Wynn looked at the extremely strange man in front of him with her cursed red eyes and decided to vomit before starting the fight at the sight of him. She started it off by creating a seal around her that would make it so if the opponent came in close range, it would seal away half of their chakra and they won't be able to use higher than A rank techniques.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

Shuji had been drinking heavily all day, and at some point in his drunken stupor, had passed out in the field near the bar. Snoring away, his instincts kicked in the moment he heard footsteps coming towards him. Sitting upright, his head spun, and hurt, as he blinked rapidly to see the women before him, standing there, staring into space, as if their was nothing going on in there head, as her eyes shifted crimson, an oh too familiar sight, and she followed it up by throwing up. Staggering to his feet, as she began to cross two kunai in a defensive manner, Shuji weaved the handseals and activated his Byakugan, his world swaying ever so less slightly, as the women vomitted again"Dang, and i thought i was hungover, are you good? Need a bucket, some water? A mint maybe? i can smell that from here.

Following up on his earlier quip, Shuji wove a single handseal, channeling Suiton chakra into his foot before stomping it down, and unleashing a slash of water towards the women"Have some water and chill out, you're gross"

And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.
To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.
Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Jonin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.

Wynn saw her opponent activating the worst doujutsu of all time and then shooting a wave of water coming towards her. She canceled her previously active seal and dropped the blades necessary to keep the Fuuin active, covering herself with rock armor in order to tank the incoming water jutsu afterwards. "I don't want to keep your dreadful face in sight anymore!" She said as she lowered the ground beneath him a 100 meters.
However, during the process of him getting lowered along with the ground he was standing on, she also cast a Genjutsu on him - He would be teleported to a world similar to a certain time period in Germany and gassed for being a subhuman Hyuuga.

The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.

Description: This broadly refers to a range of genjutsu performed with the Sharingan. It has also been shown to be performed through the Sharingan's higher evolutions: the Mangekyō Sharingan and the Rinnegan. By establishing eye contact with a target, the Sharingan user traps them within a sustained Genjutsu of the user's creation. Sharingan Genjutsu are stronger than other Genjutsu, being difficult to break in comparison due to the sinister chakra powering them. When utilized through the Mangekyo Sharingan, these Genjutsu are enhanced and deal an additional 40 damage. However, the time dilation effects and similar effects/ability of Tsukiyomi and custom variants cannot be replicated through these illusions. When used through the EMS, these illusions deal an addition 50 damage. In the case of Supplementary and none damaging use, these Genjutsu can be exploited for one of various purposes, such as: causing temporary paralysis in the target, forceful extraction of information, relaying memories, removing Genjutsu placed on the target by others, and controlling a target's actions. Controlling a target's abilities in limited to Summoning and other none Creation/Ninja entities. The 3 Tomoe Sharingan can forcibly controls Basic and Ancient Summoning's actions as long as they sustain this technique. MS can affect up to Mythical Contracts while EMS can effect even Legendary Summonings. This control is limited to the ability to control their physical movements with limited access to their ninjutsu, using only skills related to the Summoning itself.
In the event of Bijuu, Mangekyo Sharingan users are able to use their MS to cast powerful enough Genjutsu that even Tailed Beasts cannot break their hosts from it, being ensnarled as well. These Genjutsu can also seize control of a Tailed Beast by temporarily severing its connection to the host without the need for eye contact. If the Jinchuriki has not entered any Chakra Shroud state or higher, the user can cast a powerful Genjutsu that severs their connection and prevents access to the Bijuu as well as any of it's skills for 3 turns. Should a Chakra Shroud or Incomplete Jinchuriki transformation occur, the user is capable of preventing full access to it's Bijuu Skills for 3 turns by suppressing it. This presents itself in an inability to utilize the Tailed Beast Bomb variants, a Bijuu Skill such as Sand or Coral as well as access higher transformations. Should the user have EMS, this control is extended to blocking access for double the time and should a Complete Transformation occur, the user is capable of suppressing it's form and ending the Transformation in it's entirety and forces the health drawbacks to trigger as well as a reduced max health and chakra by 25% from fatigue. However, Bijuu Suppression can only be done by sustaining the technique at the cost of 2 moves per turn and prevents Sharingan Genjutsu for 5 turns.
Note: While powerful, the effects of Sharingan Genjutsu only last while the user actively sustains the technique, preventing usage of other Ninjutsu at the same time. This indiscriminately prevents the use of chakra in other techniques outside of basic Taijutsu only.
Note: When used in the NW, this can be used to tame a wild Tailed Beast and allow the user to summon it in an enraged state for 4 turns, only being capable of using Sharingan and non chakra enhanced Bukijutsu during this time, Ninjutsu being barred while controlling the target. This beast is summoned at max powers and has access to it's Skills and one Bijuu Pathway, determined through Official Roll in the NRP Discord. Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. The senbons are extremely precise and have the same numbing and paralyzing effects as Chidori, carrying enormous speed. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.

