Sorry for the wait. I'll use Rex one last time.

Rex enters the plain field in his mandalore armor, arriving at the spot that his opponent told him to meet him at. Upon seeing Izaya, Rex unsheathes his ninjato blade and holds it in his left hand, ready to fight him. He was expecting a bit of cqc from his opponent. Strapped to his back was his favored weapon, fatal horn.

Description: All Mandalorians have a basic armor, the armor they are given when they are first inducted into the clan. A members armor is special: It's designed for them by the leader of the clan. The Mandalorian armor is beyond the technology the rest of the world possesses. Even though all armors look different the abilities they posses are the same. As the member grows stronger he gains access to more of the technological advances, having his armor "upgraded". The armor has 2 sets of abilities: passive and active (that take up a move slot and do damage). The armor, being specifically made for the individual is perfectly in sync with his/her chakra system, it flows throughout them and their armor. This was the technological breakthrough the enabled the armor to function as a second skin for the ninja. Not only does it allow complete control over the armor through chakra pulses and chakra control but it also allows the user to release techniques that would otherwise be released from his skin or his mouth, etc from the armor, something that negates any limitation to the users ninjutsu usage, specially elemental.

Passive Abilities:
General
-Basic Protection: The Mandalorian armor is made of strong materials and infused with chakra, granting it resistance against weaker attacks. Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces.
Helmet
-Gas Mask: The Mandalorian's helmet protects them from harmful gases, toxins or airborne pathogens. The helmet contains a breathing apparatus that filters harmful external agents in the air, allowing a degree of protection against said agents by purifying the air. In the case of enemy techniques, this protection works up to C-Rank techniques.
-Communication: The helmet contains a communication device linked to all other Mandalorians which uses chakra to transmit messages through great distances. It can even project images that the users sees.
Body Armor
-Heat/Cold and Electrical Protection: The Mandalorian armor, being infused with chakra and made from strong resistant materials protects the user from taking damage from high and low temperatures and electrical damage up to D-Rank. The armor cannot be short circuited but will face normal damage from anything above that rank, with temperature based attacks behaving normally (melting the armor if hot enough or freezing it if cold enough), same as it would with the users body, and lightning based attacks cutting through it.

Active Abilities:
Helmet
-Enhanced Vision: The Mandalorian armor has a special visor that is powered by chakra, that enables the user to gain an advanced vision that can mimic the motion tracking speed of a 1 Tomoe Sharingan. Beyond the motion tracking abilities, the user gains the ability to see the world through a sort of thermal vision, based on the infrared spectrum. This also allows a limited form of night vision (its use drains 5 chakra points per turn and its activation counts as a move).
-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).
Body Armor
-Chakra Jet Pack: The Mandalorian armor has a small group of chakra vents throughout the armor. The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).
-Vibration Sword: a retractable, short ninjato blade, strapped to the armors back, the sword uses the wielders chakra to create high levels of vibration and use that to increase physical damage. As such, when uses, physical Kenjutsu techniques gain +10 damage. The sword drains 10 chakra points per turn when active.
-Armor Strengthening: As the whole armor contains various chakra motors and enhances, the user can charge the whole armor with chakra to temporarily boost his physical abilities, namely his speed and his physical strength. Being mechanical in nature, the armor can only focus on either speed or strength. This can be done in 2 levels: Level 1 increases speed in 50% or adds +10 damage to all taijutsu. Level 2 doubles the users speed or adds +20 to the users taijutsu. The limitation is the duration and chakra cost. Level 1 drains 10 chakra points per turn, lasting a maximum time of 3 turns, usable thrice. Level 2 is usable only twice, drains 20 chakra per turn, lasting 2 turns.

Note: In the abilities where its not stated, there is no move cost per activation
Note: The armor is in everything like a CW, having to be posted in the users bio and in the beginning of the fight.

(Chimeiteki Keiteki) - Fatal Horn
Type: Weapon

Description: Is a hammer with the appearance of a Ram's head as the hammers face and has a chain linked to a spiked metal ball. The head is gold in color, and the 'horns' of the head have a silver color, while the ball's 'shell' is blue with white spikes. The weapon is made of a sturdy, durable metal that can deflect regular weapons (kunai, shuriken, wind mill-shuriken, regular swords etc.) without receiving so much as a scratch. Fatal Horn has the ability to crush/break through 'solid' techniques such as ice, steel, and earth techniques up to B-rank. The spiked ball is placed/rested on top of the hammer like the Kendama. Originally it belonged to a famous warrior from Sunagakure who participated in the third ninja war and died fighting. When the hammer and ball are together, the weapon is used by bouncing the ball on the Hammer's sides before batting the ball towards the target. The Hammer and ball can be disconnected to perform separate attacks. The hammer's handle has a built-in mechanism that allows it to extend to mid-range (6 meters) to 'Ram' the target and send them backward or to smash them.

