrades as enemies, the actual caster of this jutsu will be out of their sight and vision. This jutsu is meant to cause mass confusion and chaos among ranks and hopefully getting the enemy to injure their own lines or even kill them. While this illusion is in play the caster can move about freely as a result.

Immediately after casting the seal and placing both Toriko and Terry within the beginning of the illusion, the Regent placed his palm on the ground, creating several unnoticeable explosive tags underground which travel towards both Toriko and Terry. As the illusion conceals the Regent's appearance from their senses he would be virtually undetectable. The as the explosive tags came beneath the two of them they began to rise from the ground at their feet and legs in a swarm of paper. Shortly after latching onto them the explode in several moderate sized but significantly damaging explosions. The Regent also takes two large hops back (still within short range) to keep himself outside the range of the explosions. Should the tags go off, both Toriko and Terry would find themselves in extreme pain (more than enough to break them free of the illusion) and completely crippled.

Description:
The user does a sequence of 4 hand seals (Tiger → Rat → Bird → Snake) or slams his hand on the ground or surface. Using his chakra, he is able to stream a multitude of paper tags through the ground and use his chakra to keep them hidden from sight. As they stream towards the target, they are undistinguishable from the ground, seamlessly merged with it. Nearing the target, they rise from the ground, "crawling" up the target. As they wrap themselves in lairs around the target, the user can choose when to detonate them, making a quicker, weaker detonation or waiting for more paper tags to pile in the target and adding more damage.