As Wynn covered herself with a rock armor, her opponent dashed towards her while forming a lightning attack in his hand that shot towards her in the form of a 1000 needles. Having the ability to see chakra and amount of chakra due to her Sharingan, she realized the lightning jutsu wouldn't be enough to actually hit her - only destroy her earth armor. "Crap crap crap"Shuji exclaimed, he was clearly still drunk, he had greatly underestimated the strength of his opponents armor, as his lightning did just enough to dispell it, but not cause harm. Now, Shuji was a sitting duck, as the earth below him vanished, he looked down, then back up, only to be hit with another jutsu. His world shifted, to a chamber, however, his confusion was short lived, looking at his own body, he was able to see clearly he was in a genjutsu. Luckily for Shuji, it was a pretty weak genjutsu, and didn't really hinder him all that much. With his left hand, Shuji grabbed a kunai, and swiftly slammed it into his side, doing enough damage to himself to break the genjutsu.

After lowering the ground beneath her opponent and putting him in a gen, she saw him taking out a kunai and trying to harm himself to break out of the illusion - With her Sharingan she could see through objects for chakra as well as increased tracking to put all of that in motion - she proceeded to do her fire jutsu like normal after weaving the horse handseal and kneading fire chakra to release a massive wall of flames towards her foe, who began to counter it by water - As she had the Sharingan, she could see that the amount of chakra in his tech would neutralize her fire due to having elemental superiority. Observing that, she ran up to her opponent, till she was about 5m away from him as the jutsu clash happened in a way that she would be above her opponent as she would be falling. While descending down she put him in yet another genjutsu that didn't require eye contact; it would immobilize him - The way this illusion works is he would be bound to a leaf spinning in the dark, binding him for one turn - giving Wynn an opening.
After putting him in a gen mid-air, she would follow up with a taijutsu that would involve her to carefully breathe and then deliver punches in succession at exact same spot i.e., his neck. She already had done the breathing part while finishing her descension from mid air after casting her gen. After she'd be done with this attack, she would perform the snake handseal to release lightning from her left hand - The lightning attack would have the form of a single spear and would be shot right at her opponent.

These lion-shaped shrouds are able drain the chakra network of those they touch and can be used in conjunction with any of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms variants, increasing the damage by 30 while sacrificing the ability to limit chakra usage. But that being said, it is quite difficult to achieve this move and even a minute error with regards to chakra control will result in failure.

Her opponent had broken out of the illusion and was now aiming to strike her after loading chakra into his body which would then release to launch in long range across all directions, while she would be running up to him. Noticing the chakra build up due to her Sharingan, she took a careful stance as he was building up his chakra and as he released it, she used her hardening technique that would cover her entire body and prevent her from a lot of its damage but end up taking some anyway.
However it seemed her opponent wasn't done, as right after he gathered chakra once again but this time into his palms - which then took the shape of lion almost but Wynn wasn't letting him do his next attack and shot up a huge fire attack right at this face, after making a single handseal and kneading/releasing fire chakra from her body. It would be boosted in damage due to her fire specialty. As he would be burnt from the huge wall of flames she just shot up, she would then spawn a stone golem by slamming her hands on the ground - it would span up to 30m in height, and then she guide the structure to hit the opponent with its fists, doing 80 damage.

Hmm, i'm not 100% sure, but i don't think you'd be able to block my technique in time? Ill reply anyway but just not 100% sure there. Im also a little rusty on Timeframe, i think its currently, Rotation>Earth armor>Lion Fist>Your Fire technique>Vacuum palm?If im wrong im sure the sensei will tell me, but i think my move just continues. Also, i dont know what earth you're standing on to do the golem, a little confused there.
Shuji was successful, or so he thought. His attacked ripped out, striking everything around him, but the women was fast, coating herself in earth just before the strike. It was just enough to mitigate a large portion of the damage, but not entirely enough, as the armor broke off and she was pushed back slightly. As Shuji went toactive his lion fists however, the women was already building up large amounts of chakra, and Shuji could tell from that alone that striking it with his fists wouldn't be enough, and he was right, as a massive wall of flame appeared before his eyes"Well shit"
Having to once more fall back on his ninjutsu over his taijutsu, Shuji kneaded large amounts of Suiton chakra in his lungs before expelling a defensive wall of water around him. The Fire would collide and die out upon impact, however, it would also evaporate all his water, leaving him still freefalling in the air. As this happened, The women who was up against the other side of the wall, slammed her hands and caused a golem to come out from the wall and try strike Shuji. Channeling Raiton into his fist, would wave a chidori forward, unleashing a large wave of lightning which would crumble the golem and continue onto the women aiming to paralyse her and cause her to fall to the ground.