Restrictions
-Can only be wielded by Fang.
-Each hammer-based technique counts as a move.
-The hammer and ball cannot separate and form back on the same turn.
-Only one hammer technique per turn.
-The user can separate and connect up to two times.
-Extending the Hammer can be used up to three times.
-When the hammer is used to extend and knock the target backward or to smash them it is only C-rank.

Izaya Orihara, a man who is known to put people through miserable and chaotic situations to observe their reactions has no choice but to fight this man. He loves conflict, as he loves showing up wherever there is potential for one, but he normally stays out of it, preferring to observe the fight instead of directly taking part in it. But not today, this man wasn't going to let him escape, something that runs through Izaya's mind as he stands mid range from this man. He has had better days, but why not make this fun? he's been in situations like this one before, so why not enjoy himself while fighting this man. He removes the serious look from his face and smiles at the man.

Under this illusion, grandpa should see a shadowy figure appear in front of him also with a Sharingan and then the figure should grow to an enormous size over shadowing grandpa in pitch black darkness. The figure should then grab a hold of gandpa and then start to cover him in black threads, leaving him paralyzed for a short period of time. Right after placing his opponent under a illusion, Izaya performs just one hand seal, because he is a master of the earth element and creates a large swamp of mud in the area where grandpa is standing on. Grandpa being on the middle, and the swamp should be just a little smaller than a basketball court. Grandpa should start sinking die, but he knows, maybe he can save himself, he is a ninja too. So to make sure he dies, since Izaya is no mood of fighting, not like he ever is anyway, summons a great amount of chakra on the sky where it gathers up earth to make a large rock boulder. The boulder then begins to break down creating rock windmill shurikens that rain down on to grandpa as he sinks. This move is done only to make sure grandpa dies, Izaya just wants to go home and play his weird chess game.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Before Rex takes off towards Izaya, a cloud of smoke envelops him and leaves behind a new warrior in his place. Noticing the famed dojutsu, Ludger focuses his eyes on his Izaya's chin and below. He takes note of a shadowy figure in front of him and prepares to attack. He is surprised to see that he couldn't move as the figure grabs and restrains him. Ludger wonders if he fell prey to his opponents genjutsu. He thought how? He broke eye contact a minute ago. If this was some sort of restraining jutsu, he would break out of it no matter what. Being an earth master himself, Ludger starts by releasing a burst of earth chakra from all over his body and visibly manifests the armor in both of his arms, growing rocks from his skin.

(Doton: Koka no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Hardening Technique

Description: The user releases a burst of earth chakra from all over his body. As he does this, a multitude of rock seemingly grows from his skin, forming a large, dense armour or rock much bigger and bulkier than the users original size. The armour can be manipulated and used to create extendable weapons to strike a target with like rudimentary swords or hammers. The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements a part from earth while sustaining the armor. The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.

Upon realizing the situation that he was in as he starts to sink into the enemy's trap, Ludger keeps the armor active as he doesn't know what Izaya might send his way as he tries to escape. Focusing his earth chakra, he expels from his mouth stone that manifests into a large creature underneath him that lifts him out of the swamp and places him on the creatures shoulders/back. With his hands pressed on the golem and on his knees, and hearing the sound of rock breaking and crumbling, Ludger lifts and brings his right arm back, turns his head, and looks up to see the pieces of rock form into shuriken. As they fall down, Ludger focuses his earth and releases more of the armor from his back, to catch and block any shuriken. Not all of the shuriken would land on him, he just needed to defend against the ones that fell directly on him.

(Doton: Iwa no Gōremu) – Earth Release: Stone Golem

Description: The user expels a large creature composed of stone from his mouth. The rock golem has a fair amount of stamina and brute strength, being able to bite and tear off flesh with its mouth and hands respectively. If used from above the target then the user can use the earth golem to drop down onto the opponent like a bomb and crush them. The golem can also devour earth structures and other enemy attacks, biting and chewing on it.

After defending against the shuriken, Ludger stops fueling his earth chakra, letting the armor crumble away so that he can change nature types. Making the snake hand-seal, Ludger expels from his mouth, large volumes of water toward the ground that lift him into the air. The technique alters the terrain and creates waves that travel toward Izaya, moving at high speeds and crushing anything the waves collide with. Ludger moves towards Izaya while riding these waves.

(Suiton: Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave

Description: The user performs the snake hand seal and creates a large volume of water from their mouth spilling it toward the ground and lifting them up into the air. The user can also ride the wave, allowing him to travel at high speeds and attacking the enemy. The user can create a small ocean worth of water even in barren conditions and can use the water for additional techniques.
