Using Sasuke in sig (sword strapped to his right waist); are they together or separated?

Wandering among the green marshes of the Land of Water's landscape, Sasuke had previously took it upon himself to find a suitable place to calm his thoughts. During this short search, he notices a pair Shinobi in the distance. Curious about the ninja's whereabouts, Sasuke walks up to him, planting himself about 6m away from the apparent strangers. Standing before the young man & woman whose face seemed almost familiar, the Uchiha couldn't help but wonder where he'd seen them before. Well of course the face was familiar, as Sasuke remembers these particular Shinobi from wanted posters that were spread across the region. The Androids..., he would think to himself. Sasuke would rest his right hand on the hilt of his wakizashi. "Of all people I run into, I get the pair of lowlife criminals. If you weren't aware, there's a bounty on your head and now, I intend on bringing you to Kirigakure to collect. We can either do this the easy way... Or the hard way."

Fresh off of the eradication of a nearby small village, the twins would wander aimlessly around, bored."Hmph, well that was boring." the currently dominant male twin states "Yeah, I barely even worked up a sweat." his sister remarks as noting but a head protruding from the back of 17's neck."Heh you know what though, I definitely killed way more people than you." 17 says with a smirk, this in turn incites a scoff from 18"As if. I definitely killed more than-" she is interrupted by the young Uchiha standing before them."Of all people I run into, I get the pair of lowlife criminals. If you weren't aware, there's a bounty on your head and now, I intend on bringing you to Kirigakure to collect. We can either do this the easy way... Or the hard way." The "Androids" would burst into laughter upon hearing Sasuke's claim " Well if it isn't the fledgling Uchiha himself. It's actually perfect that you'd show up, you can be our "tie breaker ". What do you you say 18?" The blonde twin would grin as she merges out of her brother's body,"Yeah, first to kill him wins, its sudden death." the twins both ready themselves for any attack the Uchiha might throw.

As Sasuke would stand before the twins, he would hear something about himself being some sort of a tie breaker. Noticing this remark, he had a faint smirk on his face, as if some lowdown thugs can win against a member of the Uchiha clan. They obviously chose the second option, and in response, Sasuke would crack his knuckles and wrist. It was two against one, so he couldn't afford to be at a severe disadvantage. As such, the young Uchiha would send a bit of chakra to his eyes and activates his Sharingan.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.

Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.

Upon activating his visual prowess, Sasuke would get into his Hyuga-like stance; his left leg is bent slightly, while his right leg is extended forward in a diagonal fashion. He lifts up his right arm as he opens his right palm. On the other side, he bends his left arm at a 90 degree angle and points his left hand, that is an open palm, towards the floor. "Bring it on." As he says this, Sasuke would wave his right hand back and forth, taunting them.

Without a moments hesitation the twins would step into a single-file formation with 18 in back and 17 in front blocking her from sight whilst they dash towards Sasuke. Once entering about a meter away from him 17 would drop to ground and sweep the legs of the Uchiha, knocking him off his feet but before he could hit the ground 18 would lunge forward and throw a powerful left jab into Sasuke's jaw knocking him backward a few inches. As he falls on the ground 17 would grab his both of Sasuke's ankles, keeping him grounded whilst his sister makes her way to left side of Sasuke and preceding to kick him in the ribs. 17, still grasping Sasuke's ankles would pick him up and throw him in the direction of the nearby lake as 18 throws three stars at their opponent.

With the showdown commencing, Sasuke watches as his two opponents would get in a single file line before rushing forward. He didn't exactly know what they were trying to accomplish, as he could easily see Lazuli's chakra network just behind Lapis' as they charged towards him. You can't fool these eyes..!! Just as they would get within range, Sasuke would unsheathe his wakizashi. Seeing how Lapis would bend his knees to shift his whole body downward, Sasuke can only assume that he would be attempting to perform a quick sweep. In response, the young Uchiha swiftly points his blade down, before driving it into the ground. Should the timing be right, the blade would pierce through Lapis' jeans [Not his actual leg] and stop his sweeping movement.

Simultaneously, Sasuke would jump 1m upward with his right hand resting on his sword's pommel. As he's doing this, Sasuke would quickly twist his waist to the right, while extending both of his legs [He's off the ground at this point]. Swinging his legs to his right, his right leg would collide with Lazuli's left hand as she came in for a punch. Although it would hurt a little, Sasuke would force the struck leg to continue moving to the right, also forcing 18's hand out of the way. Still moving in the same direction, the Uchiha would tuck in his left leg, before delivering a swift kick to 18's chest – Causing her to be pushed back a few meters.

