Saito stands in his casual kimono about 4m from his opponent. He takes his dominant foot which is his right forward with his toes pointed at his opponent and his left foot behind him with his toes pointed about 45 degrees from his right foot with both feet being shoulder's width apart. his torso was facing 45 degrees from in front of him with his right arm bend just below his chin guarding his side and back while his left arm was guarding his chest, abs, and left side.
once Saito takes his stance he uses his right leg to push off forward off the ground, after placing majority of his weight on that leg, while fully extending his right arm with a closed fist and thrusting it towards Itachi's nose. the force created by momentum of the quick forward shuffle, transferred to the thrust of the of the extended fist resulting into a powerful jab to the nose would be more than enough to break Itachi's nose.