Pushing his left hand off of his wakizashi to gain some distance between Lapis and himself, Sasuke removes two kunai tagged with explosives. Upon doing so, he would hurl them towards 17's immediate area and soon triggers them to explode. If not defended against, Lapis would be blown to smithereens.

As soon as Sasuke hops backwards from his wakizashi(which I'm assuming is a sword) Lapis would preemptively arm himself with a kunai in an attempt to take the Uchiha down as he moved himself away from his primary weapon. This plan would however change as Sasuke throws his own kunai"...!" 17's eyes widen slightly before he tosses the kunai in his possession at the incoming ones, hitting one at such an angle that it causes it ricochet off to the side into the second kunai, knocking its trajectory off so that it crashes into the ground farther away from 17. This however would result in a smoke screen that shrouds everyone's vision. Lazuli hastily jumps forward and covers her brother's eyes before preceding to throw a flash bomb towards the location she presumes Sasuke should be. Upon releasing the bomb she would block her own eyes as it explodes and subsequently blinds the Uchiha. Immediately after this as the smoke would begin to clear, 17 darts towards Sasuke with his sister not far behind. Taking advantage of the currently vulnerable Uchiha Lapis slides to right and sends a stiff right hook to Sasuke's jaw sending him reeling to the left. Not giving him much time to recover, 18 connects with a kick to the other side of Sasuke's jaw sending him back to Lapis who clutches him in a full Nelson."You know for an Uchiha, you sure dont put up much of a fight." 17 says with a smirk as be tightens the hold and cranks his hands forward applying pressure to Sasuke's neck. Lazuli arms herself with a couple kunai, placing them inbetween her fingers,"Yeah, so much for the hard way, right?" she says before throwing the blades at Sasuke's abdomen.

Upon landing on the ground after doing a quick back flip, he hears the bang of the intended bomb going off, but not in the way he planned; as the kunai was far enough from 17. Within the brown smoke that followed, his Sharingan pierces through it and gazes at the two hazy figures. Squinting, Sasuke notices Lazuli come to her partner's aid, before removing a small ball. Using his enhanced visual prowess, he makes out the blurry kanji inscripted upon it: Light. Realizing what it was, the Uchiha would swiftly maneuver his left hand and proceeds to pull down on his headband; shielding his eyes in the process.

After a faint banging sound goes off, Sasuke watches as the chakra networks of both 17 and 18 come towards him. Noticing 17 slide to his right to sneak in a quick punch [assuming you're using the left hand]. In response, the Uchiha would swiftly bring his right arm up diagonally to the left. Hitting his opponent's left hand with an open palm attack, Sasuke would use just enough force to cause Lapis' left arm to swing over to his right shoulder; which would result in his opponent's punching trajectory to be thrown off.

After doing so, Sasuke immediately jumps a few feet into the air while grabbing onto 17's shoulders & momentarily does a quick hand stand on said shoulders. After doing so, Sasuke uses the Momentum from his small jump to slightly push himself forward; causing him to fall behind Lapis. As he's falling however, the Uchiha swiftly twists his body 180° so that by the time he would land, Sasuke would be facing his opponent's back. Right when he would land back onto the ground, he brings up his right leg and proceeds to kick the Uchiha directly in his spine with moderate force; which would cause Lapis to fly in Lazuli's direction. As this happens, Sasuke would immediately adjust his head band to the way it was before; his side bangs blocking whatever light was left until it fades away, moments later.

With Sasuke jumping into a handstand on his shoulders, Lapis would simply slap away the right hand of Sasuke, knocking his balance off if only slightly. Immediately after doing this, 17 would perform a short hop, crashing the top of his skull into the Uchiha's exposed forehead. Whilst Sasuke falls off to the side, 17 swiftly drives a closed fist backward into Sasuke's nose, drawing blood and causing him to fall to the ground behind the "android". After he lands Lapis would kneel down and grip Sasuke around his neck with his left hand and lift him so that his feet just barely touch the ground."You know, these were my favorite jeans then you went and damaged them. Since you did that how about I ruin something of yours." With this Lapis would deliver a hard right into Sasuke's right rib before drawing back for another, "Hmmm, your lungs seem fair?" He lands another right onto Sasuke's ribcage. Meanwhile, Lazuli had stopped her immediate pursuit of Sasuke and instead opts to arm herself with his discarded wakizashi,"Hmph,this will do." she says smugly, gazing at her reflection in the blade."Hey 17! I think I found something that can end are little Uchiha problem." Lapis looks over quizzically at his sister's proclamation before smirking and tossing the young Uchiha in her direction. It wouldn't take long for her to reach Sasuke's location and tower over him "Any last words?" she says whilst pointing the tip of the blade at Sasuke's neck
